Bar Limina

Incredible cocktail menu with some classics like a Manhattan and Negroni, but features are inventive simple and delicious. Particularly impressed by the White Gloves Marcona almond washed gin martini. Plus they have See the Elephant amaro and the bar team made us an off menu cocktail that was delicious.

This place is really cool. My friends and I arrived on a busy Friday night without reservations and Josh greeted us warmly and with much hospitality and guided us to the back patio for drinks while we waited for a table inside. He took great care of us and even brought a Bluetooth speaker out that we could connect to one of our phones. I had the espresso margarita and it was balanced and lovely. My friends tried all different drinks. Some they liked more than others and it was good fun to try so many different ones. Also, something I appreciated is that even though we were a party of 6 or 7, once we went inside our server was also keeping track of which drinks each of us had and brought us our own separate checks without it being a bother or an issue whatsoever. He provided great service too and I wish I captured his name. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to others. Bar Limina is a wonderful addition to Memphis.

Jenna & Austin were so kind and offered the best conversation! They’re both super knowledgeable, creative, and were willing to use their skills to make a unique drink for my cravings. I have to go back for the cocktails and an education lesson!

My wife and I visited Bar Limina last night. What a wonderful place! It's intimate, but not claustrophobic. Josh greeted us at the door and John, our server, was helpful all evening. I had the White Glove and wife had Ultimo Ray. The White Glove was a wild take on a martini, and the Ultimo? I'm not even sure how to describe it, other than - there's a lot going on, it's really refreshing, and a great drink. We also had the cheese + charcuterie for a "snack". The choices of meat and cheese were all well selected. We also swapped to wine (me, red, her, white) with our snack. The wine selection was so good we ended up walking across the street to Rootstock to purchase a bottle of the white to take home. It was a great evening. NOTE: There is almost no signage, so it's easy to miss.

Absolutely incredible. This is the best cocktail bar in Memphis. The drinks were interesting, delicious, and perfectly executed - my favorite was Uncle Ts Nightcap No. 2. The space is beautiful and intimate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Pro Tip: If you go with a large group, reserve the "Godfather" table.

Jenna was our bartender. Truly gifted and amazing. What she made us was incredible. The music could've been a little more upbeat though. Other than that, super cool vibe. Will definitely be back with more friends.

Absolutely love this place. Bar Limina isn’t just a cocktail bar—it’s a creative experience. The space itself is intimate and welcoming. You can tell there’s real thought behind everything, from the drinks to the design. A must-visit if you’re in Memphis and love good cocktails with a story.

Very interesting cocktail menu in an elegant space. Great for date night. Playlist is full of great old soul cuts. Bartenders are super knowledgeable. Limited food menu so good for before or after dinner. These guys take cocktails very seriously.

I like that they painted the walls to brighten up the place. Drinks are wayy too expensive & little to no food options. They are selling ruffles and dip for 16 dollars. Server said they will be doing happy hour in the near future. The champagne cocktail I ordered was actually nasty to me. It's a cute place and I'll give it time. I'll go back but no time soon.

Best drinks in Memphis, hands down. Pate and charcuterie were awesome! Great spot for date night. We went here on our way to JEM across the street. Definitely recommend.

I don't like the ambience in here. Very minimal and small tables. The drinks are extremely overpriced and take a long time to come out. Food options are nonexistent
