This is where you take the bus to Andorra and many other regional destinations. The place is equipped with your basic coffee shop, a souvenir store and some other commercial facilities that is common in transportations hubs. Alsa and FlixBus use this stop and there are a few others. If you’re going to do a day trip to Andorra like I did, Alsa is the cheaper option as of October 2024. Not the cleanest bus station but that’s a given knowing it’s a high-use facility.

I had a bus ticket for the 2:50 a.m. bus. It was 1.30 hours late. This security guard came and took us out of our seats and behaved very harshly. The toilets are closed, the seats are closed. We are waiting in a corner. Look at the treatment we received at the bus station of the most touristed city in Europe. I don't know if it's a bus terminal or a prison, he's waiting for us with a dog.

This place needs a coin changing machine. People do not always have monedas with them to use in the lockers. The locker with the QR codes takes hours to respond, maybe because my phone number is from out of the country. Most of the stores do not WANT to change your Euro bills into coins. The lady at the FLIX office on September 21 was very rude and not in the mood. This place needs improvement on all levels

The station is clean and tidy, without a trace of rubbish, making it feel comfortable and pleasant. There is no debris on the road, and it is as neat as a mirror, making people want to walk on it. The staff here are also very enthusiastic. I bought a ticket to Madrid on December 2, and she came out specially to help me complete the ticket purchase on the machine. Thank you🙏!

Terrible experince. We need to go on bus to Girona airport in 2:45 a.m. Every entrance was closed so we went down by side and some securty guy with dog arrived and started to speak something on spanish while dog was agressivly barking at us. Then, we tried to find some other entrance. Well, we should know somehow that we should knock on closed station door and wait for some other guy to open the door, without any posible sing of that.

The station is well-organised and the staff are friendly and want to help. The only problem is that there are not much signs, and they are in spanish, so you may have some difficulties finding your bus or the exit.

Worst travel experience in Barcelona! No proper signs in the lift, on what floor the platforms might be. You have to guess. (11 was on -1) On the platform level no signs in which direction your platform might be. You have to walk along the platforms, hoping yours is in the line, you are walking along (11 is the last platform in the line, starting with 1). Try to avoid it and complain to your bus company that they use such a disorganised place! I did!

he facility was unclean, with no available seating, and the staff were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. During the day, they were sanitizing the seats and preventing people from sitting down. Some individuals refused to comply, and the aggressive cleaning staff even called security. They blocked access to all seating areas, forcing people to either stand or sit on the floor, showing no concern for elderly individuals or anyone in need of seating.
