I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor service from our waitress, Denise. From the start, she was short with customers, rolled her eyes, and responded in a hostile manner when asked simple questions about food and drink updates.
I ordered three glasses of wine and food, yet waited an excessive amount of time while watching six other tables that arrived after me get served first. When I finally asked about my order, she stated she had forgotten because she went to the restroom. There was no apology, only combative and defensive behavior.
She also complained openly about the restaurant “not being a lounge” and mentioned that other diners had left without paying, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable—especially considering I had ordered multiple drinks and food.
Due to the lack of professionalism, I asked to speak with a manager and, as of writing this, am still waiting.
This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, particularly in an airport setting where travelers are already under time constraints. I hope management addresses this behavior promptly.
