Barraco's Pizza

We came here as a large group of 15 and the staff did a great job setting up tables outdoors quickly to accommodate us. The pizza itself was very good, and we all enjoyed the food. Our server seemed fairly new but was really putting in the effort, which we appreciated. The only downside was that someone nearby was smoking, which took away from the experience since we had a pregnant guest and four very young children with us. The Smoke-Free Illinois Act applies to all outdoor eating and drinking areas, making it illegal to smoke there if employees are present to serve food which they were. The staff did not enforce this law which we felt they should have. We hope management can train their staff on this issue and that the staff enforce it. All in all it was a good outing and the place has a lot of potential for families and groups.

Excellent service and great pizza! We ordered online for pick-up, but sat on their nice shaded patio. We met one of the owners at the Beverly location and he was great and very friendly! We got the 12" stuffed cheese pizza! 🍕

Everytime I call and get a man name Joey his is the best. His customer service is the best and his always has an up beat attitude. Joey please keep up the work and if y'all haven't already gave him a raised now is the time! Also, the last couple times I have had a delivery, a young African American guy comes, I don't know his name but he also has great customer service. If y'all know who I am talking about please give him a raise too.

The staff weren't that nice, the food didn't live up the the Barraco's name, but it wasn't a terrible experience. If the staff didn't hand us smudged glasses and forks with food stains, had been more like waiters who entertain guests rather than serve food, and a pizza that seemed not to be baked well and had a grainy crust, it would be five star dinning I experience. I had no real problem here, but it hadn't lived up the name.

Whoever at the register 12/16 8:40 is rude snotty n seem too be having a bad day and trickling it down to the customers. He snatch the card reader mad cause I added a pop and was really rude to the lady after me n a few other s pizza is good but I pay good money to be treated nasty

My son got food poison. Me and my family order some wings. I alerted the waitress and manager that the wings taste old and that something didn't seem right. The manager told me that everything was cook fresh and that nothing was wrong with there food. My son told me after eating the food he felt sick. The entire day after he was throwing up and pooping. This was my first and last time going to his restaurant

I was really disappointed with my first and last order from here. This place was recommended by a colleague and my HS son loves the pizza here. I decided to order for my family…Pizza and wings and have it delivered. Wings sat on top of the pizza box, causing the cheese and meat to get stuck to the top of the box. The chicken topping was so bland that it took away from the taste of the pizza. And the wings just need to be taken off the menu. A little salt and pepper would go a long way for the taste. I spent over $50, including the delivery and tip, for this to end up in the trash…that sucks! I am giving 2 stars for effort and delivery.

Love this restaurant! Parking was plenty, atmosphere was nice and calming and the staff was great too! The only suggestion I have would be to turn the music down, just a taste, because I couldn't have a good conversation.

I recently serviced this location and I appreciate how fast the service was! I also wanna say the staff were very friendly and made the ambiance pretty decent! I attached some pics of the food as I had a Sicilian style pizza and it was pretty good!! I will definitely service this location again!

I didn't want to give them a one star. I order from here all the time and today I was having a Christmas party for my daycare children and when I opened the pizza it was burnt. I called the manager (Joey) and he said that all he could do was make me another pizza but I explained to him I have children sitting here hungry which would mean I would have to make them wait another 30minutes to an hour. I didn't have a problem with him making another one but the fact that u wanted the other pizza back was ridiculous...I ended up having to give my kids the pizza because it was their lunch time and they were hungry but I won't be patronizing this business anymore...will just have to drive further for pizza!!!

Ordered a sausage and veggie pizza on Friday night. Specifically asked for only one side sausage. Pizza arrived, was a tomato, basil, garlic. I called to let them know, thinking I got someone else's pizza and vice versa. The manager at the 157th and Harlem location couldn't have been more rude. As I was trying to explain the situation, she interrupted me, stating, " we're really busy, can you get to the point?" She then informed me that what I received was what was ordered. Apparently, she is psychic. I know what I ordered. When I mentioned that on my ticket, it said, sausage on one side only and there wasn't sausage at all on it, she informed me that I didn't pay for the sausage so what do I want her to do? Never once, apologized or accepted that it was an error on their part. Didn't offer to replace the pizza nor refund me in any way. I paid $34 for a cheese pizza with some tomato slices and basil on it. Incredibly rude, lacking any social skills, she needs a refresher course on interacting with the public as she is employed I a customer service industry.

