Bar Foucault is a beautiful, intimate cocktail bar with a calm and cinematic atmosphere. The drinks are creative and thoughtfully presented, each with its own story. Midnight Express was light and refreshing, After the Last was rich and deep, and Keep Each Other Company felt unique and memorable, especially with its traditional presentation. The service was attentive, and the overall experience felt refined and peaceful. A great place to slow down and enjoy meaningful cocktails. Highly recommended if you appreciate both flavor and atmosphere.

ESCAPE to NIRVANA BAR FOUCAULT is a mysterious and cozy hideout in one of the bustling areas of Chiang Mai. Although it may be a bit difficult to locate as it is a ‘Hidden Bar’, once you attach and step in, everything changes. You are met with an adequate sized bar which is well stocked and manned by knowledgeable and friendly bartenders. The Cocktail menu is a creative symphony of art and words, dedicating each page to a certain type of their ‘bespoke cocktail’ showing the ingredients and a picture which related to the feel of the cocktail. While I was pondering over ‘UNCONSCIOUS MIND’ cocktail, another name caught my fancy - ‘EXISTENTIALISM’ and I ordered it, followed by a Negroni while my friend opted for a mocktail which delighted him. If you want to chill, in the real sense, or have an upcoming clandestine meeting or a romantic rendezvous, this is the place to be. You will feel privacy as if you were in a nuclear submarine somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, while experiencing the vibes of city life, and relishing every drop of the cocktails you chose. Savor every moment here, and go back with grand memories! ✍️

Don’t sleep on this place if you’re looking for a creative bar concept! It can be a bit tricky to find, but the owners were kind enough to wait by the door and guide us in. The menu and drinks were thoughtfully curated, each with its own interesting backstory. Big thanks to the friendly bartenders for the delicious drinks and warm hospitality!

It's a great place to unwind and enjoy a well crafted drink. The setting is stylish and has a mysterious, almost secretive vibe that makes it feel like a true hidden gem. It’s perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic evening. The staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome and ensuring you have everything you need. The cocktails are served in perfect glassware, great attention to detail.

brilliant little cocktail place off the beaten path. You need to know about this place to be able to find it. Once inside you won’t be disappointed, they have some amazing cocktails on menu or happy to be tested other items Atmosphere and ambience is romantic /dark and relaxed, could easily think you are in a swanky place in a big city. The 2 bar tenders are very attentive and make great conversation. We enjoyed the cocktails soo much ending up having 4 each… Mirror was definitely my favourite but my wife enjoyed the Sakura drops Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys a great cocktails

Had to visit Pepe the bartender whom I met at another bar. Then we spot was NICE and the drinks were a plus plus. Menu had original inspirations named after books including Murikami which made me smile. They are mixologists to the core as opposed to drink slingers. Great conversation with Pepe and Saki and enjoyed the hidden space. It is hidden and minimalist and industrial but refined. Just like their drinks. Tried their “stung by a bee”, a lychee and honey whiskey drink and a new original with spiced rum and coffee. Both were excellent and something new. Finished off with a classic Manhattan which was perfect. Go enjoy the drinks with Pepe and Saki!
