I got to try a chocolate rainbow cake! What a treat! We also loved getting so many items this time. We got queso fries, spinach feta burger, bacon jam sliders and a Cobb salad. Our waiter was great in helping us decide which menu items to pick and the service is always quick and so friendly. Very clean restaurant a whole whole vibe!

Haven’t been to a Barnaby‘s in a while but this place continues to impress me. I love that you can bring your pups here and enjoy a great, healthy meal. Their portions are always respectable with their Coronado beef being 16 ounces of ground beef Slathered in fresh cut tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese with a side of barbecue sauce. I love the doggy food options and always pick up some ground beef and rice for my pups cooked especially raw, just the way they like them. The servers are extremely friendly. Our waitress Sarah was awesome and deserves a massive raise for the effort she put forth. If you want a spot in Houston, that has good, quality food with plenty of options that meet any dietary restriction, Barnabys is the spot.

We had a great meal here. Every one of the staff was delightful and helpful, and great with the children present. We didn't have to wait long for our order, and even though our server Angel hadn't written anything down, every single part of our order (6 people) was correct, including multiple exceptions for dietary restrictions. The strawberry lemonade was particularly delicious and the fries were cooked perfectly, as were the burgers. Would definitely recommend.

Janie was very welcoming as I dined with my daughter and her puppy. We loved the food, atmosphere and service. Puppy loved his "ice cream". The decor was beautiful and features a statue of Barnaby, the owner's beloved late childhood dog.

Had an awesome time at Barnaby’s! The vibe is great. super unique decor that gives the place a lot of character. It’s also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The food was really good, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Music was bumping the whole time, which kept the energy up. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

I always look for places that are dog friendly. So glad Barnaby’s opened a location in Spring Branch. I bought my dog with me for a quick bite to eat. I love their wedge salad. It comes with two thick slices of bacon. I decided to try a Guacamole Burger with Sweet Potato fries. I ordered a strawberry mimosa for my drink. For my pup, they give dog water bowls. I ordered him chicken and brown rice. Safe to say he enjoyed it too. Our server was nice and attentive. They also had a great selection of music playing. Overall, I had a great time and enjoyed some good food!

Visited Barnaby’s while in town - loved this place. We waited a bit to have our order taken, but after that, the service was outstanding. The food was amazing (french fries were nicely seasoned) and the food portions are very large. The decorations are super cute! This location also has an outdoor area!

Barnaby's Cafe is incredible! The food and drinks are delicious, the portions are huge, and the service goes above and beyond. For those with pets, the patio is perfect for a meal with your fur children. Vibe: We dined in the patio at around noon on a Saturday. Tables are pretty spacious and great for groups. The patio is covered, and the big fans on the ceiling keep things nice and cool. It's a pretty casual place. Service: The servers were very kind and attentive - our drinks were never empty. We told them we wanted to split one of the hamburger entrees and they arranged for it to be divided equally into two individual plates with fries and half the burger! Very convenient and thoughtful. Food: We ordered the guacamole cheese burger with fries and the spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips. The dip was served hot and melty, and it was delicious with the tortilla chips. The guacamole cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, very juicy and the guacamole was fresh and creamy. The French fries are among the best we have ever had, thin and fluffy with a light crunch and simple seasoning - very addicting. The also go great dipped in the spinach artichoke dip. Drinks: We got the strawberry lemonade and organic drip coffee. The strawberry lemonade was super refreshing and tasted of fresh lemon and strawberry. There's even some strawberry bits and pulp in there. It was sweet but not overbearing, just right! The drip coffee was great too, very smooth and a good balance of acidity and sweetness. We had it black but it probably would go well with cream too. Refills are included for both drinks, and our server even prepared some strawberry lemonade to-go!

Still a family friendly spot for a casual lunch and dinner. Food options are varied and plentiful. Favorites include the chips with blue cheese dip, pizzas are good their way or build your own, salads are massive and the burger is good. Service is friendly. Wine options are limited but value priced. Enjoy.

