Ambiance 5 Food 4+ People 4+ (except for one exception) Ambiance 5+ - Did I mention the ambiance is amazing? We each had the salmon burger. I was going to have the crabby patties and salad until the waitress mentioned that the chef makes his own tartar sauce. I'm a sucker for good tartar sauce! So I changed my order. The salmon was cooked to perfection, which I find is unusual. Most restaurants overcook fish, at least to my preference. My hat is off to the chef! The margaritas were great too! Our server can use some polish. I even had a conversation with the management the day after. However, I don't think the restaurant deserves a ding for her behavior. Service was a little slow, but management is receptive and corrective. The atmosphere and ambiance are amazing! I recommend experiencing it firsthand rather than relying on my description.

I thought it looked cool when I first arrived. I went there with my friend and both our moms. I will never be back. The service was terrible!!!!! Everyone's food came out but mine. The waitress informed me that someone else had ordered fish tacos as well and they had been given to another table. The rest of the group was nearly done eating by the time I got mine. The waitress said she was sorry. When we got the bill there was no discount. Usually places apologize and take the item off your bill. I asked the waitress if I got a discount on my bill since I had waited so long. She took our bill and gave me a discount alright $2.50 off my $10.00 tacos! Seriously! She said that was all she could do. I don't think anyone should ever have to ask for anything but when the place has screwed up it should be automatic to make sure the guest is satisfied! She was never by to refresh our drinks either. I'm in the service industry as well and I am a generous tipper but with her I was not. Even worse I find out she is the day shift floor manager!

Cost: $17 (w/o tip) Came in and asked for recommendations, got the veggie Spanish omelette as one and decided to order. Also ordered the chocolate milk to replenish my calcium supplies but they were out. Then ordered the half apple/half orange juice and they didn't have apple juice. Finally settled for the typical morning breakfast OJ. The omelette was cheesily tasty, with multiple layers and a generous amount of soft gingers embedded within the layers. Combining this egg concoction with the spicy salsa sauce made it even better. It was a very filling meal, especially with the tall glass of OJ. The service was great. The waiter was friendly and active in attending to all customers' needs. He continually checked in - but thankfully not too often - and was quick in solving any issues. Overall, a tad expensive but highly recommended, would come again.

I had a discount coupon which I had to show before we started. Our waiter clearly hated that we used it. I asked for my drink only when the food came and he forgot. I asked him what something was in my food, he said he would find out, and he forgot. He visited our table once while eating and we were there eating for an hour. He really tried to push wine and desert on us after we already said we didn't want it... The food was ALRIGHT... but expect $15-$25 average per dish. I would go to Buca Di Beppo any day of the week before this place again. They will give you better service, better quality and quantity of food, and just a better environment. Maybe its because this place is in the art district...

Today Sunday nov 10th my birthday brunch, the worst service I ever received. I don't ever place a comment but this one is due. We order from brunch menu, . Waiter brings me 1 item, my friend waits< I finish mine, waiter asks how is everything, well my friend did not get her food and I am finished. Waiter replies oh it wasn't scratched off, OK what does that mean. Now she gets her food, I sit and wait..I asked a female server for salsa, she forgets to bring it, im finished and she asks how is everything , we reply you never brought the salsa, she returns with a bottle of hot sauce..im finished with my meal and hot sauce isn't salsa. The tab is 41.00 dollars.. I did not want to leave a tip as I didn't enjoy a thing, but my kind friend rounded the bill to 45.00. Mind you, we both are very good tippers but this service deserved a penny.

The food was very nice and tasty but very small portions. Our waiter Ivan was awesome and because of him we would definitely go back, we enjoyed it!

Food was excellent with great service. This would be a regular place for me if I was a local.
