Bar Miette

We had a great experience at Bar Miette today. The staff and service were exceptional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable time. The food was exceptional, and the drinks also delicious. A lovely, peaceful and cool location, even on a very hot day. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We had such a great experience at Bar Miette. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help, which makes such a difference. The food was amazing. We had the New Year’s special menu, and honestly, the prawn and pork belly sandwich was one of the best meal. Also, the steak was cooked exactly the way it should be, perfect! A special mention to Chef Fellipe, who came over to check if everything was going well. That personal touch really stood out. It’s so nice when people make the effort to ensure you feel welcome and special. Oh, of course Story Bridge view always making the night.

Amazing Story Bridge view from this bar. Can get very windy especially in the evening, and limited seatings - not for big groups. Drinks - Tina 1.0 was good but the cocktails though delicious, were tiny! Not sure if they were worth what we paid for $26 each. Food - Good but also, quite expensive. Service was friendly but not so attentive. Regardless, this is a cool outdoor bar to visit when you're in the area, especially for the view.

We stopped in to Bar Miette for breakfast after a recommendation from a friend and their avocado on toast is outstanding, the mimosa is top shelf as well. Highly recommend to all. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales

Such a lovely location! Pretty set up and tasty food. Only issue was that some of the mains portions were tiny - eg the prawn and pancetta sandwich was at best six bites.

nice little cocktail bar on the river. Great views of the story bridge and river. We did not have the cocktails but pale ale was yummy. As for food; grilled octopus with paprika and potatoes was very good, mortadella burger was yummy but quite difficult to eat as it is large. Overall lovely spot, good vibes

Amazing cozy Bar. I’ve had a Pina Cola, which was great but could have been more creamy. The Beef Tartare was incredible aswell. Overall definitely a place to be.

Gorgeous place. Great views, lovely vibes, great staff and quick service. Food was very lacklustre, especially for the prices. Drinks I had were really nice. Someone in my party had a nut allergy and the supervisor on shift was very accommodating and called the head chef to make sure everything was okay and removed the item from the bill. Will definitely go back but hopefully go when there are more food options available rather than just snacks and slices of meat. I’ll be going back for the god tier focaccia alone.
