Howard Schultz Should Not Run for President in 2020 | Eater

"At a New York City bookstore event launching the author’s book tour, the speaker expanded on political views — dubbing 'Medicare for All' unrealistic, opposing the abolition of ICE while supporting border security, and outlining other positions — and the appearance was disrupted by at least two protesters who shouted slogans such as 'Go back to Davos' and 'Healthcare is a human right.'" - Whitney Filloon

Barnes & Noble is one of those places you can step into and instantly feel at home. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with rows of books that make you want to wander for hours. The staff is friendly, always ready to help you find what you’re looking for, and the store is clean and well-organized. I love that you can grab a coffee, sit down, and actually enjoy the space while you read or work. It’s more than just a bookstore—it’s a spot to slow down and recharge.

This place is amazing, you can find a wide variety of book and music related stuff. Attention was awesome, I couldnt pay with my card and the cashier really tried everything to come up with a solution for me, I really appreciate that she took so much time to help me. There's also plenty of puzzles and boardgames. You also have a cafe inside so you can sit there to start reading your newest book

I absolutely love Barnes & Noble. It's like a fun whole day experience for me. They have have many cute things, pencil cases, pens, Japanese puzzles, tote bags, chocolates, packing cubes and notebooks, and everything is adorable. And the book selection is just magical. A must stop anywhere. Access code to the bathroom with your purchase!

I think I found the best albums on CD. Recently bought these 2 albums from one of my most listened Rap groups , and had to get them because of the discount on both of these CD’s. I also saw Kanye West albums there too , although I wish they have more of his albums on CD possibly discounted. This place is worth it and recommended!

Finally made it to the Barnes & Noble store. With so many of them downing shutters, it was humbling to see one thriving. I requested for The Dogist and they were kind enough to get the book in a few days. The turn table collection in here was also fabulous. You get a lot of quirky stuff for the Traveller and the reader in you on the 1st floor.

Evil resides here. No more brick. Just white walls and basic wood and glass. The bathroom is hidden. You need a code for the bathroom. You have to buy something to get the code. Nowhere to sit and read. The cafe has a 30-minutes or less policy to sit there and you must buy something to sit there and you cannot charge any devices. Buy something first too. Don’t sit down anywhere else! If you sit off to the side, on the floor, like a child or an animal, while you friend goes off to buy something to be allowed to use the bathroom so you can even focus on shopping, don’t! Don’t sit down! Security will be along to tell you to stand up within a singular minute. Don’t relax! Don’t enjoy! Buy something! There are great sales for you to enjoy instead. 10% off! Buy one get one 50% off! Buy something! Evil.

Yelp
The location is consistent with the brand. This multilevel business comes with staff who are readily available to assist, charming displays, and books for the whole family. There is a Starbucks onsite. Accessible entrance. There are elevators and an escalator.

Yelp
2nd time here at this location and we always get great service, especially in the music department. This most recent visit, we were looking for a specific version of a KatsEye album that dropped. It was sold out elsewhere and in the local stores and in their music department. As we were leaving we noticed there was a copy on display. We immediately went back inside to ask if we could purchase that copy. After the staff checked with the merchandise manager, she agreed to get that copy for us. This saved us time in going to another place. Thank you for making one teenager so so happy.

Yelp
I have not been inside a Barnes & Noble in years!! I wanted to browse the store, but also really needed to use the restroom. The security guard was borderline rude and said I needed to present a recipe from either the bookstore or the cafe to be able to access the bathroom. I get it. Very busy area with a lot of tourists. I indulge myself with an espresso shot from the Starbucks and browse a bit before proudly presenting my receipt to the security guard. The bathroom was filthy. Missing toilet paper, paper towels, and on top of all that, there was definitely a homeless person taking a sink bath! If this location wants to be so uppity about who uses the restrooms, maybe they should maintain the restrooms and make sure there aren't people trying to live in them!

Yelp
At the risk of writing something similar to my last update for this store, I must again give high praise to its employees. Today I went there and was looking for several books, and all three of the employees who helped me find them were *exceptionally* helpful & friendly. They expended a significant amount of time & effort and they were *really* nice.