I heard how dog-friendly these cafés were and decided to bring my boy for his birthday. Everything was great! Delicious food all around. My dog thought so too! Reasonable prices with large portions. The straw-mosa was also very tasty and hit the spot on the hot day that it was. Our waiter was helpful with decisions and perfectly attentive. The patio was spacious and shaded very well so it's still enjoyable in the hotter weather.

Used to be good and clean now it's a pigs den with rude employees and manager. I have been going for over 9 years now and never got treated like I did last month. The employee at the check out counter picked up a trash from the floor and went on to proceed checking my take out bag - when I told him to stop he looked at me like I was a pest . I told him to not go thru my food when he didn't wash his hands after picking up some trash off the floor. Like it's basic hygiene and health especially when serving food. I paid and left and was like you gonna start sweeping with your hands after. I called and spoke to the manager which said " I stand by my employees " if you stand next to service like this you don't need to be a manager either. Stay cautious when coming to eat here.

So let me start with I absolutely love Barnaby's and specifically I typically love this location. Today I placed an Uber eats order with this location, ordering the salmon and in a note I asked for it to be cooked on the rare side and when I got my food, it was as well done as I've ever had, unfortunately, Uber eats even in their ratings does not list overcooked as an option if you did not like something so hoping that the restaurant will read this, please pay attention to the notes because this makes me never want to order from you again, which is sad because we all know how good you are. Please please please please pay attention to the notes, I even checked my receipt on the bag to see if that note made it and it did and it was still ignored.

Food was great!! Love their baby back ribs!! Their sweet potato fries are really good!

I loveeee this place! I always get the Buffalo Burger and the fries are the best. Thin, crispy and delicious!

Great place for lunch and they serve breakfast all day! I have visited twice once I had breakfast during lunch and the second I had a burger and fries. Both times the food and experience was excellent. The service was very good as well. The last time my guest had the carrot cake and it was a very very big slice. He said it was very good. I do recommend and will be visiting again.

This was a great little place that I visited while on a work trip in the area service was great for whatever reason seemed kind of awkward at first but afterwards it was fine. I ordered the sausage and pepper pizza and it was really good. The crust was a little different kind of a crunchy sourdough with a little bit of chew to it. I sat outside on the patio and that was nice. We'll definitely be back to try some of their other items on future trips for work.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and potatoes, everything was cooked perfectly and the white queso was absolutely delicious! It's the kind of meal and service that makes you want to come back.

My Finance and I just moved to the area and so we stopped in to try this little cafe. We both got salads which were huge and full of chicken definitely worth the price! Highly recommend getting the sweet potato fries the homemade bbq sauce that comes with them is absolutely delicious! The staff were beyond nice and attentive. The restaurant is definitely casual and is perfect if you are looking to grab a quick bite. Our food came out pretty quick. I can't wait to go back and I am glad this is so close to our house.

My daughter and I went to Barnaby's for lunch. We split a delicious quesadilla. Each of us had an iced tea. Tea was really good. We also ordered a sausage and pepper pizza to go for dinner. Everything was delicious. Pizza was fabulous. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Loved this restaurant!

This location may not be in the best area but still great . Looked grass inside with holiday decir I had a ceasar grilled chicken salad fresh and great the chicken was a little bland and dry but no biggie . Service was quick .

First time trying Barnaby's, we wanted more brunch kind of food vs actual lunch. This location has a very small and limited breakfast options so if you're into brunch and breakfast this location (along point) is not it. But they do have a variety of full lunch and dinner meal options! We enjoyed everything we got, the wings were my favorite! So freakin good! All of our meals tasted great, they were sweet and savory and the fries and potatoes were crisp!

The food was delivered quickly and the bag was sealed shut . Everything tasted delicious and we will be ordering again or going in person soon !