This is a sad day in Chicago (well Beverly), I don't like this place and would never pick it BUT the hubs will eat anything that's not from his hometown and like it. Not this time tho, the few other times for some reason he liked it. I asked him why? He said "it doesn't give me heartburn." Ummmmm there's not enough sauce on it to give him heartburn that's why. But today he's pissed, and I'm finally glad he's seeing what I've always known about this trash pizza. Thank goodness I don't have to endure this as a meal again in life!!! The sauce to toppings and bread ratio is way off. It looks and taste like they ladled one spoonful of sauce on the dough and tossed a handful of meat on that. Today isn't a "off day" I've had the same issue with this place each and every time. As you look at rye pics the beige on the pizza is indeed dough you're able to see thru the sauce and go on and count the sausage. There's no hidden sausage, what you see is a what you get. Before any assumptions are made NO it didn't slide during the drive home. The other Yelpers love to Yelp about the fresh ingredients, I guess they have a point there because the sauce doesn't taste spoiled (although I can't say I've ever experienced that). The fries are always soggy and I asked the order taker if that was going to be an issue today of course she said it wouldn't but it WAS! I'm just ecstatic that today is the last time. I'd take Giordano's on Western or even Begger's on Stony over this mess any day.

We had an outdoor party planned for 15 people on a beautiful summer Sunday but the weather did not comply. We needed a last minute reservation and Barraco's came through! The service was exceptional, WITH PARKING! They entirely accommodated my elderly mother by turning down the air which was absolutely above and beyond. The food, of course, was great and we had a wonderful time with no dishes!

Hi all , Saturday early evening, took the girls to Barracos, we don't get out a lot together. The location is ( was ) convenient, the food as always, good. Upon arrival( we were the first people no other customers ) i asked for a cocktail, twice, no luck. I asked another server the third time, received cocktail right away. Only had to ask for my great niece ( four years old ) lemonade two times. I could see our waiter chatting in the kitchen while we waited for our drinks, my niece asked another waiter ( only once ) and received her sprite right away. My niece had a chicken Caesar salad ( they forgot the chicken ), the chicken was brought much later. Our pizza finally arrived ( delicious by the way ), it was a long wait. Pizza hot and delicious, wish we had plates to eat on or a waiter to ask no luck on either front. There were tables set up for a party that was coming, i resorted to self help and got plates for us. Needed to bring two orders home for people waiting there, so I ordered online, didnt want to take the chance with the waiter we had. He did return to fill my nieces half empty glass of sprite with water, that was nice. I asked for check so we could leave, he told me he was very busy and would get to it Mind you we had a four year old who had to pee and wanted to go home to do so. I went online figured out our tab with taxes and tip ( i was close ). Waiter saw this and brought our check. Mind you at no time did I raise my voice, swear or make a smart comment ( usually I would make a smart comment but the girls were with). The waiter apologized for the poor service, ( i didnt mention it, he must not have been totally oblivious, to his credit, without complaint or request, he brought us a slice of cake ). I left a nice tip, shook his hand and gave some advice ( unwanted im sure ). I said, young man, your in the wrong line of work, your not good at this, have a good evening. He apologized again, said please come back ( i will not return to that location ever )

I ordered takeout from here and it was really good! The chicken Caesar salad was generous on the chicken and was fresh. The side of fettuccini Alfredo was also very generous in portion; they could definitely put some more Alfredo sauce on the fettuccine though.

It was the location on 95th East of Western and first I appreciate the discount & great service because of a delivery issue. The pizza was not tasty at all and it looked like they put 2 halves together. Ended up tossing it. Didn't taste like the other location at all.