Yelp
The new CEO of Barnes & Noble is letting store managers do their own thing. That's great in most cases, but the manager of this store has taken his advice to heart and decided that they are going to create the most miserable book store on the planet. By the looks of the store, the manager must be a truly miserable person. Instead of making customers feel welcome, he or she has placed signs everywhere telling people what they can't do. It's a shame, because this was once a great bookstore. No more. Think of a bullying sign, and it's somewhere in the store. "Keep this area clear. Don't sit for more than 30 minutes. Don't read magazines or books in the cafe. Browse in this section only." You must check out with your items before you can use the restroom (which is closed more than it's open) and then return to the second floor to use the facilities. Don't even think of trying to browse a book-- since many of them are shrink wrapped closed--you might as well buy from Amazon since you can't see what you're buying at BN, and Amazon is way cheaper. To the CEO I say, take back some of the control you have given this manager. He is doing all he/she can to destroy your business by making people feel unwanted and uncomfortable. The staff are rude and dismissive when you ask a question. This is the last time this store gets my money.

Yelp
Omg, I haven't been to this B&N in awhile. Stopped here for a mini Dutch - Language book they didn't carry it at this location. So, I thought b4 I sat down for a coffee @ Starbucks in this location I'll go to the restroom. Easy, right? Not so much. Many yrs ago when I came here often the ladies restroom was always nasty w/ toilet paper in the floor or dirty seats if u had to sit u needed to clean them yourself. Well, fast forward, the same nasty restrooms. Gobs of toilet paper in the floor in each stall but this location has a cleaning lady sitting no more than 15 ft outside the restroom but she doesn't check every 30 mins or so. If u can sit & talk on the phone why not just stick ur heard in once in awhile to see if a seat need 2b cleaned from pee dripping or to sweep up paper towel or water bottles from floor by lazy nasty patrons who can also do better. IJS It's just weird to me that after so many yrs thus same location ladies restrooms r still unkept. If u want our money to purchase books & coffee don't u think we deserve to have a decent clean bathroom? Disgusting!

Brandon B.

Yelp
Amazingly terrible. Staff is incompetent. If you complain to Management, they shrug their shoulders & say not my problem. They bounce you around from staff to staff on the phone & then disconnect. Really useless; go to Amazon or search independent booksellers, but not this store.

Yelp
Went in for a pick up today. It's raining, the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag and then paid 5¢ on my card for a bag, I'm station this because it was a transaction... the cashier then proceeded to stare at me while placing the book on the counter like we just didn't discuss a purchase of a bag. No attempt to grab the bag until I stood there looking at her for 45 seconds

Yelp
Great music selection, nice experience with the employees. They had a larger selection of books that other stores, plus NYC ideas . I want to use the bathroom on the 2nd floor and that they were not letting me use the bathroom until I purchased something and I had to show my receipt . So just remember if you have to use the bathroom, you have to show them your receipt .
google avatar

Yelp
You must buy something to use the restroom, never enter it again So really disappointed

Yelp
This was on my daughter's bucket list- go to the largest B&N. Have you been to the store in Pittsford, NY? This one seemed to pale in comparison. She spent a lot of birthday money here (many more signed YA books) and was impressed with the friendly service. It happens to be St Patrick's Day and the parade was traveling past. Who knew!?

Ron B.

Yelp
Greatest B & N location in the U.S. probably. I have bought books from this location and the locations on the Upper West Side and Upper East Side and Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights and this is so much nicer. This location looks like a master architect planned out the layout perfectly. You don't get that feeling from any of the other locations which kinda feel like the sections are just thrown together. The employees in each B & N location can be hit or miss in terms of rudeness so hard to really review that or judge that. This is the most organized operation of any B & N. The Cafe looks nicer than others in the City I have seen. Or at least the layout and how upscale it looks. This is also the only location in which you need to actually enter a passcode number that is on your receipt on the bathroom door to open it. And you know what? That is a GOOD thing. Because as everyone knows in Starbucks or Barnes and Noble, you would then have homeless people camping out in the bathroom doing drugs or using the sink as a shower to clean up. There is NO OTHER WAY. But this being the only location that has the technology that you enter a number on the receipt to unlock the bathroom door tells you that this is the most high end and upscale location in Manhattan. And because it is Midtown you would not expect any less.