We'll generally order a pizza, half pepperoni, half bbq pulled pork, this is my second time ordering this pizza. It tastes different. I said no spice. Jalapeños on side. The first time the jalapeño were cook not raw. The vegetables on the other side of pizza wasn't hot. They must put them on after the pizza. They diffidently miss the pull pork. From my understanding it should have been just a much pull pork on pizza as pepperoni. It way less meat and more vegetables than ever. Maybe the night crew cooks better than day crew on weekends. I ordered my pizza yesterday 07-14-2025 at 2pm. The carrot cake is awesome.

The Food was amazing, I had the white queso with chips, the queso was hot to eat, just enough spicy and the chips were fresh and crunchy, Followed by the Bleu Cheese Wedge Salad Crispy Iceberg Lettuce and Bacon were what I received, Service was great aside from our Main server(Aron! very polite) we were treated and assisted with other servers throughout the meal The Ambiance we clean friendly and inviting The manager was also present She was sweet and friendly to talk to! :)

Ordered to go lunch and ample parking in Long Point. Area is mixed and slightly sketchy at places, the shopping plaza is fine during the day, but I'd feel less comfortable walking here at night. My mushroom Swiss burger and fries were great and they gave me a lot of condiments. I'm not sure I like the payment screen it automatically places different tips and there's not a place to put in a different amount - it forces you to put the tip before you pay. Recommended if you are in the area, but I will probably stick with the River Oaks and Woodward for convenience and safety.

I went here with friends and I always get the chicken Caesar salad. It's the best and biggest around, but I wanted to try a sandwich. I got the salad to go and got the tuna burger medium with fries. It was cooked correctly and the romelaude sauce and shredded romaine made the sandwich delish. The only negative were the fries were just okay. I wanted house made ones; these were thin freezer fries. It was a big sandwich so I had to box it up. The place was clean and staff were nice. The waiter was kind of in a rush but I'm told that's the way they are here so you get food fast. Polite on the way out as well. My one friend had the Chinese chicken salad which I tried. If you like peanuts, that's the salad for you. My other friend had the Cobb. She could only finish half and it was very full of toppings.

Always a good experience. Have been enjoying lunches there the last 7 weeks in a row. Consistently good food, ginormous salads, really wide variety of meatloaf, burgers, Tex-Mex, grilled chicken, chicken fried steak, etc..... Team based service, you're never without iced tea or water refills. Casual atmosphere, seat yourselves, meals show up quickly in case you need a quick lunch.

This has to be my go-to spot in the Spring Branch area. While the prices might seem a little high at first, you'll be relieved when you see the size of their portions. The House Salad with Grilled Chicken comes with an entire chicken breast. And the Classic Clubhouse is just an all around awesome sandwich. Their menu provides for any sort of craving you could have, and they execute well on all of them.

Perfect addition to the neighborhood! We all enjoyed our meals and can't wait to go back again. The staff was welcoming and so friendly. It really felt like the guests and staff all knew each other- must be a lot of regulars.

When walking in we were greeted with a smile and told to sit where ever we'd like. They had an array of booths, tables, high tops, and patio seating. Our waitress was friendly and patient while we took entirely too long to decide on the most basic drinks. My sprite came in a can while the lemonade came in a cool glass milk jug. We both opted for salads, and were very surprised by how big the portions are, seriously the photos don't do it justice. They were both really good and we had to take leftovers home. We also ordered the bowl of fries and they were delicious. We noticed as other entrées went by, portions were also very generous, and it seemed like every plate was overflowing with french fries. Bathrooms were clean and there was ample parking.

A new location and closer to me! This is a great neutral restaurant for family and friends because everyone can find something to it. It's very casual and welcoming. The only real frill is the kindness of the staff. The foods well priced, it's good, it's simple. Special shout-out to their mimosas. Also always be prepared for ALOT of food,

Always my go to! I love coming here for a healthy dinner of salmon and asparagus. And gotta love those endless refills of strawberry lemonade! And I always order for my dog...just $5-$6 for a very generous dish of chicken and rice. If you're full but still want a sliver of something sweet, they offer a baby brownie a la mode, Warm brownie with the most delicious vanilla ice cream! If I do have my dog with me, they welcome us in the front patio. They make sure to bring out cold refreshing water for your pup.

