AVOID This place Rude waitress flat out! We wanted table service and have the money to drop!! Just wanted to chill out with a few friends. Booth was empty did not say reserved!! We asked to sit! Funny thing is the night before the other waitress enjoyed our money..

This review comes from the perspective of planning an event at Bar Luca. For two years in a row now, I have hosted a team happy hour there for 40+ people. Bar Luca has been by far one of the easiest and best places to work with in terms of hosting a large group. They don't have ridiculously high minimums and require contacts months in advance like many peer venues in the area. Both years that I have worked with them, their staff has been wonderful - the drinks were good, the service was fast and efficient, and the space is not far from the Palazzo entrance - easy to find. This year, we specifically worked with one of their hostesses, Valerie, and she went above and beyond to ensure our group had what we needed. She was helped by Anielka who was super helpful and I also met Derek, their manager, who was kind and genuine. I will definitely bring our group back to Bar Luca every year that our conference is held in Vegas!

I was playing (and paying) a touch table game at the bar. The employee, who seemed "in charge" asked me while I was playing if I wanted a drink, he repeatedly looked over my play screen and said nonsensical retorts that he needed to see I was actively "playing." When he was satisfied, he gave me the thumbs up and asked what I wanted to drink; I asked for a Spacedust draft beer. He went away and about 15 minutes later I flagged him down and he acted as if it was the first time he saw me and did the same dog and pony show--looking at my play screen and asking if I was actually playing a game, and then asked what I wanted. I did not swear at the gentleman, nor raised my voice or threaten him or speak disrespectfully to him in any way! I was not remotely intoxicated, it was around 9 pm and I spoke to him respectfully. The second time I asked for the same drink and he behaved that he had never seen me before and obnoxiously looked at my play screen, The closest thing I stated to what any rational human being could call "irritated" was for "the second time, I would like a space dust." His response was "I don't like how you're talking to me; goodnight, leave now or I am calling security.'" This is absolutely deplorable behavior on employees, I did nothing remotely encroaching on disrespectful behavior. I am contacting your corporate, and I will be pursuing that man's employment termination!

Poor communication between staff and flat out rude snotty waitress. Bar tenders knew we’d been there several nights in a row with big tickets and told us we could sit at tables. Waitress comes and kicks us out and says “it’s reserved for a reason” 1hr later the tables are still empty and we’re enjoying drinks across the casino floor. Haven’t seen that level of rudeness in a long time.

Had drinks here every night during my stay because the bar is located right next to the entrance of palazzo. It is also very crowded most times. Filled with business people who travel to Vegas , filled with some local girls wishing for a benefit. It is very Vegas.

I was having a great time on my birthday. My husband sat on a slot machine that had a full drink on it, so I took it to the Luca bar and asked one of the bar tenders if I can leave it there, he said sure. I turned around to leave and a waitress from the bar blocked me and told me I wasn't supposed to be there and make me walk all the way around to leave. It was literally 5 steps to go back down the stairs I came up. She blocked me back and fourth as if we were going to fight. I've never met such a rude person. I wasn't there to order a drink, I was doing their job by removing a random drink from a slot machine we were playing at. I could have left it on the floor or any place, but I was trying to be helpful and bringing it back to the bar. I've never felt so insulted, and to make it worse, it was my actual birthday. It totally killed my mood. Such horrible customer service. I'll never forget this incident. It really frustrates me to think people would treat you this way. Especially someone that should have customer service skills. I hope Palazzo trains their servers better. That was really unacceptable. Totally disgusted.

Nice place to sit and relax for a drink. If you’re lucky and you get Valerie as your server, you are blessed. She is one of the nicest and sweetest people there. She is a compliment to the bar!! Better than anyone and she treats all, it especially me, with respect and made me feel so welcome. She is the BEST. Others, ok, but find Valerie and I know when you do, you’ll be so pleased you stopped by!!

Luis the bartender..12.21.23 is rude & discriminatory. I asked to buy a drink & water. He refused to serve me because he saw I had children. Even having them wait in the walkway. He said no & wouldn't serve me because of having kids? Is this even allowed?

Amazing service. 10/10. Great vibe. Exactly what I wanted from an in casino bar. Drink tickets readily available.