Yelp
I usually go to the Union Square Barnes & Noble and always leave happy. But this location at 555 5th Ave? A completely different story--and not in a good way. It feels like this store is operating on its own planet. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I've heard the new leadership is letting each store manager run things however they want, and unfortunately, it really shows here, in the worst way. The other day, I picked a bunch of books from two different sections ( in the way I usually do) .I would go through them and decide on 3 or more books, then purchase them. Because I love going to actual stores and finding books like that, that is a different experience from online. Other salespeople were very kind and assisted me while I was picking the books with a shopping cart; no one told me there was a limit, and I couldn't pick out books from different sections, or anything. When I was ready to go through them, women at the lower level came out from the employee room(where I had heard chit chats and laughter earlier) and asked me if I was going to buy all of them ( in repremending tone), saying that I couldn't pick out that many books to go through. I said I always do, this is the reason I come to the store, otherwise I would buy them online. She repeated that I can not pick out too many books. I suppressed my reaction and said okay, for next time I won't do it in this store. But I already picked them, what do you want me to do? And she repeated, you can not pick that many books. I repeated What do you want me to do at this point? She repeated you can not pick out too many books ( 3 times like a broken record), and she said security is watching me like I am doing something wrong, I was already tired and very frustrated, just wanted to go through quickly and purchase. But I didn't, and left the store by leaving the cart right there. I am disappointed, will buy my books from Amazon!

Yelp
I swear everything is better in NYC. Such a magical place! I love Barnes and noble (bookworm here). Aside from the fact that this location is huge and has so many selections to choose from, the associates were super friendly and helpful. I was looking for some specific books that I couldn't find near me, and that I didn't want to order online (try before you buy, ya feel me?). Was able to quickly locate the books with the help of the associates and skim thru to see if it was worth the purchase. Spoiler alert: it was!

Yelp
Even though I don't buy many books these days, I still love to browse through bookstores, just like I've done since high school. With bookstores closing everyday, it's refreshing to see Barnes & Noble still kicking it on 5th Ave amongst all the high end shops. I remember when the main store was diagonally across the street and with both stores existing at the same time, were constantly packed. I would always never leave unless I've bought at least one new Sci-Fi, Fantasy or Action-Thriller novel. If Tom Clancy (RIP) was putting out a new Jack Ryan book, I was there. With the downturn in printed media, B&N has had to expand into other consumer goods, like toys, collectibles, music CD's & DVD movies, even though the last 2 are disappearing as well. They also made a try at E-readers with their Nook, but that was a failure as well. With competition such as Amazon, it's pretty hard to make a buck these days. B&N could have been on the same track as Amazon, if only they had embraced e-commerce early on and made good decisions on many of their product lines instead of playing catch-up and trying to survive in this new digital world.

Yelp
2 floors of books to browse. Great variety of books from tourism, food, mags, novels, manga, etc. There is a Starbucks inside in the first floor. If you buy anything from Starbucks you get the right to seat at any table and spend your sweet time reading anything you interested into. This is if you can find any empty seats... The staff are helpful and friendly The only con of this place is its spotty Wi-Fi. Not sure if everyone around is using this free Wi-Fi or its infrastructure sucks. Anyways, everything else is good Def worth coming to this place to chill and relax!

Claire B.

Yelp
One woman was as helpful as she could be when we asked a general question. When we went to the information desk, one woman gave us the correct information (we later found out), but the second spoke with great authority and gave us the wrong information, overriding the first woman. We left, not having a clear picture of what the answer to our inquiry might be. We went elsewhere.

Yelp
Worst book store ever for minorities. For starters, I tend to be very indecisive when it comes to buying things so I spend a considerable amount of time in stores before I come to a conclusion. I picked up a bookmark I knew I was going to purchase at the beginning of my visit and I carried this $6 bookmark with me while I was browsing. I had started to notice several security guards were roaming the floors, and by several I mean 5+ at MOST. These security guards had passed me a couple times and I payed it no mind... until I had gone to the CHILDREN'S section and had a security guard walk past me while looking at me. Who the hell is stealing in the children's aisle? If not odd enough, I would glance over my shoulder and would make eye contact with the security guards. I am black, so I know when I'm being followed or watched, it's second nature. When I went to go purchase my bookmark, I was not offered to sign up for a membership and when I asked the cashier, "Can I sign up for the Barnes and noble premium membership online?" She appeared stuck and flustered. (I had rather do it online since she didn't offer me.) This happened a month or so ago but it has been bothering me for a while. I hope if some of the employees ever care enough to look here, they will feel disgusted.

