No bathroom Outdoor picnic table seating Not the best customer service, they tend to be to the point not really ones for talking or answering many questions if this is your first go. However, the quality of fresh seafood is the best! Their steamed & fried food is so delicious! Not many seafood places can compete. Fish & chips, fried shrimp plate, fries, lobster rolls are the best around. Even their hush puppies are oh so nummy. Drinks are in a can or bottle, so no refills. This is a must for us every time we are in Florida. You simply must go.

Google
I got the fried snapper and it was amazing, super fresh and tasty! I wasn’t a big fan of the lobster roll but next time i will be trying the whole lobster and other things

Google
Bar Harbor Seafood is a hidden gem in Orlando! Their lobster is fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The lobster roll is a must-try—perfectly balanced and delicious. Simple place, amazing food. Highly recommend!

Google
Great seafood spot! The lobster was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The price is also reasonable.

Google
Great place for holiday bulk seafood orders. Family has been coming here for years,. Order ahead to avoid the lines. We always do lobster, was about 17.99 a lbs. This year they were a bit smaller last year bigger but they always do their best to make it right despite what their vendors get them.

Google
Connecticut lobster roll was fantastic Best price for an authentic lobster roll in the area Fries were cooked in old oil Cole slaw could use more seasoning That lobster was most excellent so.

Google
We bought the large stone crab claws for our Christmas Eve dinner and they were delicious! Great price and great quality. Also purchased Scottish salmon and it was excellent. The staff is friendly and very efficient moving through the holiday lines quickly.

Google
Kind of a hidden spot. I was told about it by a colleague who had discovered it while setting up one of our service centers in the area. It's a seafood distribution place first and foremost. They have all of the good stuff there. Crab, lobster, clams, fish, shrimp, mussels, etc... They serve a fairly small menu for brunch to very early dinner time. They close at 4:00pm. I had a Connecticut style lobster role with fries. It was really good!

Yelp
There was a time several years ago when I stumbled onto Bar Harbor Seafood "Wholesale to the Public Retail Market." I couldn't have been more excited to find a local take out counter where I could get my fill of Lobster Rolls. A near perfect copy of Red's Eats here in Orlando. Bar Harbor offered it all. Either for a picnic lunch or take home these were pure perfection of lobster meat served on a big grilled top-cut hot dog bun. Along with the roll came fresh hot french fries and creamy coleslaw. It might be 1600 miles from Bar Harbor Maine but here in Orlando was a source of fresh ocean goodness. Today all this came to a screeching end when I unwrapped my lobster rolls picked up at Bar Harbor this afternoon. Now I warn you, stay away. They have completely ruined the lobster roll. No longer chunks of Lobster meat it's mashed goop on a little 5in roll. There was absolutely no resemblance to Maine Lobster except the pinkish white color of the mash. French Fries no longer real but now an extruded potato like items and accompanied with a cup of bitter coleslaw. Bah Humbug !

Yelp
I stopped here for lunch on my way to a site visit with one of my coworkers that raved about this place. The best and worst thing about this place is the smell of seafood. Bad because...well it's seafood, but good because that's how you know you're about to have some fresh food! Once you head inside to the lunch counter you can view a menu of their options and specials for the day. I opted for the standard Maine lobster roll which comes with coleslaw and a side. I typically like my rolls to be hot/warm but this roll was probably one of the best cold lobster rolls I've had! The service was friendly, despite how busy they were. If I'm in the area again I'd definitely go back!

Yelp
We came to Bar Harbor Monday the day before Christmas Eve! Our daughter really wanted Oysters and this year and we had no clue where to even purchase raw oysters. When you come to this spot at least during the holidays you're going to be met with a line out the door to the market. They will service everyone all the way to the minute of close. We bought the canned jumbo lump crab and a dozen oysters. Both were the stars of our Christmas meal! We can't wait to try out some of their cooked items because it truly feels like a true in the wall ordering through a window and eating at a wooden picnic table outside the facility! All in all we're super fortunate to have this spot in Orlando and I'm really looking forward to patronizing this spot more often!

