"Upon entering this grand property near the marina, you have to decide between taking the stairs on the left to the lounge bar, or those on the right to the restaurant. The cocktail list is definitely worth exploring, but we would nonetheless encourage you to immerse yourself in the refined Asian-inspired ambience of the restaurant. The cuisines of France and the Far East are fused with a sure touch. The dim sum are fantastic, particularly the soft steamed dumplings stuffed with pork and prawn, served with a trout roe vinaigrette. The crispy pork belly, with plum sauce for umami nuances, is also tempting. With such a wide-ranging menu, diners are spoilt for choice!" - Michelin Inspector

We had a lovely time at bar bu. We sat downstairs at the restaurant where we had the tasting menu that had the favourites. This gave us the chance to have a taste of the diversity of the menu - it was delicious! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We closed the night with a cocktail at the bar upstairs. True magicians at work. Will definitely return for another bite and drink.

Outstanding restaurant. We returned three times within a 8-day period, this is how much we liked it. We wanted to try every dish in the menu! It is presented as "Chinese-French", and probably the French part is in the refinement of the dishes, beautifully presented. All fresh ingredients, subtle pairing of flavours, lovely use of spices to enhance the taste of the main ingredients without overpowering them. Staff is young very friendly, competent and clearly enthusiastic of being part of such a delightful ambience. Highly recommended, it is worth going out of your way to have a meal here!

We had an amazing evening at Bar Bù! We enjoyed the atmosphere. For dinner we chose the Carte Blanche Prestige, which was an unique tasting experience and delicious. Also, they offer to change the menu to any dietary restrictions or allergies, which I personally find a huge plus. We would love to come back in summer to sit outside in the Garden.

The overall experience, food, and service were phenomenal. Very unique dishes, along with a few well-known ones. All excuted beautfiully, very tasteful. The location itself is very nicely decorated, great ambiance, music not too loud so great to have conversations. Immediate top 5 restaurant in Netherlands for me.

super nice place. got exactly what i came for. cool surroundings, more of a bar setting, lot of high seating. but the whole environment is really nice and feels very live. the service was amazing, all the staff super helpful with big smiles and clearly enjoying their time working there. for me, the food was missing that one extra step to be considered Michelin level, but everything was really tasty and amazing. some of the prices were surprisingly low all things considered. even with getting a Lobster, wine pairings and a deserved tip i paid under 300EUR definitely would recommend to visit!!!

It was nice, staff especially well trained. The food just wasn’t distinct enough. No powerfull seasoning ore edgy taste, it all tasted really save. I want more hardcore flavour. Nice to go but its not wow
