Best New Restaurants in Miami, May 2025 | Eater Miami

"Spanish and smoke unite at Bar Bella, a new restaurant from Miami vet Jorgie Ramos that honors his Cuban American daughter through its menu. The inviting South Miami space features dishes like smoked paella with foie gras and crispy chicken oysters, bacon-wrapped dates with chorizo, and wagyu picanha barbacoa with roasted bone marrow. The two-sided space includes a front tapas bar and an intimate back bar called Abi Maria, both offering Spanish wines and playful cocktails like the “Banned from Boogies” frozen drink made with peach liquor and Jägermeister." - Laine Doss

Absolutely loved Bar Bella. Located in Bell Works in Holmdel, Bar Bella has a great drink menu, nice vibe and great outdoor patio/deck. The bartenders were friendly and the service was super fast. While they do not serve food, there are plenty of food options located adjacent to the bar. In the Bell Market. You never have to leave the building to have a good night!

Loved the drinks. Got the bella spritz and it was delicious. The sangria my friend got she said was delicious too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Beautiful interior. It is definitely a more chill quiet kind of bar vibe. Also wish they had some crackers or snacking food items. Overall would go back though, and recommend!

At Bar Bellas back deck listening to "The Weeklings" with good friends. A Beatles tribute band with their own original music. Sun just going down and cooling off a bit while the music is heating up. Very nice spot for outdoor music with friends.

Was here for a wedding. The patio in the back was fabulous, the staff were hands down the best. The food they had at the wedding was delicious and just a cute place. Would come here again if in the area for a few drinks to enjoy the space!

Yelp
I love this place! I heard about it maybe two years ago but didn't get a chance to go until last year. I was thinking about going this weekend and wondered why I never wrote a review for them! Bar Bella is located in Bell Works, the old telephone building that was transformed into a chic public space. When you first walk in Bell Works, you need to walk straight back and you will run into Bar Bella. Bar Bella isn't your typical bar, because many times I have seen children and dogs with their parents. They have theme nights, usually from 4-10pm, that feature different genres of dance and music. But, some nights, there is just ambient music playing and the bar is still open. Also, this bar is more of a space where people can gather and drink, not a traditional bar. They close at 10pm but the actual building of Bell Works is open until 12 am. So, you don't have to leave the building, you just can't stay at Bar Bella. When we go, we use it as a first stop and then leave and go elsewhere later. You can also choose to stay at Bell Works. They have a beautiful manicured outdoor property you can walk through and a large indoor space to hang out. While relaxing after Bar Bella, you can play at their huge Foosball table with friends while enjoying a beverage. There are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available and I have had both. I enjoyed a non-alcoholic drink last time that was made with lime and soda and was so refreshing since it was a warm, summer evening. I appreciate the variety of tables they have, both long and short. This makes it nice to gather with friends at a long table or have a more intimate conversation at a short one. Bar Bella has an amazing outside. They have igloos and fire pits sent up for when the weather gets cool. There is fake grass and outdoor chairs set up and you can easily move the chairs around to gather with friends. I have been to Bar Bella for about five times and have enjoyed each time at this trendy little bar.

Yelp
I ordered a Negroni on their holiday drink special menu. Very small but so strong. Not just heavy handed but undrinkable. Maybe I'll come again when the outdoor area is open but will keep it safe with a wine.

Yelp
PROS: Nice staff and they have several games for you to play. Water pitcher for people that way you don't have to ask for it. Alc content is high with their drinks and the place is clean. CONS: It's not a "lit" bar so if you're a millennial this wouldn't be an ideal bar to go to. The place is also out in the open of the center rather than in it's own room OVERALL: If you're just looking to use your laptop or chill its fine, but it's not a replacement for a club style bar

Yelp
The d.j. music has been lackluster and the crowds thin for the last few sunrise sessions I've been there. The place has so much going for it - you always feel safe, there's tons of parking - let's have some great dancing music and not the same old worn-out stuff.
