Bar Toto - Trattoria and Bar

Fancy little nook of a bar located on a corner. Went for drinks and it was delightful. Staff were friendly and attentive and they happily seated us on a Saturday afternoon without any delay. Was feeling audacious and ordered a couple of signature cocktails - Toto Zombie and a Lemon Meringue Pie. The former came in a unique tribal-esque tankard with sapid and smoky flavours while the latter was very fresh and savoury. Decent décor and atmosphere.

What an unexpected gem. Very relaxing atmosphere, tasty nibbles and a fine selection of beverages. Harley whipped up fabulous classic margaritas. Definitely worth spending a lazy afternoon or evening with friends or family. We love this place.

I’ve never been to a pure drink based bar before, and this by far the best I’ve ever been to. For anyone who’s fan of classic cinema (particularly Toto) this venue is the place for you. This experience has been a much more pleasant experience knowing how I’ve been here since the 30th and going home tomorrow morning from the Central Coast Film Festival at Cinema Paradiso upstairs.

Coolest bar in the Central Coast. Great staff and service. Terrific selection of cocktails, or ask for your favourite, no issues! Always happy to go back.

Love Bar Toto, whether visiting in person or getting delivery/takeaway, everything is consistently high quality. Peter's done an amazing job setting up the bar here, the drink list is regularly updated and new additions are always a level up from what they replace. Toto is in an element of its own in Ettalong and deserves the recognition. Great place for just a drink, drinks and a nibble, or a sit down meal. The meat & cheese selection is divine, and the drinks range to suit all tastes. Service is amazing and couldn't be faulted. Fantastic and interesting cocktails. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar snacks if you are hungry as well.

I've been to Bar Toto several times, and each time I have been impressed with their food, service, and drinks! They have a lovely selection of reds to go with their amazing charcuterie boards. I've attached a photo of the board from my last outing there. We had prosciutto, mortadella, casalingo salami, brie le maubert, gorgonzola, and mozzarella sticks. I recommend pairing this with the Ventoux 😙👌🧀🍷
