If you know Spanish cuisine, you know it’s all about good product—and here, they absolutely deliver. Freshness and simplicity take center stage, with flavors speaking for themselves. The space is lovely, the wine list impressive (not surprising, considering it’s the sibling of a Michelin-starred spot), and the service refreshingly honest and kind.
We went all in: anchovies, croquetas (surprisingly good), tomatoes, gambones (a total hit), and meat. The ensaladilla rusa was fine, but not my personal favorite. I forgot to snap photos until dessert—blame the food! My panna cotta was a happy ending.
One of the best places in the area. If you’re around Almería, it’s worth the drive for a proper meal.
