Great wine tour, we enjoyed our driver, Roy, with his quick wit & jokes. Most wines were excellent, all of the servers were great. We would go again!

Barossa Valley is a wine lover’s paradise! Rolling vineyards, charming cellar doors, and exquisite local wines make every visit a delightful experience. The scenic landscapes and gourmet food are unforgettable.

The winery tour with tasting and lunch was an exquisite experience, led by the knowledgeable guide, Baden. His commentary struck the perfect balance between being informative and engaging, sprinkled with delightful anecdotes. Each of the three wineries visited offered a unique perspective on winemaking, providing a diverse and enriching journey through the Barossa wine region. The highlight was undoubtedly the lunch, featuring a generous selection of high-quality platters, allowing us to indulge in a variety of flavors that complemented the wine tastings perfectly. Overall, it was a memorable day trip, characterized by impeccable service, delightful wines, and a relaxed ambiance. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable wine-tasting experience in the Barossa Valley.

A beautiful visit for a platter and tasting. Scarlett was young and knowledgeable. Friendly staff, delicious wine and locally sourced platter that enabled a taste sensation with the wine. Will definitely make this a seasonal spot and can't wait to get my hands on the E & E! Even on a dull, cold, winters day it's gorgeous.

Iconic Australian wine region making world class reds, especially Shiraz. It features some of the oldest vines in the country and produces some of the most well-known wines, such as the coveted Penfold's Grange Hermitage. There is something here for everyone and you'd be a fool not to go if you like your 🍷 So so much to see and do and not just wineries. We got help from the local tourist information centre, who were absolutely great, and booked a mini tour buss of the different types of wineries ,you can't go to all of them there's several hundred and it was fantastic fun. But! We also went to cheese factories, Gin distillers, Magge Beers, Dried fruits and so many more. The tourist information centre was able to book us into all sorts of special events as well, as an example a tea and cheese matching tasting at the Barrossa Valley Cheese Company & more. There's many types of Stay Facility available as well, from luxury to look after yourself units with full facilities. Great place, nice people, amazing wines, excellent food and I'm picky when it comes to food.

This place is as sick as I was after two rosé bottles in between the vines. Would absolutely get drunk there again. Bars and Pubs are lacking but the valley makes up for it with cool spots like the Barossa Valley Estate which offers very good deal for wine tasting in a charming atmosphere

Tip.... it can be really hot , 40 degrees Celsius in Jan & Feb . It was too hot to buy any wine as the vineyards said we would be cooking the wine in the class. But we enjoyed our tastings and had the wine shipped to us.

I dont have the extensive knowledge of the area but so far from what I've had, the Barossa is offering up some very good wines for not much money. The ports and shiraz are (which is what I've had) are solid and easily enjoyable as someone who doesnt like to wait for wine. Who wants to enjoy a Penfolds?

My partner is from The Barossa Valley, so recently he decided to take me on a personalized tour, which included seeing this massive hollow red gum called The Herbig Family Tree which a farmer and two of his 16 children lived in back in 1855. Obviously The Barossa Valley is chiefly recognised for it's wineries, but you don't really have to go to the wineries themselves to taste the wine, it's available everywhere in Adelaide and your bartender or bottle shop attendant should know all about it. Of course it's always fun to visit the cellar door and have a few tastings. The countryside is enough to get me to go back, vineyards as far as the eye can see and lush green hills, it's made for romance.

The Barossa Valley, north of Adelaide, lives up to its billing. It's a terrific area to visit, with great wine makers, beautiful country scenery, and plenty of accommodations and restaurants. I've spent weekends. You could easily spend a week.

The Barossa Valley, one of South Australia's many wine regions, is in my opinion the best and if you're planning on doing some wine tasting this should be your first stop. Home to over 70 wineries, I'd recommend visiting St Hallett, Peter Lehman and Seppeltsfield but there's just so much more that it's probably a good idea to have a quick stop at the Visitor Information Centre in Tanunda, get a map and create an itinerary. There's also plenty of accommodation if you're planning on staying for a few days, mainly in and around Lyndoch. It's a beautiful place where you can indulge in wine, food or just enjoy the scenery while going for a drive or a walk. Highly recommended!

Being South Aussie I'm probably disproportionately in love with the Barossa. The shiraz from up this way is worth going to war for, imo. I've gone up a few times on wine tours and for a weekend with a friend. The romantic getaway type cottages in Lyndoch are definitely worth a look, and pretty much all of the wineries are top class. I'd advise staying away from the big name wineries like Yalumba and seeking out some of the smaller intimate places. The staff are kinder and the wines generally are more interesting. Take a look around the countryside when you're out there too. The rolling hills and vineyards are the closest thing Australia has to it's own Tuscany.
