Google
Had a 4 hour layover in Nashville & a very early flight so strong coffee was a must. Coffee at the airport done right! 10/10, got an americano (my second choice was a pour over) smooth, strong and just what I needed 🙏 staff was also incredibly kind and efficient. Highly recommend when you’re passing through!

Google
We ordered an oat milk matcha and a latte today after getting in on a early flight. Delicious! Quick and served with a smile. We were tempted but passed on the great pastry selection. Great quick service and flavor beats the huge chains. Accessible open entry with accessible order line. Accessible height pick up counters. Accessible mens and women's restrooms nearby.

Google
A refreshing change where you can get your coffee from an espresso maker. I’m like my coffee short and black espresso style and Khalil (was it?) made the best double espresso I’ve had at an airport yet. When you don’t drown your coffee in milk it’s hard to hide a poor roast or a bad extraction. He did an admirable job. I’ll take the same again thanks.

Google
Didn’t know about this popular Nashville staple coffee shop ‘til my sister pointed out that the airport had one. We went and it was amazing! Max took our order, we loved Max. Overall this interaction exceeded expectations. The chocolate chip cookie was incredible. Really great energy from Max and the barista working there. The cute sticky pink dragon even got a bath! Will definitely go back anytime I’m at BNA in the future.

Google
Yall. This is far and away the best coffee I’ve ever had in an airport. Truly. It’s the real deal. Fresh espresso shots and hand steamed milk - very rare, especially for an airport. Kerrigan and Max gave stellar service - kind and skilled. This is your new spot if you are looking for quality coffee at BNA.

Google
Blown away. Ordered an iced latte at 3:45am expecting nothing better than what I could have gotten from the hotel Kuerig. Took a sip and it was as good as any of my favorite hometown independent shops. Definitely skip the chains if you’re in this airport and want some coffee, come here instead.

Google
One of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been to in an airport. Andrew, the barista that works there, made my entire day and made one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. He was so positive and welcoming that the rest of my group decided to order from here too! Great coffee and food!

Google
After a stressful day of 2 canceled flights and check-ins, the friendly service and really great coffee saved my day. Got the iced honey lavender latte, was really smooth with a balanced floral note from the syrup. Little pricey but worth it for an airport IMHO. Located next to gate C-22. Highly recommend you stop by!

Yelp
Both baristas were such wonderful humans. The person who rang us up (the receipt reads Kendal) and the person who made our drinks on Saturday, 3/29/2025 at ~8 PM were the best people we could've encountered when our airline rebooked our flight landing us at the Nashville airport instead of our original layover in Houston. We were tired, cold because we were forced to check our carryons that held my sweater, and thirsty. My boyfriend was worried that the chocolate may taste artificial in the mocha espresso so we asked the cashier about it. She gleefully explained how their chocolate is a dairy-less ganache that is mildly sweet. She spoke about it with pride and for good reason. He thought it delicious. So was my oat milk chai latte. The next time I happen to be here, I will absolutely be back.

Yelp
We arrived at the airport and we had 5 minutes before boarding. We went to a few restaurants and they said to go within 5 minutes was not possible. We were able to order bagel sandwich and it was ready within the 5 minutes. We were happy the bagel sandwich was available when it was almost 3pm. Then our flight was delayed, the sandwich stayed in my bag for 15 minutes. Then at 25 minutes decided to eat it. It was still piping hot and it was a good bagel sandwich with bacon, egg and it hit the spot. The bagel was chewy and nice texture. Recommend bagel sandwich if you need something fast!

Yelp
If you're at the airport and you are looking for some quality coffee, Barista Parlor is a solid choice. They freshly grind the beans and make the latte. I like that the lattes still have the coffee taste whereas some lattes flavor is masked by the milk or syrup. You'll also see they have the nice coffee machines to make your coffee. I love the bourbon vanilla latte as they make the bourbon vanilla syrup themselves and it's not too sweet. Sometimes there's a line but they provide quick service. They also offer food like pastries and some breakfast sandwiches, but I didn't try them this time.

Yelp
Don't be fooled by the early coffee stops, keep walking, go near Gate C21 and have the best local quality coffee, espresso, & lattes at Barista Parlor. The service was pretty quick for us (6am ish on a Wednesday), and the vibes are so east nasty. I always treat myself to the whiskey caramel oat latte iced before a trip! The staff was friendly & engaging!