Yelp
Restaurant seafood supply distribution center that is open to the public with a small restaurant. They offer Outside seating and super Friendly service. I brought my dog with me. You can order from the meat counter and they have lots of frozen or fresh fish to choose from. I got some yellowfin tuna and swordfish to go with it They also have a s mall menu that changes weekly. The clam chowder was AMAZING! They have a lunch special for 2 steamed lobsters for $21. It was well cooked but the Lobster lacked flavor. I also got a Lobster roll and it was just ok. Nothing special, but not bad. I will definitely be back for the chowder and more seafood.

Yelp
My first time here was amazing I had to comeback and try some other menu items. This time we ordered the Garlic Lobster Roll and the lunch special of Grilled Tuscan Salmon. We came on a weekend this time and it was such a beautiful day to eat outside on the picnic table. You have to wait a little for the food but that's only because it's being freshly prepared and cooked. The lobster roll was perfect! It had some of the freshest lobster I've ever had and good chunks of meat. The bread was toasted and hot and the lobster wasn't cold at all. The grilled Tuscan salmon tasted super fresh and was tender. The sauce it had was delicious and flavor. One thing I love about Bar Harbor is that their food is always fresh, delicious, and a great price!

Yelp
My favorite hidden gem. I found this spot a few years back and love both their seafood counter and lunch. All of the food is fresh and the fish and chips are lightly fried. The lobster rolls have a decent amount of lobster. I've definitely had a hit or miss but overall it usually is still a good deal. I recommend following their Facebook so you can see different specials they offer for the week. The employees here are really nice and answer all my questions. Whenever there's a new fish I definitely like to ask what way they recommend cooking it and then trying it at home. They haven't steered me wrong yet. Shout out to the employees here! The market is a little small. I like how you can ask for a bag of ice so you can keep your fish fresh on the way home. Make sure to check out their freezer areas to find exotic meats.

Yelp
The food was good the clams with belly could have been bigger. I cannot compare the clouds with the belly onto the ones that I have gotten up north especially in the Rhode Island in Connecticut area, but they were good seasoned well. The lobster that we have were steamed today special. The lobster was a little chewy which means they overcooked it a little too long but otherwise these flavor and the seasoning were OK. The lobster was very sweet as far as succulent and juicy, but they overcooked it. Otherwise, in all regards I would recommend you at least come give it a shot. Maybe something else on the menu will be more to your liking and taste of what I've had. This is just good. It's not excellent. It's just good. The price point of the food is excellent, but the taste is mediocre.

Yelp
The lobster rolls were amazing and fresh. My mom loved it!! The service was great and quick. I would 100% go back again.

Yelp
First time visiting this establishment. Won't be the last. Huge facility and distribution center with an impressive fleet of delivery trucks. The actual retail space is relatively small. They limit the number of customers allowed inside at any given moment. Nice variety of seafood and sauces and other "goodies" for sale in the retail space. A lot more available for order besides what is readily available in the case. The lobster roll was fantastic!! I wanted another immediately. I also got some lobster meat and crab legs for dinner. The staff was friendly and informative for this first timer

Yelp
This is a fun outdoor dining experience. It is a takeout type restaurant that has a market that also sells seafood to take home. We love, love the New England/ Maine lobster rolls and fried clams! There are picnic tables with umbrellas to eat your meal after it's ordered. We get cravings many times to drive out there and worth the trip. Chefs and counter service is very nice and are efficient.
google avatar

Yelp
We bought some delicious seafood here. The service was impeccable and they were very helpful guiding us to what we needed. My husband got a lobster roll and the. We got some fresh seafood to cook at home. All was delicious and d so fresh, like they had just caught it!!

Dawn T.

Yelp
Coworker was sharing the variety that Bar Harbor offered. However, the website is not current. Dates are all off.

Yelp
Just bought 100 oysters for $25. So fresh. So wonderful. After just getting ripped off at the Vineyard in Lake Mary, it was nice to get a great deal on delicious oysters. Thanks Bar Harbor. Lunch was great too.

Xinyu Q.

