Lovely place with an amazing natural wine list and really interesting food menu. Everything I ate was great - especially perfect salad - greens dressed perfectly with crunchy pork and pomegranate. The lentils with fish liver a dish i will dream about.

AMAZING restaurant !! Everything was perfect, we loved the food, the atmosphere and the service. The food is very well thought the chef plays with the ingredients to make it the best experience. Highly recommend this place.

Loved this place! The experience felt like the perfect mix between tradition and experimentation, taking Spanish food to the next level with some delicious injection of foreign influences. Great wine list, great set up, great service… and they had the same plates my great grand mother had… quite emotional.

Alex is The most exciting chef in town.. Barbaric is a creative concept where simple ingredients get highlights with the fusion of the most exciting techniques and cuisines ..super cool concept, great ambiance, amazing natural wines. Barbaric is opening a new chapter of consistency, quality and amazing experience in València .. I can’t recommended enough .. Julia and her team are super friendly, fresh and cool making of the experience a super great one ..

Their business card says 'Bar de Vins' and indeed they have a good selection of local wines. However they have a menu which is quite an interesting voyage of tastes and textures. The staff were really helpful and communicate in French and English. A positive experience, one that I would like to repeat one day. Merci beaucoup.

Barbaric Natural Wine Bar. Amazing experience!! We went for my 27th Birthday and we had so much fun! The Food was amazing. Big up the Kitchen Crew! Service was so lovely, they gave us great wine recommendation and did service with alot of love! We recommend the restaurant as well the wine „de Sol a Sol“ Amazing Natural Wine Bar if not the best in Valencia. 10/10 Greetings and Cheers

Cool, laid back yet refined restaurant. Every bite is a journey, in simple words phenomenal. The wine was also splendid. The service was also very lovable and kind. Simply an amazing evening.

I went to dinner at Barbaric with my partner during a weekend in Valencia and I have to admit that Alex's cooking left us amazed. You can feel that the taste comes out of the experience. Complementing the efood was Julia’s professionalism in managing the dining experience with her hospitality and detailed explanations of each dish. We have thought about the experience very often and we cannot wait to return and try new seasonal dishes and explore more from their natural wine selection.
