Mealtimes in Barcelona: When You’ll Be Eating Lunch, Dinner, and In-Between Meals | Eater

"A small, unpretentious tapas bar known for unconventional choices — think octopus bao and confit leeks with papada and hollandaise — where the weekday menú del día is a particularly good value if you can find a seat." - Melissa Leighty

Lovely light tapas lunch. The waffle was a unique take on bravas, but can’t beat the boquerones and a 3.50 natural wine 👌🏻

Google
Super friendly service here. Tapas was high quality and very tasty. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this place for a quick casual snack/tapas

Google
Highly recommend this place! Had dinner here with five friends, and we were all impressed. The food was fantastic, a great mix of classic Spanish dishes and creative fusion options, all with so much with flavor. Our waitress, Bridget, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She really took care of us and made the evening even more enjoyable. If you are in the area or visiting Barcelona for a weekend this is a must

Service is great! That pork rib bao is amazing, highly recommended. Only down side is the price, it's quite expensive

This is a great new discovery. It is a small bar but offers really good options from small tapas to tasteful dishes. The best point is the great service of people who work here, specially Kevin. He explained the menu very clearly and he was all the time looking after me and my friends. I really recommend to try this gem of the Gracia neighborhood.

This is a cute, rather small place (but somehow it it airy enough to have a pleasant meal, it doesn’t feel too crowded at all). We had lunch (menu del dia) here and it was lovely, just perfectly balanced, tasty and satisfying. The dorada was cooked really well, seasoned really well, and paired really well with a nice lentils purée. Great artichokes too, and yummy brownie. Service was friendly, as well! Looking forward to visiting again :)

Google
Very cozy and intimate restaurant. From what we ordered the Bravas Bar But, canneloni, bao buns and pulled pork with permentier really stood out. The service was average, but the food and atmosphere made up for any problems or inconveniences that could have ocurred.

Yelp
They really add a creative touch to all their dishes (especially the patatas bravas). It's a little tough to get a spot here - reservation recommended, but I really really loved this spot. It was unique and the staff was super welcoming and gave us a free dessert

Yelp
Loved this spot! Lovely, comfortable artsy vibe. Great people. I dream of that heavenly Truffle Brie!

Yelp
My travel agent found this place. It was a little out of the way (was in the area for Gaudi tours) but it was absolutely worth it. Since it's not on the tourist main strip its quiet, not too busy. Great prices, the sets included a little bit of everything - coffee, juice and yogurt or different sandwiches. Coffee was tasty and really hit the spot. The toilet is a must see - very tiny, and has a sign to make you feel better about being forced to be in a small space!

Yelp
Great hybrid between a traditional Spanish menu with a modern artsy feel. Good place for a casual brunch or to do some work (wifi is free). Beautiful decor of rustic wood, stone and brick, and hanging copper lamps and in the trendy Barcelona neighborhood, Gracia. Salmon Tartare, in house made brie with truffle, and the bread are all amazing. Place has an authentic feel and not too touristy, but still has an English menu option.

Yelp
I thought that "hipsters" were only a fad in America. I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, I love me a good hipster place - I'm from Providence, for Pete's Sake! But warm hipsters. Nice hipsters. Classic food with a modern twist hipsters. Bar But was none of the above. 1. No croquetas, so if you're searching, you're in the wrong place. 2. I felt like I wasn't welcome from the moment I walked in, but I committed anyway. I wasn't too hungry, so got the most basic thing on the menu, Caesar Salad, and 3. I was still disappointed? The dressing was very mustard-y, so much so that was all I could taste. There was also something raw(?) in the salad that was NOT the grilled chicken. I didn't like that the raw ingredient was not listed on the menu. I don't need a play by play for every ingredient, but raw vs cooked might be helpful. Also, no croutons (hip, modern twist?)...And fried onion pieces on top instead. Beware, onion-haters! I did get a tinto de verano to drink. I don't think anyone could mess that up. -sip, sip- Decor was also nice. Wooden, green, natural stuff. Good aesthetic. But...€12 for a drink and a salad? I could do much, much better. I don't think I'll be coming back. And I'm sure I won't be missed, either.

Yelp
Great little place with a large common table at the front. Coffees were definitely a highlight here and the food, while very small in portion and somewhat basic, was done to a high quality.

Yelp
I tried the tuna and the potato sandwhiches which were both very good. The ham and mushroom croquettes were excellent and the patatas bravas were pretty good. Price is decent so it's nice to grab a quick bite here.

Yelp
Best place in town for tapas, employees are really nice and pleasant, good vibes! go for the "ous estrellats amb botifarra"! delicious!