Yelp
food is always great with excellent customer service and value. There is a line but the wait is worth it. Also there is a fresh seafood area

Yelp
We had boiled crawfish perfectly prepared spicy and hot. The onion rings were excellent. I had an oyster poboy that was as good as I have ever had. The service friendly and efficient. The raw oysters salty and full

Yelp
Ummmm let's first start by saying I'm a tourist in this part of the world and when I clicked on this restaurant... I thought oh my.... nice!! Wrong!!! lol Great food, chill vibes.... But UMMM it's a FISH MARKET!!! Lmaooooooo No lie!! A FISH MARKET that fries fish!!! Not saying I'm not into that sort of this(cause I am) however at this point and time while looking for breakfast with my fancy mother who only eats seafood... this wasn't it!!!! Had to get her out of there!! She saw the outdoor red park benches and was like ummmmmm.... lol
google avatar

Yelp
Love the people who work the counter. I would stay with anything not fried. Any fried seafood doesn't hold up well in to go boxes. Lobster and Crab roll $15 3/5 Fried Combo $20 2/5
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
This place is very cool, it's a wholesaler with a walk up lunch counter inside the retail store. The food was cheap and delicious. It's very much no frills, you pay inside and then they call you to a window to pick it up in styrofoam containers and eat at picnic benches on the patio. Everything we had was fresh and delicious, even the coleslaw tasted freshly made. I think the conch fritters were my favorite though.
google avatar

Yelp
Fresh fresh fresh!!! A fabulous place to get fresh seafood at super reasonable prices! The staff for friendly and helpful and quick to greet us and help us at the counter. We bought clams, lobsters, and crab legs and all were super fresh and yummy. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
An amazing find! Recommended by a friend. Totally worth it! Can't wait to come back when we visit Orlando again!

Yelp
Seafood was excellent and well priced. Order at the seafood counter inside where the fresh seafood is on full display. No alcohol served but could order bottled water and soft drinks in cans. Seating is outdoors on metal picnic tables and benches.
google avatar

Jordain J.

Yelp
It's okay, basic and to be honest I feel like I didn't miss anything special. It's just enough to fill you but it's not anything that wowed me to come again unless I'm in the area and having a serious hankering for this kind of seafood. I hate to give bad/decent ratings but I just have to be honest. The people there were nice and honest about the menu which I appreciate, outside of that, everything else was average.
google avatar

Yelp
Outdoor, seating only, But for this quality of Seafood, Well worth it !! If it's truly toooo warm (98*) sunny outside you can always eat in your car. I get emails regarding sale items of the week and the Lunch menu ! A Reminder: if you are calling in your order BE SURE to ask if they have unadvertised specials. Such as double lobster meal with one side $19.99 (( see photos)) Fresh seafood is a wonderful favorite of ours! We have Never been disappointed in anything From Bar Harbor- lunch / market purchases I Love the Lobster roll buttered toasted roll stuffed with Lobster !!

Rowena W.

Yelp
2nd visit here, and will definitely come back again! My son had a lobster roll, and I had the whole belly clams with hush puppies for lunch. AMAZING! We brought home 4 cooked lobsters, cherry stone clams and chowder for dinner (made our own lobster rolls).
google avatar

Jensine C.

Yelp
Best local find for seafood! The day I came the credit card machines were having technical difficulties, but otherwise this place is worth the wait. Not only does this place sell to local restaurants, but to the public as well. I've known about this place for years and this is still by far the most affordable place for purchasing seafood. Their lunch served from 11a-3pm everyday except Sunday and Monday when they are closed. You can purchase snow crabs, variety of fish, and mollusks. The best deal of all is their whole steamed lobster cooked and chilled ready to go home with you for only $8.99. That's right, the whole lobster already steamed and chilled for only $8.99. You also won't be disappointed with their three kinds of lobster rolls: Maine, Garlic, or Connecticut. Served with fresh French fries and coleslaw. Definitely will continue to return to this great place.

Yelp
I love this place! The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. The food was great and the staff was superb. Issa, took our order and she was the absolute best! She was so personable and bubbly that she really left a great impression on my wife and I. She is a jewel!
google avatar

Deena S.

Yelp
I love buying seafood here. The seafood seems to be the freshest. I bought two lobsters and a pound of head on shrimp. The head on shrimp is so much more delicious than the peeled shrimp that you get at other places. If you want to eat there, they have picnic tables outside, and very convenient parking.
google avatar

