Really great place. The food was all really great and the cocktail special (guava and gin) was amazing! Really great prices, but the happy hour deals are definitely worth taking advantage of (5-6:30, and after 9). Pretty views of the lake and a nice aesthetic.

Rustic brunch spot right on the shores of Lake Merritt in Oakland. Outdoor seating allows a dog-friendly patio. El Pistolero was my favorite drink! A nice spicy little number, not too much on the sweet side. The salmon sandwich was delicious. Fresh arugula and challah bread toasted to perfection.

Good food and drink but a bit pricey for what you get. Service is friendly but way too long to take your order. Over all I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Tried brunch here for the first time and brunch and food is good. They serve big portions though.

Cool spot with inside outside vibe, right next to the lake. The food is really good but the best thing here is the bloody Mary. It's the best one I've yet had in the town. It's chunky, spicy and delicious.

Great food, awesome cranberry mimosa. We walked in at the perfect time a little past 11 am and were able to order from their brunch menu with no wait time to get seated. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the french toast, steak and eggs, egg sandwich and the burger. All of it was delicious and the portions were hearty. The price is fair for the quality of the food and the ambience of the place, our tab came out to $75 with drinks.

It's like a sports bar that non sports people will like. It has fun staff and a great brunch. I definitely recommend the sangria pitcher, which is delicious, huge, and super boozy. The pizza is also amazing and can easily stand up to eat fancier places around Oakland. Definitely come here.

It was nice. The drink specials are where it's at. The service is a bit on the slower side. However, the wait staff is very nice! The tacos are generally so-so...however, the short rib taco was very good. The outside area is nice, but the patrons next to us took about four mini tables for two people and their laptops, which left us with one table and not much space. I'm not blaming the restaurant for that, but...Would definitely try again!