Yelp
Every time i have an issue, there's a member from the team that goes out of their way for me. This location is my preferred one here in NYC for that very reason. Anything I see online is 9/10 avail in store. As if the very last copy was waiting for me. Customer Service like what Sharon provided today truly meant the world to me. Thanks again!! I'll see you all on my next trip to midtown!!

Kim S.

Yelp
Great store. Very nice physical presence and excellent customer service. Good coffee shop on the second floor, though it would be nice if it was a smaller company or Barnes and Noble itself instead of Starbucks.

Layla M.

Yelp
This place is horrible. Walked in to shop around for some books had about three wasn't done shopping. Try to go to the bathroom was told I need to make a purchase before I can use the bathroom as the person let all these other people go in without making a purchase or showing the receipt. .Horrible place put everything back and went somewhere else would not recommend

Yelp
B&N located in Carl place shopping center in Long Island. A wonderful shopping experience. I purchased a natural artisan water called Fiji $2.25 . I asked if I could pay for the book I was also going to purchase? Yes I'll take it the barista replied . Would you have a bag? No sorry. I went to another cashier would you have a bag for this purchase, yes she replied.05 cents. Okay I'll take it still having a nice day. Information counter I ask, do you have dvd movies yes she replies right over our heads and points to second floor. I get a movie for 9.99. I go back to the 05 cent cashier and she takes another 30 percent off the movie. Also! The barista took 30 percent off the book. I am having a fine day shopping with a mask on.

Yelp
Need to use the bathroom? Now you must show a receipt to an employee sitting outside the bathroom, to prove you purchased something from the store. Doesn't matter how many books you're there to purchase after the pee, doesn't matter if you'd rather get a pee over with at the start of your visit rather than at the end and have to juggle a bag of books while trying to unzip your fly. Stupid store policy that shows no trust or kindness for its customers. Support a location that treats you like a fellow human being. There are plenty of other Barnes & Noble locations in NYC that respect their customers. Support those ones, and let this one with unfair policies shut down.

Alex W.

Yelp
Zero stars. Especially to the women in the event / security department - they need to be fired ASAP. They violated our privacy rights and took our belongings out of our hands before going into the Mel B signing with no consent and no reason- after the first 2 hours were full of people getting merch signed. The security and event staff in this place are a joke and are just full of power trips. The talent doesn't even want to be treated that way and they continue to cut in. Mel even had to yell at the main event facilitator woman at one point. I'll never go to an event here ever again.

Yelp
I often go to Barnes and Noble because it's one of the few bookstores where the employees don't bother you when you read books. I often enjoy reading through several pages before deciding if I want to buy it. I have been to multiple Barnes and Noble in different cities and states and they did not bother me. Well, not this one. The employee was also very rude. To add onto the terrible experience, they also have a sign that states only people who purchased items can use the bathroom. As someone who usually use the restroom and feels more comfortable to browse through stores, I'm dumbfounded. Also, there were some more signs inside the ladies restroom. What is with this stores policy!? Won't be back. I will stick with Barnes and Noble at Union square and near Chambers street. The Chambers street store even have CHAIRS!
google avatar

Lauren H.

Yelp
I called this location to see if they had a book in stock as i didn't want to make the trip across town if it wasn't available. I was put on hold for quite some time as they were busy at this moment, but the lady checking on the line was really sweet and ensured me to stay on the line and she would check. They ended up having the book, and putting it up front for me with my name on it to pick up and buy. It was a really nice, easy, process and appreciated the customer service I received here.

Yelp
When I walked in I knew what I wanted. A classic book. And a bookmark for me and my step mom. We went upstairs and picked ourself a book mark. Then I had to do some digging for the book! I went to the staff member and they were so friendly and helpful! 10/10 professional! They could not find the book so they got a copy! I had to do some searching myself before I got the book copy. My step mom needed to get her nails done so she left me the card and I bought myself the book and bookmarks! The book I got was originally written in French, but it was translated by someone. The book mark says J'adore, (I adore) and I was really happy with it. As for the book... AMAZING. Action packed and fluent English, which is just what I need to expand my vocabulary! The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful! I would give this place a 10 if I could! I highly recommend this big business! Everywhere, whenever!

