Barleygarden Kitchen and Craft Bar - Fayetteville

I recently visited The Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar near Trilith and overall had a great time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the drink selection was impressive. My wife tried the Watermelon Margarita, and it was great—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and a great complement to the meal. However, the service from Elizabeth C. was abysmal—slow, inattentive, and definitely the weakest part of the experience. Despite that, everything else made up for it enough to still earn a solid four stars. I’ll likely be back, hoping for a smoother service next time and by a different server who values the customer.

Barley Garden is a complete show-stopper! They offer a variety of quality meals that you can tell they took their time preparing for you. The staff is always friendly and readily courteous upon each visit. You'll always feel welcome coming here. They also have a great selection of vegan options. I absolutely love the falafel burger. With each bite, there was freshness, quality, and flavor. I could taste each ingredient vividly! It's unlike anything I've ever experienced. My absolute favorite meal is the Rambler. This is a vegan meatloaf sandwich and when I tell you it tastes so similar to actual meatloaf, I'm not kidding! It truly embodies that rich smokiness and delectable essence of real meatloaf while being completely vegan! It's absolutely delicious and tasty. Their distinctive selection of food and top-tier ingredients truly make this place stand out.

We've been to Barleygarden a handful of times as a fun date night out (usually with friends) and have had a good experience every time! Our most recent visit was for drinks and just some appetizers - everything was delicious and our server was fantastic. I'll never say no to a rooftop bar, so that's a huge plus for me too!

Paige was our server. Loved her!!! She gave very fair food recommendations. The restaurant has a Very nice setup. There was outdoor and indoor seating. There's a huge selection of wine inside. The food was ok... needed a bit more flavor if I'm going to be honest. Overall, the experience was great.

First visit, stopped in to grab lunch. Service was good and the waitress did comment on the selections I made. Food arrived piping hot and was very well seasoned and tasty! They have an extensive beer selection and there is a little shopping area to shop for some of your favorite flavors. I love that they have an upper eating area that overlooks the street and it's a great place to people watch. The outdoor garden area is equally nice.

We held our wedding reception at Barleygarden and Kitchen's rooftop and it was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Acacia, Katie, and the entire team. From the initial planning stages, Acacia and Katie were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless. They guided us through menu selections and even worked with us to create personalized his and her cocktails, which our guests loved. The food was exceptional—our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. The staff truly delivered on every dish, and the presentation was impeccable. The serving staff were not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive throughout the evening. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. After the festivities, the team continued to impress by assisting with the cleanup and ensuring that everything was taken care of the next day. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our night perfect did not go unnoticed. Our wedding reception at Barleygarden and Kitchen was more than we could have hoped for. It's a night we will cherish forever, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality of the entire team.