Great location, food and service. Went weeks ago. Called today, Friday June 21, 2024, and they are NOT closed, as Yelp says some reported. I usually have their salads, but their lasagna is good also.

Generous portions and always consistent. This place is a go-to for my family, and the service is always great! Very family friendly and a great spot for meeting with friends.

If you have an occasional sweet tooth and it's for good ole American double crust pie with a delicious scope of ice cream to cool the pie while adding flavors or to place just a scoop to barely melt and devour.....this the place. Now? To be fair? nothing else intrigues me or makes me want to order a meal or appetizer. They do have good-looking dishes, but they seem huge and probably end up in the garbage, which why should I waste food with so many starving in Houston! So just apple pie it is. It's soooooo good. With thick crust and juice, cinnamony and vanilla tastes with small hints of lemon to keep those apples from turning brown. I don't know if they make their ice cream from scratch ,but it tastes so good, like a hint of caramel and extra vanilla. So good and hey, try some of the food for me, will ya? I'm sticking to that apple pie unless I can be convinced otherwise.

Came here for a late lunch on Monday. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Decor is very colorful and fun. Seems family friendly. Plenty of seating! I love that they source their beef and chicken locally and humanely. I would give 5 stars just for that. I ordered a cheeseburger. They cook the burgers to order - I asked for medium. Delicious and generously portioned. A mountain of fries! They do waffle fries and sweet potato fries too.

Spring Branch is hopping these days with a restaurant row! First off, ample open lot parking. The interior has big Christmas-like balls hanging from the ceiling -- fun. It's spacious inside, not too loud even though it was fairly full. Service was spot on. They do have wine and beer. $7 Mimosa -- not bad! I noted there were a number of women dining together -- gal pal kind of thing. Nice to be comfortable. The menu has something for everyone. I had the chicken Caesar salad. Delicious and more than I could eat. Generous portion. Just a comfortable, low-key kind of place.

So happy to have Barnaby's in Spring Branch! Great food - fresh and plentiful! Parking is easy and the whole strip has a variety of offerings.

The service and overall vibe has deteriorated at the Binz location since they fired their only manager...Tommy! I give this location six (6) more months.

I've been a customer of this company since 1997. One of the best attributes of your company was the diversity in the staff and how attentive they were to me. I spent a lot of time with many of your employees some which are still working for you. More over really glad there's a location in the neighborhood I grew up in, Spring Branch. But ... with the exception of Christy, have no concept of what your company has done for me over the years - be attentive, pay attention. I walked in on 01/11/24 and was told to seat myself. One server saw sit down and that's it. He did nothing else. I sat for 5 to 10 mins with no drink - so left. I did mention my issue with the greeter but left anyway. Needless to say I left very disappointed. Please fix this because I really like Barnaby's. Thank you, Micah

Recently, our group of 5 had dinner here. The restaurant is in a strip center and at 6:00 pm there was plenty of parking. Some of the things we had were the Spinach & Artichoke dip, guacamole, Chipotle Black bean burger & fries, meatloaf, pork chops, chicken fried steak, and chicken mediterranean salad. For dessert, they had the carrot cake. Everything was delicious. I did get the baby brownie a la mode. I have to say I'd pass on it in the future. It was just big enough for 2 bites. While I know the point of it being "baby" sized, I still felt $3.00 for 2 bites was a bit much. Otherwise, I was very pleased with everything else. Our server was wonderful. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back.

Stick to the salads! Barnaby's used to offer excellent food but we have decided they are only good for salads after last night's dinner. My meatloaf was tasty but the broccoli was raw, cold and lacked seasoning. The mashed potatoes were microwaved poorly as parts were hot and parts cold. My wife's burger was raw, not medium as requested and stated on the menu. The fries were excellent. Fortunately there are better joints in the neighborhood for burgers.

