"Bare Naked Bagel’s fixed home in Hillsboro Village is closed after just one year. The bagel shop owned by BNB Management (Justin Buttner, Robert Kane, and Ryan Buttner) announced on social media that a series of issues contributed to the decision to close. The shop was known for serving hand-rolled bagels and started as a food truck in 2014, selling over 300,000 bagels." - Delia Jo Ramsey

This place is an absolutely excellent find for bagel lovers. Situated in a cozy area, this restaurant looks like a welcoming home. The bagels are fresh, absolutely delicious, and the staff are friendly. I had the breakfast bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. They carefully made the bagel, and it was stunning. Yes, it was a little oily, but the bagel was toasted/warmed perfectly. The egg was light and fluffy and flavorful. The cheese was slightly sharp and extra melty. And the bacon was thinner cut, but crispy. Sure the $7.50 price tag might be more than you expect for a bagel sandwich, but it was a decent size and filling. I 100% recommend coming here if you have the option and want bagels!

Great food, friendly service. The Rosemary Salt bagel is amazing! The avocado bagel sandwich is delicious.

My Bare Naked Bagel visit was great. The 30-or-so minute wait was expected based on the time and day I visited. The line moved quickly, and the food came out in the time quoted,or maybe even a bit less. I had the breakfast bagel, which I was hesitant to do, because it's hard to find bacon on a breakfast sandwich that's cooked crispy enough to be appetizing. The bacon was great and paired nicely with the cheddar and well-prepared egg. The bagel was top notch, too, but you'd hope that would be the case from a place with bagel in the name. My main criticism is that I'd like to see more outdoor seating. The deck looked like it could have fit a few more tables.

Bare naked Bagels bagels are amazing! And I should know, as I am a Jewish man from New York City. I've had more than my share of bagels throughout my life and, surprisingly, this place is especially good, being in Nashville or anywhere else in the country. The staff was really nice, as I was picking up an order... And ended up ordering something for myself... For Postmates, a food delivery company I work for part-time and in my spare time. I recommend this place especially to anyone who has never had a truly delicious bagel from New York or Philadelphia. I mentioned Philadelphia because, unbeknownst to most Americans, even though most people know that cream cheese comes from Philadelphia, the best bagels I've ever had have also come from Philadelphia. I know I'm a New Yorker, but I call them like I see them. 😋😀😊😁

Finally a solution to Nashville's bagel problem. No lines, no overpriced OK bagels, just bagels done right with friendly customer service. These guys know what they're doing. My husband, a native New Yorker, and I give it a 100%!! Best bagels in Nashville. We both had the Everything bagel and LOVED it! Thanks guys!

A great bagel! However, this location has some logistical issues. Not too busy when I arrived and took me 25 minutes after ordering to receive my bagel with cream cheese to go. Saw it happen to multiple other people too. New location so I hope they work this problem out!

Looking for breakfast in Nashville sucks now... Left another place when we waited ten minutes at the counter without being recognized. Came here, was immediately greeted and given a menu. Reasonable prices, great food, great (and quick) service. Give them a try!

Great bagels and sandwiches, but the music was so loud and full of bad language that I couldn't wait to get out of there. Service was minimal, felt like I had to do all the talking to get my order taken, ask where cups we're, etc. Wasn't like that previously and a shame, because the food is delicious.
