Bar Amelie

Bar Amelie is located along Rokeby Road in the Subiaco neighbourhood. They have a fairly large indoor area as well as an outdoor seating section. We stopped here for dinner during a recent stay in Perth and were very happy with the grilled Barramundi with asparagus and mixed salad. The fried whiting with fennel salad was even better. These were both very good fish dishes. The sticky date pudding with ice-cream was also a very good dessert. Cocktail and wine on the evening just fine. This was a really good meal at Bar Amelie. We'd gladly return and eat here again. Note it was quite loud inside on the evening of our visit. We found dining outside much quieter and intimate, perfect for date night dining conditions when weather is favourable.

Gorgeous atmosphere, lovely lighting and music. Delicious food! Exciting was perfect. Cocktails are brilliant. Amazing night out. Been several times now and will definitely be back. Easy to while away the hours charting and snacking

Beautiful restaurant full of old world charm. Love all the bling and careful touches of decor. Service was warm even though it was a full house here today! Love the thoughtful share plate menu which made it really easy to enjoy as a group. Highly recommend a visit here. 🌟

Couldn’t book online for some reason so called the venue and the owner was so lovely and helpful over the phone and helped with the booth booking I wanted. At the restaurant, we had a really great experience, the service was impeccable, the staff were all friendly and attentive! They made my friend’s birthday dinner pretty special! And the atmosphere was amazing, I highly recommend this place would definitely go again!

I had an amazing experience at Bar Amelie! I couldn’t decide on a cocktail, so the staff made me an original one, and it was hands down the best cocktail I’ve ever had! The food was amazing and attention to detail were impressive! The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, and the service was top-notch. Definitely a place I’ll return to again and again. Highly recommend!

Entree: Shark Bay Scallops, smoked carrot puree, pea crumb - taste really special, taste a bit rich, really nice Kingfish ceviche, tigers milk, chilli, kiwi fruit - taste very fresh, the more you taste, the more you like Mocktail: pomegranate sour - if you like sweet, you can try this I HIGHLY recommend these two entree and the drink and the dessert. Main: Wagyu beef - if you like more salty, you can order this one Confit duck leg - crispy skin, taste good, inside a bit dry, my friend like the sauce Dessert: Crème Brûlée - three different tastes of brûlée, you must try it!!! ( Orange, raspberry, passion fruit) I like passionfruit one The man waitress is super nice

Amazing dining experience at Bar Amelie! We had the Chef’s Selection menu—every dish was delicious and well-presented, especially the wagyu beef brisket gnocchi and mushroom arancini. Friendly and professional staff, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
