Yelp
Barney's is a favorite brunch spot for my wife and I. We've been frequenting this place for a few years now, and it's reliably good every time. I've had an assortment of dishes, but my favorites that I keep coming back to are the bennies. In addition to the traditional offering, which is done well, the Voodoo Bennie is a great choice, featuring chorizo and tangy salsa verde. If you're hankering for a biscuit, the Southern Bennie will scratch that itch and net you some tasty sausage as well.
Breakfast bowls are also a strong offering; my only issue here and frankly, with most places, is that I have to request backing off on the quantity of hash browns and having them cooked well done. This request is always honored and the resulting bowls are delicious. The Southwest bowl is probably my favorite (which, along with the Voodoo Bennie suggests that I have a "type" in my brunch likes :) )
For adult beverages, Barney's has you covered with the classics. Spicy bloody mary is my go-to, but they're all quite tasty. Mimosas are made with fresh squeezed orange juice (in fact, they have a fascinating machine that you can watch in action as it cuts and squeezes the oranges).
If there's a weak point here, it's with the coffee; they serve Segafredo, which, honestly, I don't like anywhere, and the espresso based drinks aren't that exciting, either, Having said that, you don't come for the coffee, really; a cup with your brunch will do fine, it just won't be something you think about for the rest of the day.
Finally, make sure you get on the Yelp wait list prior to arrival; there's always a wait, and you'll be able walk in and be seated like a VIP if you work the list beforehand. It's a great place, worth visiting again and again.
