"Switzerland's culinary delights are worth a trip alone, and the country's famous fondue is a highlight of any visit. Located near Zurich Airport, Baracca Zermatt offers a mountain chalet experience and incredible cheese fondue variations. Try the mouthwatering Ricola, a creamy blend of Swiss alpine herbs, or the luxurious De Luxe option with truffles and Champagne." - Omenaa Boakye

The place was unbelievably crowded, better make a reservation. Food in swiss prices but tasty. ;)

Expected more from the Foundue there as it was recommend from a local (I think it need not old bread, but a fresh and crispy one and not so “wine” sour taste), but the place is nice and very cozy! 20 min. with train from Zurich to Kloten.

Had a layover in Zurich and decided to venture out for dinner. Found this place as I was looking for fondue. Really enjoyed the potatoes over the bread dipped in fondue. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming.

Our friends in Switzerland, where we went for the first time, wanted us to try fondue, the most famous dish. We chose the unlimited and non-alcoholic version, but the cheese fondue was incredibly liquid.Even though we told them over and over again, they said they brought the right one. When we insistently asked for it for the second time, the correct one came but we were already full. I am sorry for this bad experience.

Absolutely delicious place to try the traditional Swiss meal of fondue. Located right by the airport, this place was super nice and cozy with a warm fireplace right in the middle. Staff spoke a lot of English and assisted with ordering, will visit again!!

We've had our annual gathering with friends at this place. It was a place I wasn't aware of until that dinner. The interior looks totally cosy and welcoming. It had a beautiful fireplace in the centre of the restaurant which rounded up the cosiness. The food was okay to my taste as it is mainly focusing on fondue and raclette. The menu should be written a bit clearer to be honest. The staff on the other hand was very friendly and did its best to serve all customers during that evening. I liked their passion and commitment. They were very friendly and helpful. Would I recommend dining here? Definitely. The only thing is that it serves probably only during winter time and of course mainly fondue and raclette.

A very cool and nice restaurant with chalet feeling. In the middle of the restaurant is a fire, which also provides a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was very delicious, the salad as an appetizer, as a main course we had two different fondues, both tasted amazing and for dessert the applecake. From a to z a very nice evening, would like to come back. :)

Heavenly - from starter to main course to dessert - Michelin star 🌟 We are always there during this time of the year but tried Raclette (instead of fondue this time ) and it was superb! Yummy 😋 😋

Yelp
This was a nice quaint restaurant. Very cozy and warm atmosphere. It was not very busy when we arrived because I believe their lunch times are different than in the US. Food was tasty. Nothing special or fancy and the service was very nice. Very clean establishment with ample seating. The staff ended up eating while we were there, so it's best to understand the lunch times in other countries before you travel.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had the champagne/truffle fondue and it was delicious. I am glad we found this place. I also fell in love with the decoration of the restaurant. We will definitely come back.

Yelp
Very overrated, overpriced food for a cost of a fortune. The place looks nice and cozy, the staff is friendly. The food is just not there. Their concept of "hibachi " is totally not worth $100 per 2 people. Maybe other items on the menu are a bit better, but they just seem to be into this self-cooking of greats meats of Switzerland at your table. Our kid had fish sticks and they were indeed fish sticks from the frozen section of the supermarket.

Yelp
Stopped here with a friend after work on a Friday afternoon. Showed up a little after 6, and there were lots of seats open but you could tell they were reserved tables. Looked like a good place for a group dinner with plenty of long tables and a full bar. We immediately noticed the fireplace in the center with two long bench style seats beside it. We got comfortable by the fireplace and enjoyed some red wine. The wine menu was extensive, but I cannot comment on the food, as we already had other dinner plans. But those around us seemed to be pleased. If you're in Kloten, it's a convenient location so why not give it a try.

Yelp
Nice place where we could enjoy each other's company. We had 8 people there and it was a nice plane to relax

Yelp
Great place to enjoy one of our country's specialties: Fondue! This place serves great variations of it, incl. with tomatoes, herbs or - my favourite - champagne and truffel. What's particularly cool is that you can mix and match whatever you like instead of having to settle for one particular fndue. They also let you order supplements of any size if you feel you still need more cheese. ;) The ambiance is cozy and reminds me of a cottage up high in the mountains. Will certainly check back for more.
