This place was recommended to us. So was excited to go give it try. The service was very slow. My partner had to send his steak back you couldn't even cut it with a steak knife it was that tuff and chewy. So had re order lamb chops and there was no meat on them very sparse. The chips were all over cooked little crispy bits. Really disappointed will not be returning and nor would our friends who came too, they were also very disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous. Food delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Can't fault them. Brilliant for party of 17 which was booked only hours before for our wedding anniversary

Another fantastic meal! 3 yrs later and the food has got better, staff are still excellent & the beer is very good. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A pretty good meal can be had here. I like to eat inside restaurants, but the dining room was a bit dull and basic, to be honest. Service was good and food OK but uninspiring as was presentation. I would eat here again, but it's not somewhere that's likely to become a favourite of mine.

Has changed since my last visit. I always give a place a second chance So glad I did. Everything was first class. Definitely going again, best night out for a long time, food, staff ECT, top notch