Yelp
This was my favorite coffee I had in Nashville! Before heading home, I stopped at Barista Parlor for a latte. I never heard of this coffee shop before, but it was near my gate and I like trying new things. I got an almond milk iced latte with half sweet honey/lavender flavor. OMG this espresso was so bold and strong. I don't know what kind of almond milk they used, but it was so creamy. Literally the perfectly balanced latte. The flavors were sweet, but thankfully I got it half sweet. It was a nice midday treat. It really woke me up quick too. I would look for this coffee again next time I'm in Nashville. So good! Friendly service, but just one girl working so I can see how the wait time could be long.

Yelp
Mediocre airport fare. Something to eat. Coffee and other beverages available. Probably would not eat here again.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
They always have great service here! The music was on point this morning, staff kind, hard workers and the wait was not bad. This is my place for coffee when I'm at BNA.

Yelp
I only travel southwest and me and the barista parlor in terminal c have become best friends. Love the sweet girls that work at this location. Coffee, matcha, and their baked goods are always on point!

Yelp
I had latte during my layover. A guy at the shop was very very friendly and nice, looks stylish and we had a fun conversation briefly. And the latte was so so so amazing!! It blew my mind!!! Loved it!!!!

Yelp
Attentive, friendly and a good cup of Java. I just had a drip coffee with cream and sugar kinda hard to mess up. But the brew was true!

Yelp
Tasty coffee in the Nashville Airport. Sam at the register is super friendly. Had to try the Bourbon Vanilla, really nice but no actual Bourbon. :(

Trucial E.

Yelp
I gotta give it up to these guys. I hunted down the best coffee in the airport on a long layover and landed on Barista Parlor. It was passing all the tests: manual espresso machine CHECK. Minimalist Menu CHECK. Homemade syrups CHECK. All the ppl that are complaining about the food yeah no S%$! Don't come here to get breakfast or a full on meal you come here for the superior coffee. If you want crappy tasting coffee made from an automatic espresso machine with artificial tasting syrups literally every other coffee shop in the airport IS THAT. If you want good coffee where baristas skill level actually matter come here.

Yelp
I was flying home to Phoenix from Nashville on 3/26 and really wanted a white chocolate mocha. I sent my husband to get me one. He said he ordered a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot and whipped cream. He was told that they don't have whipped cream or white chocolate. WTF? Are you kidding me? What coffee house doesn't have whipped cream or white chocolate? He got the drink anyway. It took 20 minutes to make and no there was no one else there. It was the WORST cup of coffee I had ever had! Customer service was just as bad! Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Yelp
The good: They provided me with caffeine in a surprisingly busy Nashville airport early on a Sunday morning. My blueberry muffin was pretty good for an airport coffee place. The bad: The line was fairly long but it moved pretty quickly and there weren't a ton of better places. The ugly: The chai somehow had a weird flavor that I thought was going to burn my tongue and had an after taste that reminded me of the odd flavor. If I come back here, I'll stick to regular coffee or get breakfast at one of the places with live music if I have time before a morning flight.

Sara T.

Yelp
Usually I am a big fan of Barista Parlor. But, I absolutely would not get any food at the airport location again. I ordered a bagel, and it was one of those partially pre-sliced (and possibly frozen) SaraLee or Thomas bagels, that are really just bread in a bagel shape. Such a far cry from what I expect from Barista Parlor, who touts supporting "local artisan" products (insert eye roll here.) But, stars for friendly and professional staff.

Keisha B.

Yelp
Hunter and Kendall were the sweetest and most accommodating barista's. I asked them lots of questions and they always had answers or recommendations on food and coffee, and purchasing bags of coffee as well. The coffee I had was the best coffee I have ever had in my life! Will be back!

Yelp
$5 worth of Nasty coffee! Hoping I don't get an upset stomach. I should have waited for a better coffee option.
google avatar

Katie I.

