I always love browsing at this store - it inspires my own creativity. Most items are out of my price range, however, way back when I bought my daughter an awesome Balenciaga cargo bag for a bargain price. The jewelry is creatively curated and awesome, as are the shoes and purses. I also love their intriguing selection of luxury cosmetics. They used to have free tampons in the ladies room - although that's a thing of the past. This is a beautiful store that I greatly enjoy, albeit primarily for window shopping.

Great brunch location that accommodates large groups. Service is great, excellent menu & accommodating staff.

I had a great experience. The differentiation between a regular department store and Barneys is the service. I never would have thought in a million years I'd shop there. Now I've told at least 5 people how amazing or was. "I'll be back" In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger

Note: I didn't buy anything here, so can't describe the buying experience. Of course, because Barney's features prestigious designers, often the prices are remarkably high because of the label, rather than the value of design and workmanship. However, they also feature some items that are actually a good value for the price, especially if they're on sale. The jewelry, for example, features unique styles and materials, not just bigger and better than the big jewelry chain stores.

Makeup counter superbe service by a very friendly young man, including restaurant tips and plenty of patience as I wondered the aisles. Generous examples and lovely greeting by other personnel. Women's accessories area staffed by a charming gentleman. Hip, but not tragically so.

Excellent selection of merchandise, service is hit or miss. If you don’t have an associate you regularly work or if they are out and you are working with someone new, you will be treated like an annoyance. Don’t let that discourage you, go about your shopping and let them sigh and roll their eyes.

So I don't know if I am even qualified to review this place. It's upscale beyond my ability to comprehend. But my wife and daughter found everything to be simply amazing (if not overpriced for my taste ;). Service was exceptional and not pretentious. And the restaurant on the top floor is also very nice.

Attentive associates who make themselves available if needed but allow space to look around. Always clean and orderly. Not a lot of shoppers on the weekdays. Can stop in and pay charge card in-store.
