Yuto is amazing! Superb bartender with amazing skill. I got some of the cocktails on the menu as well as him making me a much better version of what American bartenders deem as a “Bombay Lemonade”. Love this place and love the service, ambiance, and conversation.

Walked in on 6/14 and got 4 cocktails that were all so interesting and well balanced. They have an interesting menu that is creative but works well. I liked my peach seasonal fruit cocktail and the melon soda cocktail. Well worth the visit and not too expensive given the creativity involved.

When a friend introduced us to Bar Amber, we were in for an unforgettable experience. The talented bartender, Yuto-san, crafted cocktails tailored to each of us with impressive precision. For me, Yuto-san prepared a Yamazaki Old Fashioned that was a masterclass in sophistication. My son, still too young to drink, enjoyed a delightful virgin Shine Muscat cocktail. My female friend was charmed by the Luxury Melon Soda, a unique creation exclusive to Bar Amber. Meanwhile, my male friend was impressed by the Cinema in Banana—a cocktail as intriguing as its name suggests. Watching Yuto-san at work was a mesmerizing experience. Each cocktail was not only a feast for the palate but also a visual delight, perfectly presented in beautifully matched glassware. The flavors were distinct, innovative, and truly remarkable. Yuto-san also treated us to two more exceptional drinks: the Apple Temple with Dassai and Kyoto Zen. These cocktails beautifully blended Japan’s traditional green tea with a modern twist, served in classic Japanese cups that added to the charm. Bar Amber is a gem in Tokyo’s vibrant bar scene. With its creative cocktails, elegant presentation, and Yuto-san’s expert craftsmanship, it’s a place I definitely recommend. If you’re in Tokyo, make sure to experience the magic of Bar Amber for yourself.

The bar is named 'Amber' with the hope that it will be 'loved by its customers for more than a lifetime'. That's certainly been achieved with me. I can't wait to return and explore more of their creative drink menu. Kudos to the talented mixologist and the entire team for creating such a remarkable experience.

The most brilliant bartender I’ve ever seen! He shared fascinating stories behind the creation of each drink, making our night even more memorable — just like the bar’s name, “Amber.” ありがとう❤️

More than ¥10,000 for three drinks? Really? Place smelled like onion and was COMPLETELY empty on a Saturday night. Do not recommend. They charge a ¥1,000 cover per person that comes with the bill at the end and does not get mentioned beforehand. Felt like a scam.

The bar was quiet when we entered around 10pm but quickly got busy. The clientele was all locals except for us. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly and they made amazing drinks. The cocktails varied from creative takes on traditional drinks like the martini and old fashioned to those that emphasized fresh fruits like watermelon and peach. If you appreciate cocktails, this should be on your list of places to visit!

Their fruit cocktails are incredible. Came here twice during our last visit to Tokyo. Dimly lit joint. It feels like a great spot for drinks with a date before or after dinner.
