New bistro in the heart of the old town. A small and cozy place, well decorated run by a professional team.
For the starter, I ordered bread that came with delicious butter and caviar - simple but absolutely perfect.
Then I had the tuna, Dorada, and the potatoes.
The tuna was very tasty, with a deep and bold flavor - I really enjoyed it. The Dorada dish was simply delicious, with exciting flavors and an explosion of taste in the mouth. Last but not least, the potatoes: a beautiful dish, and the sauce was incredibly tasty - a great combination with the potatoes!
The service was excellent, and the chef personally presented each dish. He’s a super nice person, and what I liked most is that he’s very humble and professional.
