Nice coffee place with interesting latte options. Espresso wasn’t amazing, but the Whiskey Caramel latte was delicious. For being in an hotel lobby, the atmosphere is pretty cozy and calm. Service was solid.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable. That’s immediately what Barista Parlor feels like upon entering. Located in the W hotel, you can enter through an almost-side-door or through the main hotel lobby (just go right once inside). There are several seating areas on a unique, tiered floor plan that adds a lot of privacy to each arrangement. The asymmetrical floor plan also has an integrated wheelchair ramp which makes the entire coffee shop accessible. The menu is fairly simple which facilitates quicker decisions on which drink to pair with the room’s atmosphere. Along the back wall is a gift shop (not associated with the coffee shop) and a private lounge area (accessible with a hotel keycard). Definitely a great spot to come in and hang out for a few hours.

Very cool spot with amazing seating and great vibes. The coffee was really good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t a big fan of the almond croissant.

Google
One of my favorite coffee shops in Nashville. This is a great place for meetings, getting some work done and enjoying creative coffee drinks. I love trying the seasonal drinks - I loved the strawberry matcha!

Lots of seating at this location. Pretty happy with the pour over. They have Ethiopian beans right now! Parking was easy at the Metropolis Parking garage a block away.

Better than Starbucks, but no latte art/creamy foam found in better cappuccinos. Dead giveaway is when you get to choose a size…

Google
Quite expensive! But the coffee shop itself is nice with lots of greenery and plenty of space to sit and chill. The coffee is excellent but the croissant it mediocre. Ordered two items and spent about $19 in total.

The coffee was all right we’re just here visiting and we’ve been trying a bunch of coffee shops all around Nashville and this one was very popular on the list. I think the hype vs how the coffee tasted is what killed it for me a bit. Its not bad! Just not the best!

Yelp
I think this is my favorite Barista Parlor location! Located inside the W hotel in the Gulch, it's framed by a trendy interior and right across from a super cute boutique gift shop. I've stopped in a handful of times, and I love spreading out in one of their comfy seating areas and working remotely for a few hours. The coffee is good and strong  - I prefer their simple Espresso with Oat Milk, but they have plenty of flavored lattes and evens several tea options as well. The barista team is always friendly, and it's never too busy (even during hotel checkout). If you're looking for a quiet and comfy spot to camp out and work remotely for a few hours with some good coffee, this is the place!

Yelp
Large coffee shop that connects to the W hotel. Really nice inside with lots of comfortable seating and really nice bathrooms. The baristas are veg friendly and the coffee is super smooth. I enjoyed the americano and my partner liked the cold brew. Definitely gave a good caffeine boost to the morning.

Yelp
Love this place! Great ambiance, friendly staff, great service and delicious coffee and hot teas! I had the hot peach tea and it came in its own glass tea kettle and separate mug with cream. The peach tea was delicious and just right! Definitely recommend this place and will come back!

Yelp
Oh my that strawberry oat milk matcha is going to remain in my dreams for days! It was delicious and well prepared and good quantity and actually handed to me hot.

Yelp
Drinks came out very quickly. Delicious. The Headless Horseman was just a touch too sweet for our liking, so we added some creamer. However, an absolutely beautiful storefront. Great study and coffee spot!

Yelp
Staff is nice. Coffee is delicious. Which is should be, they clearly care about the CRAFT of coffee. The bourbon vanilla is great. It's very much a coffee snobs (in a good way) kinda shop. Looks like a chemist lab. Vibe is very clean and organic, which fits with the whole theme. Food is VERY limited but SO good. Their biscuit sandwiches are *chefs kiss*.

Yelp
I love Barista Parlor! Great matcha & friendly baristas! Their atmosphere is always so homey and welcoming!

Yelp
In my opinion this is a wonderful coffee shop located inside the W Hotel lobby. The two baristas working 12/1 in the afternoon were personable, friendly and quickly made an excellent drink. The coffee has a great taste and the unique flavor options for the lattes add to a wonderful drink. Thanks for a quality drink for a much needed energy boost.

Yelp
LOCATED IN THE LOBBY OF THE W HOTEL NASHVILLE, this is an EXCELLENT COFFEE AND LATTE SPOT in The Gulch area of Nashville - if you can find street parking around the hotel that is. If you're within walking distance, head on over for sure and if you're staying at the W, then no doubt you know what I mean and will agree. But definitely worth driving around to find street parking within a block or two of the hotel to stop in. What I love about this coffee spot is that while it's in a hotel lobby, it doesn't FEEL like a hotel lobby. There is a TON, and I mean a TON, of awesome comfy seating right there where the ordering counter / barista station is located, making it feel like a high end coffee shop. Place your order and then go grab a seat to wait for your lattes to be made - it is an AMAZING ambience in there. Drinks are expertly made, delicious and the coffee is bold, not wimpy watered down. They had the usual seasonal drinks like pumpkin spice as well as the classics. Great for groups, great to bring your laptop or newspaper/book to just chill and hang out, great for a casual meeting with a friend or two or three. Great for people watching. Clean bathrooms (after all, it's the W Hotel). SO NICE. And the service is excellent. You may have to wait a bit especially if the line is long so beware of this if you're in a hurry and want to do a quick grab and go. They have pastries in the pastry case (see my pics) and merch to purch. The huge windows facing 12th St brings loads of natural light into the area. We had just finished attending a performance by an awesome trio of talented female musicians at a Saturday brunch at The Listening Room (HIGHLY RECOMMEND this super intimate live music venue BUT DEFINITELY TRY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE - ticket prices are super reasonable!!) and we were looking for a cozy casual spot close by to grab a hot latte, chill and hang out. This place was PERFECT for what we wanted AND we were able to score street parking right next to the hotel. :) Barista Parlor is a local Nashville coffee chain - looks like there are more than a few locs to explore around the city. BUT FOR SURE, THIS ONE IS DA BOMB.

Yelp
Kind staff with a warm welcome, decent pricing, delicious coffee, and awesome vibe to hang out for a while. Will be back.

Yelp
Came here yesterday while in town for the day cause I've seen their whiskey Carmel drink and wanted to try it. I enjoyed it, my mom got it as well but she said it was way to strong of a coffee taste for her so if you don't really like the taste of coffee probably don't get it. They also forgot my husbands drink and they were pretty busy so he thought they just might be busy but after 20 mins he finally want and asked for it and they had completely forgot it.

Yelp
The morning I came in, I bought a small cup of coffee for $4 that I didn't drink much of because it tasted awful to me..:they only had sugar and saccharin (the pink stuff), and I prefer to use anything but these. Would have been nice to know before I bought the coffee. Other than that, seemed like a decent atmosphere with plenty of seating and pleasant enough staff.

Yelp
I ordered the honey lavender espresso with oat milk. This was the BEST drink that I've ever had in my entire time on this earth. Wow!

Yelp
Terrible service. Too woke. Took 30 minutes to get the wrong coffee. Multiple orders were served before us. Woman at the cashier was rude and wasn't making it any easier on the barista. Seemed like everyone working there was unorganized.

Yelp
Ricky is a freakin gem! His energy was like a big hug. The coffee is a bit overpriced in my opinion but I thought the service was worth writing a review. The W location had a green house vibe which I enjoyed as well.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem in the Gulch! We walked in and realize that this coffee shop was part of the hotel but felt like it had its own atmosphere. The barista bar was decorated and there were some fun latte flavors like whisky caramel and bourbon vanilla! I definitely recommend this place to anyone he's looking for a cup of coffee and a delicious biscuit sandwich !!