Yelp
People nice, drinks fine, food deplorable Honestly the old Burger King in the terminal was better food wise. They need to fix this. Gives BP a bad name. And we all know the stand alone locations are awesome.
google avatar

Yelp
This quaint coffee shop in the Nashville airport is definitely worth checking out. The coffee is yummy and the staff are super helpful. And, on the day I visited, the service was pretty fast! This is important to me, as coffee spots in airports often have long lines with slow service. I ordered a large dark roast drip coffee, which was very delicious but priced at $5 for a large ($5.48 with tax). This is likely the highest price I've ever paid for a large drip coffee at an airport! I didn't order food but definitely had food envy when it came to their Breakfast Burrito, which featured eggs, sausage, and TOTS! I had already eaten, or I would have gobbled one up. Another patron on Yelp said that Barista Parlor microwaves their breakfast goodies, so maybe ask about this before you order one.
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
This location is an absolute joke! Just because it is called Barista Parlor, doesn't make it a Barista Parlor. The pour over machine is literally always broken. Has been for probably a year. Half the time the drip machine isn't functioning either people don't know how to pull a shot because no shot of espresso should come out in under eight seconds. I hope this place gets shut down, because I've given up on it ever being as good as it was when it opened.
google avatar

Anitra J.

Yelp
The service attendant was nice and friendly but for 24 dollars for two breakfast burrito that was absolutely nasty no season thick piece of egg I should have gotten a pick but it was so disgusting that I tossed it will not do that again
google avatar

Brandye C.

Yelp
I like that they have a decent selection of breakfast bites like muffins, pastries etc. There is an oatmilk substitute for vegans/vegetarians. I just didnt prefer the lid of the coffee cup being touched bare-handed where I have to sip my drink from. Otherwise, friendly staff and my coffee was delicious.

Yelp
Decent specialty lattes. Not too sweet. The espresso itself was pulled well - you get the flavor without any burnt / bitter taste. The Whiskey Caramel wasn't AS caramel as I'd expected (not mad about it though! Just wasn't what I'd expected based on past experiences). It gives slight caramel popcorn meets See's caramel caramel. My spouse thought it was weird -- I enjoyed it. PRO TIP: taste it first, then ask the barista for an extra squeeze or two of the caramel if it suits you. Don't me shy! Gotta give them benefit of the doubt though because the line was mad long, like 10-15 ppl deep and the single barista was doing a good job keeping up.
google avatar

Grace A.

Yelp
While waiting at the airport stopped here for coffee. The only coffee place with a real barista. Service was quick and friendly.
google avatar

Denise Z.

Yelp
I tried a 'specialty' drink called the Iced Bourbon Vanilla Coffee. Well there was little flavor and so much milk and sugar, that is all you tasted. I also ordered a bagel. They ask if you would like the bagel toasted and sure, why not. But to get a microwaved bagel is not what I spend $5.00 for. Completely unhappy.

Amber S.

Yelp
I've been debating leaving this review, because the baristas are so kind and I love having a third-wave coffee option in the airport! With tip, I spent $20.00 for a 12 oz standard latte and a severely undercooked breakfast sandwich (as in, the bacon looked almost raw). I spent 30 minutes in line to be duped once again. Every time I say I'm going to give them another chance, I always remember why I shouldn't. I've tried this spot many times, and as far as drinks goes, it's a good spot (can be really overpriced, but I get it, airport prices), but y'all really REALLY need to figure out your hot food situation, 'cause this isn't it.

Amy N.

Yelp
Ordered egg cheese biscuit (don't eat meat), was accidentally charged and given a sausage egg and cheese..thought the prices were just not updated on the board when ordering. Upon getting my order I let the woman know about the mistake and she remade..then gave the mistake sandwich to the man right next to me free of charge.12$ gas station quality sandwich..maybe gas station could do better lol go elsewhere
google avatar

Karissa B.

Yelp
got the bec and iced coffee at the nashville airport, was the worst breakfast food I have ever had. The eggs were styrofoam and the bagel was plasticy...and not to mention $10!!! I'm normally not one to complain about this kinda stuff especially airport food but wow lol it was bad
google avatar

Danielle H.

Yelp
No line, 4 people working, I ordered 2 muffins cold and they took so long I almost missed my flight. Ended up not even getting the muffins.

Julie D.

Yelp
Best coffee at BNA. Pretty slow though. Like all coffee places have lines, but they typically have two workers and it moves slower than most places. IMO. I hope they can figure that out!
google avatar

Carie L.

Yelp
Ordered oat milk matcha superfood tea for $6 for 8oz. Nice and creamy but could have had more matcha green tea flavor. Also, ordered the cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese for $6. It was MICROWAVED! Ended up chewy and almost inedible :(

Alex C.

Yelp
Best espresso in the airport if you like light roasts. I am writing this sentence to hit the minimum.