Yelp
The people working here are so helpful and nice. They went out of their way to help me and my boyfriend find books we wanted to buy for our nieces and nephews. They saw we looked confused and immediately gave us recommendations and helped us by telling us what kids like to read these days, etc. amazing customer service and i absolutely love supporting a brick and mortar bookstore like barnes and noble. B and N is one of the few corporate bookstores i actively show support to as i believe in the power of brick and mortar bookstores!!!

Yelp
This is good place they have many many books and comic books as well and lots of stuff that i didn't expect that was there and i found. They have an area were u can read ur books in peace like a cafateria room that is what it looks like , is kind of cool. Here is my down side to this place they want u to pay $15 a month for a membership and tha comic books cost more without any discounts. Overal come here for actual books not comic book u can get discounts online.

Yelp
Not many book stores around so appreciate this Barnes and Noble. Not the best organized but well stocked with staff being helpful. Alot of visiting authors so a good number of signed copies.

Yelp
The Barnes & Noble store on Fifth Avenue is very nice. It has a large selection of magazine's and periodical's. It has a very clean restroom. It also has a very nice selection of vinyl record's and cd's. I recently found a Phil Collins, and a Sting LP at this location. Barnes & Noble emailed me a 20% off any one item coupon and I was able to use it with my purchase. Barnes & Noble also provides free gift wrapping for any purchase. The store associate did a very neat job wrapping my LP's. Clean store, a discount, and free gift wrapping made me a a very happy customer.

Yelp
The capsule machines are pretty awesome. After exchanging money for coins, I was able to pull what I wanted from two machines and it's soo cute (I pulled from the Sanrio machine and the Dbz machine).

Yelp
I had a nice barista at the Starbucks in this Barnes and nobles and I sat in the cafe seating area that they have with my latte so ty to her the rest of this review has nothing to do with her. And after taking a bite out of my bagel that wasn't bought at this Starbucks someone was over my shoulder telling me I can't eat it here even if I have my drink. Like okay i get i can't sit at the cafe if I don't have something from there that's understandable. But this? intruding my space trying to tell me an adult I can't eat some food is so stupid and should be embarrassing for you as a worker. Be for real. And then another worker told me the same thing a few minutes later. As annoying as it is for you to do have to that it's just as annoying for us to have to hear so please spend your working hours on something better thanks.

Yelp
This Barnes & Noble can be a bit busy as there were quite a bit of people in the store when I last visited. The location seems to be smaller than other B&N stores but it is in a prime spot on fifth avenue. Barnes & Noble always has a good selection of books and the employees are always courteous. There is also a cafe located in the store where you can grab a light snack or beverage. Nice spot to skim through titles and decide whether to buy or not.
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
They have a sign now where you can't sit and read unless you buy something from the cafe, which is completely overpriced. They enforce the rule aggressively too. I've heard the one on 14th st is not like this at all. It would be nice to be able to exist in a bookstore.

Allie C.

Yelp
I've actually never posted a negative yelp review before, but had an awful experience here. I'd just wrapped up work meetings and stopped in this Barnes and Nobles 5th Ave location to purchase a few books for myself and my kids before taking the train home. I was browsing a book sitting at a table in the cafe area, when I was rudely interrupted by a woman from the cafe who asked if I was waiting for a drink. When I said no I was good, she made a scene and said the cafe was for paying customers only. I was actually planning on buying a bottle of water shortly (+ $40 of books from the store), but was forced to get up and yelled at in front of other customers. Very frustrating and not a fun end to my trip.

Yelp
Book stores are not as common as they once were, and while some may consider print media out of date, I still treasure it. This branch of Barnes & Noble is right near the 14 Street Union Square train station and Union Square park, putting it in a high foot traffic location. It is a beautiful area, especially on sunny days in the Spring and Summer and well worth the visit on its own. This Barnes & Nobles is huge. Divided up into several floors, each floor is long, extending from one side of the block to the other. As you would expect, each floor is dedicated to different types of product. The first floor has the cashier stations and a section for the Nook. It also focuses on discount books, seasonal items and the latest hardcovers. Then other levels focus on different subject matter. One floor is aimed at kids (and a relatively new collectibles section) while another has a Starbucks cafe (along with magazines and books of course). Yet another has a stage and seating for the various author events that are held at the store (which are generally super cool). The staff at this branch has always been nice. I don't just mean cashiers. I also mean security guards and floor staff. I have never had anyone hear be rude or non-helpful to me. Love this branch and look forward to future visits.

