Very good experience today with Anisa!😀 she’s very patient and helpful, I’ve been to 3 Barbour stores in two cities, but didn’t find what I want. She helps me a lot today, I feel satisfied and respect from Barbour. Got one perfect jacket and two tops. Highly recommend .

What a fantastic shopping experience! I think it was all down to Nick, our salesperson. I initially went in to try on the size of the Beaufort wax jacket and then I became curious about when Barbour were going to be reinstated with their Royal Warrant of Approval after their contract had terminated following the passing of The Queen. This is the first question Nick was able to answer. Nick also ran around the shop and the storage facility seeking out other models of Barbour that still had the label with the Royal badge. I found exactly what I was looking for during my browsing in the Regent Street Barbour. There was also a sale taking place and the shop was extremely busy. Nick was able to serve multiple people who were trying on many different Barbour models whilst remaining cool, calm and collected. Nick should be employee of the month for July! Really a fantastic salesperson, very polite, kind and knowledgeable about his workplace! Take care Nick! Unfortunately I have no photographs of my purchases but I invite you to take a visit to the shop situated on the beautiful, sweeping segment of Regent Street.

Great product, parents come over each year to visit me from Argentina and enjoy getting a jacket or any other item of clothing from Barbour however the lady Store Manager today has the worst attitude. There was an open store event including a jacket embroidery and my parents were excited to get it done in the official store since they got the leaflet, however they left with a sour taste. We came first thing and the store was almost empty and she said it had to be for jackets purchased ON THE DAY only. My parents got 4 jackets in the past 2 years from this very shop. Very disappointing and her attitude was not good. The rest of the staff have always been very helpful.

Great store and selection. Ask for Nick because he was helpful and helped my wife and I find the correct wax jackets with hoods. Nick took the time to help us find the style, color and correct sizes for our body type. Well done Nick! If you need Barbour clothing; this is the store.

İ came from turkey and there was a staff member called gul whıch was so friendly she helped us buy a lot of products and i loved how she was always smiling shes amazing.i will definetly come back just for her outstanding service

I received a very warm welcome at the Barbour store on Regent Street. Nich was very helpful and gave me good advice and plenty of time to help me make the right choice. I am truly delighted with the welcome and his professionalism.

During our recent visit from Korea, we had a truly wonderful experience thanks to Sajid and Ahisa at the Regent Street store. They noticed that we were having difficulty with English and kindly spoke to us in Korean — a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Both of them were incredibly helpful in checking for our size, and even tried to locate the item at other branches when it wasn’t available in-store. Although we couldn’t find the exact size in the end, we were deeply touched by their kindness, professionalism, and sincere effort to help us. Thanks to Sajid and Ahisa, our visit to London became even more special. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to them. We truly appreciate their warm service.

The Regent Street Barbour shop is one of a few Barbour stores in central London, but it is the best stocked. For example, it was the only one that had the ultra light (fly weight) quilted jacket. It carries a large selection of jackets (quilted and waxed), jumpers, body warmers, t-shirts and other items. Has a selection for both men and women. The clothing is well made and classically British. Staff is very helpful and happy to find different sizes or make suggestions. Barbour is not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive either. My jackets from here last a good number of years.

I knew what I wanted. Just the sizing. Staff very helpful and pricing was spot on, better than US prices even with VAT included which you can no longer claim back as a tourist

The Highlands Store is a licensed Barbour store and may not have all Barbour items (Barbour seems to have items exclusive to some stores versus other stores seemingly based on age of the product in the US market, other stores such as Harrod's, or in licensed shops.) This location has more men's than women's products but they have a nice assortment of coats, scarves, shoes, and hats. They also offer pet accessories and carry the cleaning products. I was told by the cashier they run a Black Friday sale with 20% off entire stock. I love the quality, attention to detail, and durability of Barbour. The women's coat sizes run small. John Barbour started providing outerwear to protect fishermen, dock workers, and river men from the harsh North Sea weather in 1884. This is the Barbour store to visit. It has a wide selection, it's a much larger store than the others I visited in London.