Yelp
The fresh catch is having lunch at a seafood shop! As a local I am always amazed at the international accents and people from out of town who will drive into a warehouse district to chomp down all kinds of fresh seafood meals and fish to go. The shop sells frozen and fresh seafood as well as soups and other items you expect at a fish monger, but at prices that will beat out a warehouse or grocery store. They also make meals and sandwiches that are restaurant class. I've had their shrimp dinner, lobster roll, fish and chip and one of their daily specials. Their sides are OK, but my focus is on the protein. In order to make your seafood safari easier here are some pro tips: - Note the hours Tuesday-Saturday basically lunch hours. They open at 11 AM and that is a good time to arrive as they get busy quickly. Closing at 5 PM weekdays or 4 PM on Saturday. - Check out Facebook, yes FB, for their weekly menu specials and the sales in the market. Be prepared because it is a small shop and the choices for fresh seafood and meals can seem too tantalizing to decide. Note they sometimes have "until gone" market specials which means jump in your car and drive over NOW. - Seating is at patio or picnic tables rain or shine. Also available are the front and back seat of your car. Food is delivered at a take out window when they call your name. - They only allow 4 people in the small shop at a time to order and purchase so there can be a line. This can be challenging on a lunch hour because you have to park (see below) possibly wait in line to get in the store to order and then a short wait as all meals are made to order. There are people who pick up large orders and I have seen mention of call in but you would still have to queue to pay. - Bar Harbor delivers to restaurants and has a loading dock as well as a small parking lot. Occasionally parking can require some ingenuity but other times you just pull in. Same seafood served in area restaurants-check Meals worth waiting for-check It's an experience-check check!

Yelp
One can fly to Boston, take a cruise to Maine, or simply drive to the little seafood counter off OBT for the very flavors that define New England seafood. Chowder, Lobsta rolls, clam strips, hush puppies.... They got it all with the exception of inside seating. It's picnic tables or eating inside the vehicle. You can TRY to get it home, but I'm doubtful that's a reality. Just forgive yourself for that promise to never eat in car.
google avatar

Marilyn S.

Yelp
Heard this place was worth trying. Brought the folks with me, the love the local vibe. Tented outside seating. Order is placed inside at a small counter. You could pick up a fine variety of fresh fish here too. I had the Connecticut lobster roll because I had never had this style before now. Not bad, tad dry. Portion was adequate. Dad had the lobster, he was excited to dive in. Had to ask for the claw crackers to help him. Will be back for fish fr

Yelp
One of the most favorite attempts for lunch when I feel like getting some lobster rolls. They don't have the best lobster rolls, but compare to the price it's fair & good enough. Staffs are not mean, but they usually speaks loudly (they're a seafood market, not a restaurant) which is a bit anoy
google avatar

Natalie L.

Yelp
I was intrigued on trying this place after seeing the reviews on the twin lobsters lunch special. We were disappointed that they didn't have it when we went, which we understood because it depends on what they have available. We opted for the lobster rolls instead. There are 3 options to choose from - Maine, garlic or Connecticut. We chose the Connecticut (drawn butter and scallions). It comes with fries and cole slaw, which turned out to be the best part of the meal because the lobster roll was very bland. If I closed my eyes and didn't know what i was eating, I wouldn't know it was lobster. I would come back for the seafood market, but I'll pass on the precooked options next time.
google avatar

Yelp
This place never disappoints. Every time I come to Orlando I always make sure I stop here for lunch. Keep up the great work guys
google avatar

Mariana B.

Yelp
I would not recommend to people eat there. It takes very long to you receive your food, the food is expensive for what they serve, they were missing a lot of things. The Cham chowder tastes ok but the bisque, nobody could eat., acidity extremely strong. Fish very greasy. They have a lot of fresh seafood, expensive, but fresh. So better option, buy and cook home.
google avatar

Iris M.

Yelp
Been wanting to go here and glad we finally got to go during Christmas break. There was a line when we got there but it moved at a good pace and the staff was friendly. There were plenty of seats but just note that all the seating is outside. I got the fried shrimp platter with fries and cole slaw. I got the plain shrimp (other options include Buffalo or sweet chili sauce) but the plain shrimp you can just taste the goodness of the shrimp and it was delicious! I didn't eat the cole slaw but my husband ate it. Next time I think I can sub it out for another side. My son got the fish and chips and he liked it. And my husband enjoyed his fish sandwich but he said he would try something different next time.
google avatar

Lenny M.

Yelp
Outdoor eating only, very nice sitting area & clean, staff were very nice & expedited our order of chowder, fish & chips, supreme seafood platter & steamer's. ALL, of the fried food arrived soggy, zero crispness, whole belly clams like elastic bands, I think the shrimp came out of a box. Clam chowder was average, sorry, overall quality of food was poor.

