Bar Louie - Stonebridge

I love drinking here with friends, and i love their loaded tater tots just delicious. The best part is that the server and bartender are very attractive and kind. I love to spend over $400 here just for the environment. The wait might be long sometimes but it is definitely worth it!!

I usually run to Bar Louie when I can. But this one missed all the marks. My favorite is the Hot Honey Chicken sandwhich and it was a mess. The chicken should be fully covered in the hot honey sauce, as you see in the photo it wasnt at all. It was tasteless, chewy, dry, overcooked, and hard. The bun was also hard along with the tater tots. Not sure what happened but I couldn't eat it.

Today is 14 June, Father’s Day weekend the time is 2:00 PM Saturday. So there’s no mistaking my comment. I ordered off the brunch menu. I ordered eggs, sausage, and home fries. The complete meal looked like crap to start, secondly, the eggs must’ve been cooked on a pile of grease. The sausage links were dry as the toothpicks at the front door. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with an egg and some fries. My wife was very clear about the fact she DID NOT want the egg runny! I be darned if the egg was not runny. Had to send my wife’s meal back. Our friend ordered a cheeseburger melt with sourdough bread. The bread was hard as a rock and the mail looked terrible to boot. When the general manager (Alyssa Williams) finally came to our table at least 20+minutes after I asked for her. I asked her how she thought, my food looked? She stated my eggs looked overcooked and never mentioned anything about the four pieces of dry burned sausage. I literally had nine small pieces of potato wedges, almost the same size as the sausage links that look like they came from the bottom of a potato fryer. Mrs. Alyssa Williams NEVER apologized or showed any compassion about the fact that I didn’t even get my Father’s Day brunch meal. Zero compensation or even any mention of it! She didn’t even apologize to my wife about her plate or our friend who brought us to your restaurant! I will never go back to bar Louie. I don’t even wanna walk past the restaurant or the storefront. Absolutely, poor customer service some of the worst I have ever experienced and yes, I did get up and leave. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday, Followed up with correspondence to the Stonebridge community Association I will take this as far as I need too. “ YOU POKED THE WRONG ONE THIS TIME” Andre Gaughan

The only issue I had was paying $3.50 for a kiddie cup( I didn't complain, it had cartoon characters) of coke with my to-go order. A larger cup would have made my meal 5 stars. Outside of the cup everything else was done well!

Updated review from tonight's dinner: same score, different day... this time I tried the patty melt, another sad burger... the bread was stale and the onions severely lacking. Flavor wise, the burger was ok but definitely dry. And the blue cheese sauce was once again a huge (soupy) disappointment. The whole meal made me wish I ordered from old reliable red robin. Previous review: Ordered from door dash, food arrived relatively timely, given the likely busy lunch hour. The food was such a disappointment. The french onion soup had four floating croutons with a glob of cheese at the bottom of the tupperware. The bourbon bbq burger was missing any signs of bourbon bbq sauce, and the onion rings on top were scraggly and limp. The tator tots were the most edible, but the blue cheese sauce was terribly loose and tasted like watered down ranch dressing. Overall, a sad meal.

We celebrated my birthday (August 1st) at Bar Louie! First, the place is amazingly beautiful! We went around lunchtime. The menu was kid-famiky friendly. We had a great booth seat. I ordered a “Strawberry Margarita “, 🍅 tomato basil soup, grilled chicken Quesadillas. Yum! Delicious! Wonderful! The area that the restaurant is in has plenty of parking. Other stores, shops, businesses and restaurants are in the area also! I give Bar Louie a 10+. Fast service! Friendly staff with smiles! Great prices on the menu! I am definitely going back to Bar Louie’s!

I must say, for a franchise this establishment has certainly set the bar fairly high. The menu was designed to cater to a variety of guests and although the atmosphere was similar to a Wild West scenic shot, the waitress Alisha was nothing short of personable, helpful, and sharp at her ability to manage each differential request from my party with efficient timing on her return.

It was a very nice place for the atmosphere and a hang out spot for drinks, not for food.
