I got to check them out during their soft opening, and the space is stunning with modern vibes and a chic pink aesthetic.
The staff was amazing and I want to give a quick shoutout to our awesome server and the super friendly and amazing staff! If you're looking for a fun cocktail spot, this is definitely worth a visit.

Cocktails: Espresso Martini, Manhattan, White Negroni, Amaros
Best bites & sips:
Where Bar Amorina really shines is in their cocktails. My espresso martini (enhanced with amaro) was perfect, and the Manhattan was equally spot-on.
Food-wise, the fresh burrata with tomato confit and focaccia was fantastic, and I loved the spicy kick in the radiatore pasta. However, portions felt small for the price--$25 for half a flatbread or a modest bowl of pasta might not justify the cost, even knowing Cherry Creek tends to be on the pricier side. (We had a 50% discount due to the soft opening).
The tiramisu, though? Absolute perfection--no notes needed!