Yelp
Anyone been to Bar Harbor Seafood lately? Well, I went todsy, and was super excited to get the $16+ lobster roll. I was starving and chose that option as I felt it would be filling, more so than just a $10 lobster. I was WRONG. I literally thought she gave me the incorrect item. I went back and asked if it was the $16 lobster roll or did I order something else. She said they order 6in rolls (impossible) - the roll was at least an inch smaller than my iPhone 13 - 3.5 in max. I was so hungry that I had the 3-3 1/2 bites it took (sans a photo) and had to order an additional lobster to go as I was still quite hungry. It did come with about 20 or so fries and a small scoop of Cole slaw I didn't care for at all. I assumed it was a $16 roll, not 3 side items. I didn't even need sides and would have generally just ordered just the roll (glad I didn't this time). If you go, just get the lobsters - the rolls aren't even worth $7. Lesson learned on my dime so you don't have to! I am really sad as I used to like this place and you got a great deal for your $$.

Bill E.

Yelp
Best Clam chowder ever! FANTASTIC, fresh seafood. Amazing Maine LOBSTERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any seafood lovers.
google avatar

Larry S.

Yelp
We were in the area and it was lunch time. It also happened to be pouring rain outside but the food is so good we decided to order and eat in the car. The belly clams were juicy and big. The Connecticut lobster roll (no mayo) was delicious as always. One issue was the wait time. It took 25 minutes to get this simple order.

Alicia O.

Yelp
Fresh seafood on a very relax atmosphere. I love the choices and the quantity of food you get leaves you feeling satisfied. I totally recommend Bat Harbor,yo6won be disappointed.
google avatar

Hikari N.

Yelp
We to-go ordered the pick 2 (shrimp and clams), mahi tacos and chefs special (tuna). We ended up also buying the clam chowder. The mahi tacos was incredible. A lot of flavors and it was stuffed full of fish. Chefs special was some sort of seared tuna. It was fully cooked and a little on the dry side but there was flavor. Pick 2 shrimps were great. When it came to clams I had more breading than clams so I recommend just getting shrimp and fish.

Kenisha D.

Yelp
Everything was delicious! We had the couch fritters, popcorn shrimp and the recommended lobster roll.

Yelp
Great lunch, fish and chips. Lots of outside seating and parking. Lots of other fish choices

Yelp
Orlando is an enigma to me. . . I know it's not on the beach, but it's CLOSE to a beach. . . and it's Florida. . . why are there so few options for good seafood? I'm not talking about Bonefish, or some super high-end local establishment where I get 4 ounces of 'chilean sea bass in special spices caught fresh nowhere near south america' - but good old fashioned seafood houses with plenty of options. . . friend, grilled or blackened. Giant portions. Laid back atmosphere. Why, Orlando, can you not delight me in this way? I did find Bar Harbor Seafood - a fish market with a to-go system that has a fantastic lobster roll! Great service, even with a line it moved swiftly. I had a roll and fries, and it was delish! Reasonably priced, take it and leave or stroll outside to several nice picnic tables. It's obviously a local favorite as it was pretty full. A huge storm was brewing so people scattered, but while it was nice, it was a fun place to hang out and chat with a good roll and fries. Eating the rest in the car was a bit messy, but well worth the drive to a great new place - to us - for seafood when in town!
google avatar

Sue F.

Yelp
Good food, but at least one somewhat rude employee. There is a sign on the door only 4 customers at a time. That's fine, bit you can't see in through the doors. I opened the door to see how many were inside and got yelled at to "Wait. Just wait a minute.". I tried to explain that I was opening the door to see how many people were inside, but he just gave me some kind of look and walked away. That ruined the experience for me. It the food wasn't awesome I would have just walked away.
google avatar

Yelp
Fantastic service, freshest seafood in town, INCREDIBLE prices and tasty, tasty lunches! While stopping to pick up some lobsters for dinner- husband and I couldn't resist lunch! A quick stop for some lobster bisque, fish & chips and fried scallops. Super affordable and the BEST lunch we've had in a VERY long time! Bar Harbor is now a weekly stop on our list (for lunch and dinner!)

Yelp
Great value and delicious seafood. Very filling and quick service. Definite repeat for my family & friends!
