I don't care about which drinks you make more profit with, those are your problems and not worth mentioning. As a person raised in Canada i don't know how Koreans behave but after research, Gapjil is when you ask for things you don't deserve, which isn't the case here lol. A friendly service is and should be the very basic of any merchant and every customer deserves a friendly service, whether tips are given or not. As a customer, I wasn't welcomed at all from the very moment I entered your hall and if you treated me like any other customer, than your way of treating customers is certainly wrong. Maybe you didn't intend it, but behaviors are judged by the way one received it, not by how you intended your them to be received. Sorry but monsieur, by the way you treated me (before I paid), I felt that you were mad because I went there alone during happy hours and only bought one cheap drink. 5 minute notice? Well, before mentioning that, I shall mention that you did NOT explain your policies and rules and that includes not telling me that it's 17.4$ per hour. As a new customer, I didn't know of the hourly policy so you were responsible to tell me that you charge per hour before I even started my 1hr, so that I can keep track of my time usage. Also, u should smile when you treat your customers, "like a Canadian" as you say 😂 I haven't lived in Korea for long so idk in details but Korean customer service is as nice as the Canadian one, so you should perhaps learn how to treat customers and not gapjil to them 😒

"We don’t understand what you’re trying to say in this review. You removed the original review and wrote again.
We explained that during happy hour (for one person), there was a minimum purchase requirement of $5, and you chose a non-alcoholic beer. We gave you a five-minute notice. We treated you the same as our regular customers. Regarding the messy table and floor, if it was an accident, you should have told us. You just left without any comments. We didn’t ask for a tip, but at least you should keep the room clean when you’re done. If you want to live in Canada, behave as a normal Canadian, and don’t engage in Korean gapjil. By the way, we can make more profit with a non-alcoholic beer than an alcoholic one."
