Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse

We recently hosted a party for 65 people and chose Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse to cater the event. From beginning to end, they surpassed our expectations. The menu featured brisket, pulled pork, and chicken, each one more delicious than the last. The brisket was tender and packed with flavor, the pulled pork was juicy with just the right amount of smoke and seasoning, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Every dish demonstrated their BBQ expertise, leaving our guests raving about the food. The catering team was incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time, set up everything smoothly, and made sure all the food was served hot and fresh. Their attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our event special. A delightful touch was the adorable bottles of sauce provided on the side. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the amazing food, and I completely agree. Thank you, Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse, for making our party a huge success! We will be back for more.

Meat is super tender and delicious however don’t order delivery as it messes up the quality of the food. I live around the corner and my bun was completely soggy after 5 minute delivery time. Cinnamon apples are real apples and so good. Lemonade is Minute Maid so nothing special. Overall I love the EAT IN food.

For the Nolensville Road location you all closing early before 8 PM, is just so that the staff can go home early is not good business whatsoever at all. We used to like coming to this location but obviously it’s either not under the same management or ownership as it once was because things have definitely changed. The food and service used to be excellent, but it’s far from what it used to be.

Got the baby back ribs plate with fried okra, also 2 sides of fried pickles. The fried pickles was awesome just a little over priced for the portions. The ribs was to dry, so went back and got the smoked turkey it was delicious. The cashier is definitely an outgoing person. She was cleaning, taking orders, also bringing out the food. Way to go!!!

Always very tasty when we are in town.

The prices have always been high here. But in addition, I’ve been buying the nachos at this location for years. This time, they were very skimpy with the portion size. They left half of the box empty. There was a layer of nachos on the bottom and sides were empty. I paid $40 for two boxes of food. I have never seen a flatter plate of nachos. In addition, they are asking for a tip at the drive thru, which is absolutely nonsense since I’m not sitting at a table and having anyone wait on me. Not worth coming back.

We have picked up take out from our neighborhood Bar-B-Cutie for years. Since Covid their nacho dish (a favorite of multiple people in our household) has gone downhill, as they say. They switched to a different chip that is way thin and tastes like cardboard. The beans often taste burnt. The meat itself is always good, the tomatoes fresh. The last time we got food last week I couldn't even eat it. My husband didn't eat his either. It's awful pricey for food we can't eat. Hoping they turn a corner soon. We always loved this place. Their sweet tea is amazing, the green beans fantastic, and their sauces are very tasty. It's not all bad by any stretch. The staff is always folksy, patient, and kind. Tipflation has gotten this one too, a tip is requested through the drive thru now, which is fairly new. Will go again hoping for a better outcome but these last couple visits were not great.

The food was just awful on Thursday, May 16th. I have to believe there are new cooks. The fried okra, which has always been perfectly cooked and crisp, was pale and soggy inside. The greens had way too much salt, and every other time, they were perfect. The smoked turkey was ok and cornbread was not too bad. But overall, nothing was appealing. My husband got his barbecue salad, and he didn't enjoy that either. I really hate that we've lost a favorite.
