The 13 Best Restaurants On Ischia - Ischia - The Infatuation

"You can count on this casual beach bar in Casamicciola Terme to be perpetually busy. But you can also count on owner (who, yes, is named Gino) and his staff to keep you entertained with jokes and small talk while you wait for a table. Once you’re settled, start with the bruschettone, a large piece of toasted bread topped with things like eggplant parmigiana and finished with grated cheese. This is a great spot for a reliable caprese salad or another island speciality, the zingara ischitana, a grilled prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich, before heading back to the beach." - gillian mcguire

An absolute gem right on the beach! Gino is a wonderful family-run Italian restaurant with the friendliest staff and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Their homemade bruschettas are out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can taste the authenticity in every bite. The location is unbeatable—right on the sandy beach with beautiful views and a relaxed seaside vibe. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or settling in for a sunset dinner, Gino makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and love good food, great service, and genuine Italian hospitality!

What an experience. Gino and the rest of the staff were gracious hosts and made us feel welcome. Beautiful sea side patio. Food was excellent! We rented a beach bed after and spent the day. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks from Canada

Don't judge this place by the outside. What looks like a Shack from the street is actually an oasis on the water and it has everything you are looking for! A family run business and Gino leads the crew with an attentive eye and multilingual charm. The prices are more than fair especially considering the views from every seat of the water. The food is truly impressive with large portions (we shared a panini) and great taste. No air conditioning needed as fully covered and ocean breezes are free. Bathrooms and beach area as well. Overall a fantastic pit stop if you are in the area.

We had a great time at Gino’s, sitting right next to the sea during sunset. We enjoyed the best bruschetta we’ve ever eaten, Gino and the whole staff were genuinely friendly, the whole place felt so authentic. We would always come back!

What an amazing gem in the heart of one of Ischia’s main ports. My partner and I have stayed in Ischia for 3 days and been here 3 times! Very good food for an even more reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend

We arrived with a family of 3, and asked if we could sit in a table of 4, which had 2 tables together. We were told no, that it is for bigger company. After us came a party of 3, and they were okay to sit to that table. We ordered 8 euros lasagnes and it came out from the microwave, so we really didn't feel to try any bruschetta or anything else after that. And won't be returning.
