How Natural Wine Became an Underground Trend in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"At Barcelona Wine Bar, which won Best Organic Wine List in North America from World of Wine this year, nearly half the menu is natural wines; I noticed the selection leans Spanish but also features bottles from Lebanon, France, and beyond. One standout is the Los Conejos Malditos line from Más Que Vinos in Toledo — a skin-contact white made from leftover old-vine fruit in an organic, low-intervention setting that tastes minerally with notes of apricot and melon and carries a whimsical label about wild rabbits roaming the vineyard. The team there also reports an uptick in Dallasites requesting natural wines." - Courtney E. Smith

First time to visit. It was an enjoyable early light dinner with my daughter. We shared Tapas: Spiced beef empanadas (2 pcs), Grilled Pulpo (Octopus), chicken thigh a la placha, brocollini, house-made focaccia. Taste, quality, and presentation were above average. The pulpo stood out. The drinks went well wirh the Tapas. We had Wine Flight: Aperitivos - half pours of sparkling wine, dry sherry and red vermouth; and a glass of Pais, a red wine from Chile. The atmosphere was relaxing. Nice decor. Comfortable space between tables. Outdoor seating. Bar area. The service was very attentive and fast. We’ll be back.

One of the best dining experiences I have EVER had. Our reservation at a nearby restaurant was cancelled, so our group was beyond grateful for Barcelona Wine Bar's welcoming environment, kind staff, and speedy service! We were seated at the Chef's Counter and both the manager and our server were PHENOMENAL! We tried so many delicious dishes and can't wait to come back again soon!

We dined here on a recent Saturday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday for which we had made dinner reservations. My brother raves about the Miami location so we had to try the Pittsburgh Barcelona Wine Bar. Wow! I cannot say enough to even describe how anazing our experience was! From the friendly welcoming staff, the delicious food, and lastly the cozy yet lively atmosphere! I'd give 10 stars across the board if I could!

Highly recommend if you like tapas and a super relaxed vibe in downtown Pittsburgh. Although I went overboard with the amount of tapas I bought, they were all very delicious and made to perfection. The staff is very welcoming and personable. Not too loud inside, so you can have normal conversations. This is probably the closest to Iberian cuisine outside of Spain. Just make reservations and do it early. They get booked quickly.

Ooh one of my favorites already! A must try here in PA. Service is excellent. Was first time there, but the servers made it feel comfortable. Food is delicious. Their flavors were exploding in mouth. We ordered multiple tapas. Yum!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Everything I ate was out of this world delicious and the service was so wonderful. The sheep’s cheese with honey was so creamy and delicious, especially with the fresh focaccia! and both potato dishes were fantastic, the perfect amount of crisp with a yummy aioli. Alicia was my lovely waitress, she is so sweet! 💓 but everyone was so kind and pleasant. I will definitely be back again and soon!! thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food

Came here 07/04/25 and on 07/06/25 during Anthrocon 2025 (Furry Con). Where to start... First impressions, rustic, nice vibe, chill atmosphere and music. This place stole my heart for comfort food to the finest of forms. Our waitress, Bella, on the 4th of July was an absolute super star of a waitress on that day, super positive attitude and it made us want to come back for more. I'm bad with math, I asked how much the Cheese and Charcuterie would be, Bella whipped out her phone and tried to calculate, I said to hell with it, give me one of everything on the Cheese and Charcuterie Menu. After finding out that I was pretty much the first person to do this made me laugh. Because I ended up doing the same damn thing on Sunday, except we also ordered even more food on top of round two. I don't think the Chefs in the back anticipated the same person to come back in and do it once more lol, or at least from what our waitress on Sunday said, I can't remember her name, but she was the trainer for the waitstaff. Let me say this, if you are a cheese and meat connoisseur like myself and you are looking for cheese, cured meats and all the above fixins to a proper Charcuterie Board, Barcelona is the place to go. Do what I did, don't think twice about it and order the whole damn menu for cheese and charcuterie. You will not regret it. I sure as hell didn't! 200$+ each time was well spent in my book. Not once, but twice in one weekend. Sunday we had tried the Tapas to go with the charcuterie since we went through a nightmare that day. We decided to go back and treat ourselves. The olives and other pickled vegetables are a very nice touch. Do be careful though, they are pitted olives, but they are amazing in their flavor! The bread that is made in house, made me want to cry it was so delicious and it pairs so nicely with the cheeses and meats it's unreal. For Tapas, we got Eggplant Caponata (I hate eggplant and this dish was amazing), Spinach and Chickpea Cazuela, Patatas Bravas, Albondigas, I think it was the Chorizo with sweet and sour figs (I could be wrong about this one, it was one of the Chorizo dishes). All of the Tapas were amazing in flavor, each one bursting with it's own unique flavor. I cannot wait to come back here Next year and for my Bday. The chocolate cake, albeit small, don't let it fool you. It packs a punch with chocolatey flavor and if you are a chocolate lover, this is the cake for you! But the major highlight for me, one of the cheeses, brie, was like one of my absolute favorites and after having a disappointing bday dinner somewhere else the night before, Our waitress Bella, brought out a slice of it with a candle and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. The Flavors, the service, the atmosphere, the music, the booze selection, this entire restaurant deserves a 10/5. The Vibe is nothing but pure bliss of relaxation. I will definitely be back next year and I hope that Barcelona is around for years to come because they here deserve nothing but the best. Thank you for the amazing Cheese & Charcuterie experience here <3

This place is absolutely incredible. The bartenders were super helpful in recommending items. Must get: octopus, ham and cheese croquettes, whipped sheeps cheese, espresso martini!!
