Bar Bedford

Warm and welcoming! This is one of my new favorite places in Williamsburg! I'm elated to have found such a treasure. The brekkie options are tasty, the "za'atar fries" are excellent, the service is phenomenal. I keep coming back and doubt I'll stop returning any time soon. Keep up the fantastic work!

Overpriced, mediocre, and remarkably slow service for NYC, even when you are sitting at the bar. Home of the world's SMALLEST burrata. Is this a $17 joke? I hate being ripped off and this place is nothing but. There are so many places in the Bedford area that are a million times better.

Spent some time here in the afternoon with my friends here after our stay in the hotel! We could not drag ourselves out of this place. We stayed for almost 4 hours because we were enjoying it so much. The food and beverage selection was awesome. We had hummus which was one of the best hummus’s I have had. A little later we had the burrata which came with a great tomato and pomegranate sauce. Our bartender Terry was so nice and made me a really cute and tasty prickly pear lemonade. He made some good recommendations for my friends too, they had espresso martinis and tried a couple of wines by the glass and they were all very good. I would definitely try to come back here if I was in the area, I want to try their burger and zaatar fries. For the quality of the food and service I found it to be a great value with small plates under $20 and they do have happy hour from 5-7. It looked pretty fun and busy at night as well.

If you’re in the area and want to come to a perfectly chill relaxed lounge area bar, with nice cocktails. And a very welcoming staff. As well as a great DJ. This is your spot.

Very cool bar and amazing cocktail list - couldn’t decide what to get. In the end I got a nice Orange wine :D

The vibes of this spot are great. Went on a Saturday and the music was lit, also Diego the bartender made our experience unique, he gave us the best drinks, best recommendations on food. We would definitely be back, hope to see Diego again

I always stay at this property because of its location. The hotel staff are great and the rooms (while small) are new and clean. The bar situation is terrible though. The hotel charges $25 per day as a sort of "resort fee" and then gives you $25 drink credit. I have literally never been able to use this in any of my trips here. The rooftop does not accept it and the Bedford bar closes at 10:30pm. This is not how hotel bars work. In addition, the bartenders are rude. I literally just had a bartender wipe the counter around me in an almost comical fashion because he wants me to leave. It's 11pm. This has nothing to do with hospitality, is unprofessional and unpleasant, and is certainly not the type of service one expects at a Marriott brand or as an elite member. I hope they eventually get the bar situation under control. I regularly see them turn away more people than I see them serve.

I recently visited Bar Bedford in Williamsburg and loved it! Even though I wasn’t a guest at the hotel and just walked in from the street, I was welcomed warmly. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, I would totally work from here or just hang. And props to Will and Luisa, who helped me while I was there! They were attentive, friendly, and had great recs! Shout out!

Spacious bar and lounge located inside the Moxy Motel. We had a drink here on a Thursday night. Plenty of when we walked in before 9 pm, but it filled up by the time we left at 10. Lots of wandering eyes. Dress up. Dress down. Don't dress. Comes as you want. The space fulfills a wide middle ground which anyone should feel comfortable in. I asked the bartender to recommend a whiskey cocktail, and she whipped up a modern classic - the Paper Plane. They had a limited selection of whiskies, but there were a few good picks. Service was quick and friendly. The restrooms are gendered, but there are only single occupancy stalls inside the restrooms.

Bar Bedford is a really cool cocktail spot! Located in the lobby of the new Moxy Hotel in Williamsburg, this place has a more upscale feel and the low lighting and gorgeous details throughout the bar give it such a great vibe. I ordered the pornstar martini and absolutely loved it. The presentation was amazing, as it came with little pearls of passionfruit caviar to add into the drink, which I thought was such a fun twist on a typical pornstar martini. I also tried an espresso martini, which was definitely above average. Definitely recommend grabbing a drink here, especially if you're trying to kill time while waiting for a table at LilliStar or Mesiba!

Came here for drinks. The place was pretty and played good music. Just make sure you check your bill because 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill and there is a section that mentions an additional tip.

Great ambiance, food and service. I recommend for an after work drink. I enjoyed myself
