What a delight. Great service, local foods - very innovative chef. Vast wine selection is perfect for a glass, pairing or bootle. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Not loud- which is a huge plus in my opinion.

We went for dinner at Bar Mural and had a great experience. The food was creative and delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the wine list is outstanding. Definitely a place worth visiting in Munich.

For a restaurant that proudly flaunts its Michelin Guide 2020 & 2021 sticker, maybe it’s time to retire it — unless it’s meant to be a relic of better days. From start to finish, the experience was underwhelming. No one offered to take our coats, no one checked in during the meal, and when we left most of the fish untouched, apparently that didn’t raise any eyebrows. The beef tartare was so bland it could double as a culinary sedative, and the saibling — buried under a landslide of crumbled dark rye bread — was more confusing than creative. When we mentioned the fish tasted fishy (never a good sign), the waitress responded with a simple “ok.” No concern, no apology — just ok. That’s when we knew dessert or another drink would be a waste of time. If this was once Michelin-worthy, it’s hard to imagine what happened since.

Amazing food, great drinks and wines, and super friendly service. It’s more expensive, but it was on point with the superior service and food/drinks. Make sure you have a reservation.

Amazing experience here, had delicious natural wines, the Wagyu meatballs were very rich and tasty, the salmon trout starter was refreshing with dill. Our server was very attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Great ambiance, bit dark inside but sitting in the garden in the back was very pleasant

Had an amazing dinner with attentive staff making sure everything was okay. Aside from the tasty dishes , the bread (yes the breead!!) was delicious!! Had far too many , and I have no regrets.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. A gastrobar with a near-Michelin level of food and a nice selection of natural wines is a rare find in Munich. The staff is highly welcoming and friendly. Just don’t see any downsides, really. P.S. Their pork belly should be banned for being too delicious:)
