Amazing experience here, had delicious natural wines, the Wagyu meatballs were very rich and tasty, the salmon trout starter was refreshing with dill. Our server was very attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Great ambiance, bit dark inside but sitting in the garden in the back was very pleasant

Had an amazing dinner with attentive staff making sure everything was okay. Aside from the tasty dishes , the bread (yes the breead!!) was delicious!! Had far too many , and I have no regrets.

Nice atmosphere. Great Old Fashioned! Food is very creative although a bit limited menu. Wine selection is probably very extensive for Munich. If you are used to France or Spain you will be a bit perplexed by the choices, and upset about the prices...

I order a set menu, everything including the wine was excellent,but the Pork Belly stole the show. The service team was also super helpful for advice on what to drink. 5 stars.

The more causal little brother of the fine dining restaurant Mural, it’s fair to say you would have some expectations as you sit down in the chic modernist interior. And things start off well, the complimentary bread from Julius Bratner and thoughtfully semi melted room temperature butter. But the food afterwards is creative but somewhat misses the spot; ingredient pairings are interesting like fermented leek with Sichuan type peppers with steak that is a tad too chewy. Or things like sunflower ice cream, which whilst creative a flavour, doesn’t really pair all that well with French toast and poached pears. The service also starts out ok but degrades to being downright bad towards the end. Starting out friendly and taking some time to explain the menu but as each dish is served, the accompanying wine comes with the bottle and explanation of tasting notes to just slapping down the wine glass on your table and giving you the name of the wine while looking irritated if you ask questions about it. Oh, and the pacing of the meal is completely off: 20 odd minutes between the starter and main but we waited over 40 minutes to get our dessert. To top it off, the waitress scowls at the end when you leave a less than sufficient tip despite the terrible service. So as much as this place has great potential, it unfortunately doesn’t live up to it.

The overall experience was nice but we had a small incident with the reservation: -Reservation at 8.30, we were there 8.30 sharp and they told us our spot was still taken -We said fine, we can wait 10 minutes -They said “thats very unlikely, could be 10/30 or more..” -They offered a table at a friends restaurant (we declined, as we wanted to eat there) -We were given some free wine to wait (thanks for that) -At 21.10 (40 mins later), some seats freed up at the bar and the 3 of us seated there [not our table of 3 to speak face to face, but good enough] -After that dinner was good, nice food, nice wine, nice atmosphere More concrete +s and -s (+) -Food is pretty good, loved their mushroom plate, and their yolk,kale,coliflower one -Good somelier, lovely wine selection -The wine we wanted wasn’t available so they offered us a better one at the same price (nice touch, thanks) (-) -Lack of seriouness with reservations and time-keeping

Fantastic experience: the chef, bartenders, servers were exceptionally friendly and provided a superb service. We arrived 2 hours earlier for our reservation but they were able to accommodate us right away. The bar had a great personality and the people who are working there really made a difference in the whole experience. Beef tartar was fantastic - the best I’ve tried. Thank you for making our birthday celebration and last night in Munich a memorable one

Wonderful food. Great service. Absolutely go for the 5 course dinner. Ask the team to pair wine. They do have wonderful suggestions that are not listed in the menu. Worth to book a table as the palce is packed and you probably won't get a table without a reservation Very good gastro bar in Munich

Adorable resto bar with small but exceptional menu. Modern, cozy, Michelin star chef. Loved it.
