I have been working with this company weekly 2-4 orders , and I can say only the best things about them. Andy, in particular, is truly exceptional! I never have to request a tracking link or follow up multiple times—one quick message to Andy, and he provides me with everything I need, 24/7. His professionalism and efficiency make a huge difference. I highly recommend working with them. If every dispatcher and carrier operated at this level, this industry would be far less stressful!

I am a driver with Bari 91 and I have had a great experience. Truck had a light pop up and brought it back to the yard and was fixed the same day and onto the next load. Andy is my dispatch and has kept me loaded and rolling with high miles, and quick turnaround time. Low dead head miles between trips and help to get loaded miles back to home for home time. Have had a good experience with this company and dispatch!

My name is Khan Moniruzzaman, and I worked as a CDL company driver for Bari 91 Inc., located in Markham, IL, for 2 months. My experience with this company was extremely frustrating and dishonest from the start. The recruiter, “Mike,” made a deal with me for 70 cents per mile before I joined. He asked me to fly from New York to Chicago to start the job. But when I landed at the airport, he changed the deal and said it would be 65 cents per mile. That was never part of our original agreement. Mike was always quick to call me when he needed something, but when I had an emergency or needed support, he and the company would never answer my calls. No one ever picks up the phone. They also held $3,000 from me as an escrow (security deposit), promising to return it in 2 months after leaving the job. It’s now been over 3 and a half months, and I still haven’t received it. Mike and the entire office staff have completely stopped answering my calls. The owner, “Alex,” told me once that he would look into the matter, but he also stopped taking my calls. This company is sucking blood from the drivers in many ways. They make mistakes on their end but deduct money from the driver’s paycheck anyway. When they recruit drivers, they claim to provide brand-new 2024 or 2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. But when you arrive, they give you the worst truck they have — in my case, it was from 2013. I feel scammed and helpless. I would strongly warn other drivers to avoid Bari 91 Inc. at all costs.

SHADY SHADY SHADY. Booked this company to run a load for us. They gave us a drivers name and number. We called that driver. He was being unloaded at a previous delivery. Hours later we get an email from dispatcher Andy Moore saying that the driver broke down. I then called the driver to see what happened. The driver said that he was already at another shipping location in Denver checked in with the reefer precooled to -10. We then called the dispatcher Andy and confronted him as to why he lied and let him know that we knew he was lying and his response was "oh" then he hung up the phone. This company took our load sat on it all day then lied about a truck breakdown in order to pickup another load. Avoid this company they are shady characters and will leave you hanging if I could select 0 stars I would!!!!!!!!

Driver idling in a residential neighborhood for 12 hours in Denver on Jefferson. Vibrating our whole condo complex. Reported. Will continue to report it every time we see it.
