The food is delicious and the portions are good for sharing. I ordered chicken parmigiana with truffle mushroom add-ons which is a lot cheaper than the ala carte but the serving size is the same. The chicken parmigiana is quite bland for me and has small amount of cheese on top. I asked for some chili and their chili did not dissapoint. I also availed their happy hour, one of which is a b1t1 aperol spritz, it was fine. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. We had a black out in the area during my dining and the staff immediately apologized and reassured me that the generator will pick up and the electricity will be back shortly. They even offered to reserve a spot for me to work at since I need to work the following day and there is no security on when the power will be back up.

Definitely the best restaurant in Siargao. We went back here a few times. The pasta dishes are delicious. The staff are friendly and there's a great atmosphere with nice music.

Honestly, the best pizza in town imo. I'm only giving the food a 4 (it would be 4.5 if there was such an option) because I also tried the pasta and it wasn't as good. It could have also been the specific dish that I chose, but definitely would recommend the pizza. I'd also recommend they bring back the bread pudding because that was also really nice.

Excellent service from staff. Chili paste was super spicy and the thought/initiative of giving me sugar to lessen the spiciness was ❤️ Ordered truffle pasta and planning to come back to try prosciutto. Delicious!!However, seafood pasta was bland for my liking and will not recommend

My family and I went early around 5 PM to avoid the crowds. Which was perfect since it was very peaceful and relaxing. We ordered the truffle pizza which was amazing, my daughter loved the carbonara and ate the entire plate and I had the salpicao, which was also absolutely delicious. We came also during happy hour and enjoyed a buy one take one cocktail. The service was fast and professional. Love the relaxed and chill Surfer vibe and of course, Gianni knows what he’s doing when it comes to pasta, pizza, and food! There is something for everybody and we will definitely come back to try more things in their menu!

We had dinner here last weekend to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Overall, it was a nice dining experience: we especially love the seafood pasta, mortadella pizza, and their beef salpicao. The chicken wings though is a little bland.

Amazing restaurant paired the friendliest of staff. Live music pair with the food was so good we went for dinner three nights out of our five in Siargao. Truffle pizza and pepperoni were our favourites. Tuesday they have happy hour all day and let me tell you the pina colada was unreal. Gin and staff thank you for having us and hope to see you again. Highly recommend to anyone but maybe make a reso as it’s popular.

During our one-week stay in Siargao, my son and I ended up eating at Bar Ciao three times, that’s how much we loved it. We first tried their Four Cheese Pizza, and it was such a hit with my son that he asked to come back the very next day just to have it again. We also had the Seafood Marinara, which was equally satisfying. Pasta was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The location is spot on, and to top it off, there was live music when we dined. The band played great sets and added so much to the laid-back island vibe. Special shoutout to Kuya Billy, who made every visit extra special. His warmth, energy, and attentiveness were the highlight for my son, he’s the reason we kept coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in Siargao and looking for good food, great ambiance, and even better people.