Amazing service. Which is weird bc I just heard about lowering the staff pay by half. Really uncool, I won't go here again. If $5/hr isn't a living wage, wtf is $2.18 supposed to be, an insult? Bc it is one.

This is a casual dining spot with great food in large quantities. You don't have to wait tobe seated--just pick a table. Their perfectly seasoned, crispy side of fries could easily be halved and the serving would still be generous! The menu has plenty of variety. I chose the Coronado Beef plate which was topped with cheese, tomatoes and green onions. I was too full to try dessert, but the selection looked inviting. This is a great addition to Spring Branch!

We had a group of about 25 people take over the patio area yesterday afternoon, and I can't say enough great things about our experience. Barnaby's doesn't do reservations, but I had been reaching out to them over the past few weeks, just to give them a heads up. I selected this location for our gathering because of the great parking access. Fernando and Maritza made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed, and took great care of us. Everyone loved the dishes they selected!

So my heart broke today. I have always felt like this was a safe bet to eat out at. I have taken friends to treat them here, gone on dates to try and impress. But unfortunately nothing lasts forever. I had a long day yesterday at work, I try not to go in to restaurants and will do curbside due to Covid. And for those who think it is over, a very good friend of mine caught it on Monday this week in a different city in Texas so it still is out there. Nonetheless, and retrospectively, I do feel targeted by this location because my food was undercooked and bloody. The worst part about my experience today was the manager Janie who I demanded to txt the photo to because she was willing to take my word for it and not even take more interest when I told her I had a photo. Literally begged her to take the photo because I said I feel sick and you know I am so stupid for eating it. Yesterday I told the representative on the phone to let the chef cook it standard or by their preference which is supposed to be medium. Usually I say medium well, because I was feeling guilty for asking for lettuce in place of bun and cooks and kitchen are known to have attitudes when changing the menu too much. I try to be considerate of others. So now I am sitting her with a headache a tummy ache and I paid for this shit. I just got so annoyed with her talking over me and stating it shouldn't happen but not trying to make it right. I mentioned I am tempted to get an attorney but will wait to see if I get more sick. So then the call gets to the point where she says she has to go she has other calls to take. We were on the phone for 14 mins I paid over 40.00 last night to get sick. I said since I bought my house I would just cook more because these restaurants are just not that great at customer service and obviously safety. Again I should have just taken it back or called but after a while you just get tired of complaining. So this is really meant to be an obituary because I will never eat here again and I again shouldn't have to to pay for that with my money or my health!

we ate on monday i had the colorado steak and fries frirs. were cold and undercooked elvis brought me some steak was cheap meat çould not eat all of it got a to go box my wife tried to doctor it up t still taste like rubber not the same quality my wife had a salad it was great we have eaten at ur. restaurants since yall been opened eaten at most restaurants buy better quality meat please

Ordered the Breakfast plate eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast - not worth ordering/nothing special. It did not taste bad but i feel like it could have been better. The potato reminded me of the seasoned french fries I get at the grocery stores except these were cut in a square. Waiter asked me if I wanted crispy bacon but it was way too crispy to chew. In my opinion basic breakfast should not be difficult to make. $20 for breakfast with coffee and tip... no thanks Spring Branch other places to get breakfast.

As a resident of Spring Branch, we totally love the meals and service at the Longpoint Barnabys Cafe. However, I was hoping that the Green eggs recipe would be repeated and made exactly the way that Baby Barnabys makes it. It is nowhere near the taste. Basically tasteless and appears that another type of cheese is used in it. Please consider watching the cooks at Baby Barnabys so I don't have to drive all the way to that location for Green Eggs( always worth the drive)!!!

Such great service! My family and I felt to comfortable here! The food is amazing! In fact they even have a dog menu!!! I would recommend this place! You will have a great experience.

New location on Long Point is great on all levels . Especially appreciate the " cold box" fans outside . Service remains consistent and good . Best Chicken Fattoush salad !