Yelp
Great bookstore. They sell pretty much everything related to books. Came here to pick up lots of magazines and they have a large selection. Very pricey though.

Yelp
Great location! I love the selection of books and how organized it is in there. They normally have a lot in stock. Everyone is pleasant and to be honest, this location has a great cafe and music section. I definitely recommend visiting if you're in the location. Overall it was a great experience every time I'm in there.

Yelp
this is the nearest Barnes & Noble I can get to and I'd say the location is very strategic - just at the intersection of 46th in 5th ave. the store consists of 3 floors and there's Starbucks on top. If you buy something they give you coupon for free cookie when you buy selected beverage. there's H U G E selections of fictions, but for reference books I find it somewhat less extensive. Everything is quite organized. You can spend time figuring out which book you want to buy. I take a loooong time comparing 2 references book, trying to figure out which one do I need and nobody complains so that was great. price wise it's okay. The high rating go especially to the staffs though. everyone was so helpful and friendly. it really made my experience here so keep up good work!

Yelp
Full of like minded people into reading. The staff is pleasant and informative. If they don't have the book I want they always help to order it for me. The ambience is great good energy all around I love this Barnes and noble at Union square

Yelp
I love books. There, I said it. Call me a nerd, see if I care!! Haha, but on a serious note, I love books, and I hate that bookstores are starting to close everywhere. I'm glad this one exists! This Barnes and Noble is a rather big one, and has a coffee shop inside. I like it a lot! It's a good place to hide in and be around all these books. It is a little chaotic inside with all the people, but a great bookstore nevertheless.

Yelp
The staff is kind & helpful. The selection is great. My only complaint is the woman's bathroom is horrifically disgusting literally walked in & ran out. That needs serious attention. Also the Starbucks....slowerrrr than molasses in January. Painful.

Yelp
I love this Barnes & Noble location. It's super convenient and spacious. There aren't always people readily available to help you, but the ones who are working are always really nice. Selection is great, especially since it's not a huge location and checkout is pretty fast. The Starbucks inside can get unorganized and messy, but that's not the fault of B&N (I don't think).

Yelp
I called to renew my teacher membership after B&N customer service was not helpful. They took their time to help me even though it was confusing and not easy to do. I think the person's name was Trish - she took so much time to try to help me. Not her fault but you need to do it in person fyi. But they really tried, were professional, and so kind.

Yelp
I got stopped by the security guard for being suspected of stealing. At the time I was holding a big water bottle with a mini backpack, looking down at my phone while being two steps away from the exit. I guess I looked suspicious but I didn't even go past the store alarm yet. He had stopped me and has asked me if I had made a purchase, I said yes and pointed at the book my friend was holding for me as I was preoccupied with my phone. He then proceeded to ask for a receipt which I said I didn't have because I was trying to be environmental friendly. I told him that I have the credit transaction on my phone, which only showed the store name, price, and time. I pointed to the book that had $12 on it and the transaction that showed $13. I then pointed again that it was 6 minutes ago and the store had Barnes and noble in caps. He asked me if it had the name of the book in the transaction, which credit transactions never account for. I don't know what wasn't making sense for him mathematically and logically so he was still suspicious. My friend told him to go ask the cashier, which he did and he finally let us go. And said "I was just doing my job." If he was doing his job correctly, he would've observed that we came from the cashier and were standing by the exit for 6 minutes, which I don't think any thief would do.

Yelp
Nothing ruins a trip to the bookstore like being attacked by a velociraptor. I remember how frustrating i was being at another bookstore, just minding my own business, looking for a Dune prequel, and here is this big green turkey trying to claw me, thinking I'm a lemur for lunch. Ugh. So annoying! Well, I was very pleased that Barnes & Noble is a velociraptor-free establishment. You can freely look around for the book you want without being bothered by Cretaceous predators. Barnes & Noble hasn't had a velociraptor incident in more than 20 years. Seriously though, the staff here was really nice and personally helped find the book I wanted. 5 stars all the way.
