Best Chinese food! Better than any I’ve eaten in California and even China Town in San Francisco! Honestly! We ate: prawn fried rice, sautéed Bok Choy with mushrooms & garlic, sweet & sour soup, beef with mushrooms & bamboo, and fried pork dumplings. My goodness, nothing was imperfect! The flavor of the rice was even noticeably better, not greasy and prawns were tender! The sweet & sour soup was so balanced and no odd flavor! With a loaded bowl of goodness! The beef with mushrooms & bamboo! Just wow! The beef was perfectly rare, no blood and so very tender! The fried pork dumplings had a nice crispy tender crust on the bottom, the pork center was a burst of deliciousness and the dumpling was the perfect thickness and cooked perfect, not over cooked, not soggy! When we complemented them on the flavors the server told us they cook traditionally, with fresh ingredients and you could taste the difference!