Just drive to one of the other locations to avoid disappointment. I've been a patron with the restaurant since 2010 at least, and never had an issue or a complaint until this location opened and my deliveries were routed due to proximity. I never complained when items were slightly burned or missing as we know it happens. During my pregnancy I increased my orders because my little one enjoyed the food to the point the drivers knew me as I had/have become a regular. However my issue is with my recent orders and particularly the last one. I always order the chicken finger dinner as my child still likes them for a treat. Well it comes with 6 strips and I received 4. When I called about the issue thinking it was mistaken for the appetizer I was informed due to the size they decided to only give me 4 and was told by the manager they go by the pound. Well this is news to me after several plus years of purchasing this item as well as the website giving the actual count. So either update your website or speak with your supplier because I'm being charged the price of one and receiving the price of another. Needless to say we'll miss the delivery drivers and its convenience but I'll be driving to the Oaklawn location from now on.

We were at the Barraco's on 95th St. On Friday, September 15. We did the lunch buffet. While the food was good, we were not happy that they chose to not light the buffet area. It was very, very difficult to see food and make selections. We asked the server but he indicated that they sometimes don't turn them on. Wanted to mention, but they were always on the phone with clients.

If you're in the mood for some delicious pizza, you can't go wrong with Barracos! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. And the owner, Joey, is simply fantastic. He's always eager to chat with customers and make sure that everyone is happy with their meal. Big shutout to the top server Adriana, who is the best around and extremely friendly! But let's talk about the pizza itself. It's simply fantastic - the crust is crispy on the outside and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. Whether you're in the mood for classic pepperoni or something more adventurous like their mama Barraco, you're sure to find something that hits the spot. One thing that really stands out about Barracos is how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is. Everything is spotless, from the floors to the countertops, and you can tell that they take great pride in keeping the place looking its best. Overall, I highly recommend Barracos to anyone in the mood for some delicious pizza. With friendly staff, a fantastic owner in Joey, and a clean and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a slice (or two!) of some of the best pizza around.

This neighborhood Italian restaurant is very casual - the dining room and the bar area are the same. I passed on the food / salad bar because I think it's a little too soon after COVID to share food with strangers. I ordered a fresh pizza from the menu and it was the right choice. The "Around the World" pizza featured edge-to-edge toppings of sausage, mushroom, onions, green peppers on a crispy thin crust.

Absolutely love this restaurant, great food, friendly wait staff, love the outdoor dining, can't get enough of the chop salad with garlic dressing. The fact that they will deliver almost anywhere is incredible. Outside fire pit and live music is a welcome change in our community.

Loved the thin crust pizza it was cooked to perfection, I also ordered the shrimp linguine pasta with Olive Oil and garlic the linguini was dry I had to add my own olive oil and garlic. I ordered take out which was quick and convenient once I arrived my order was ready good customer service.. I will definitely order from here again.

I'm totally disappointed. I ordered a pizza to pick up. I order from this Barracos in Beverly on 95th Western for delivery an average 2 times a week. When I called the order in for small puzza, the hostess repeated it to me a few times to confirm the toppings. I looked at my receipt, the order was correct. Unfortunately, when we got home, my daughter announced there was meat on a pizza...my husband cautioned her not to eat it, because it could be pork. He tried it, it was. She has never eaten pork, so I'm glad she caught it. It could have made her sick. When I called to request a replaced pizza...I asked if it could be delivered..and upgrade to a medium for my inconvenience and be delivered. I was at home and settled at this point. Again, I order delivery and spend more at Barracos than any other restaurant over the last 10 plus years. The manager told me they were already remaking the pizza. They cannot give me a medium. And that he was supposed to charge me for the delivery...but agreed to at least send a new one out....smh.....disgusted and dissapointed...just to think I just told my mama today they were my go to in the neighborhood for pizza and food....time to keep it moving!!! Terrible customer service and the entitled managers and delivery drivers complain about everything that anger them. We got blacklisted because the manager doesn't like the fact that we change our phone numbers over the past 5-6 years and that this time it was inconvenient for the driver to manually enter in a credit card number off of a temporary digital card that I have issued. In the past we have had pizza mess ups from the restaurant and we kindly gave that back to the restaurant. The restaurant staff are competent to deal with the service industry and take their anger out on the food and customers.

Absolutely no stars I ordered food at 12:53 today the food came cold and cheese lumpy and fries cold and undercooked the order was resent and the same thing happened and then I didn't get everything I ordered after 3 times coming the food is still undesirable and no fries or cheese and I only got a store credit this is terrible and after eating with them over 10 years they mishandled me and my food I'm never shopping again with them only reason they got 1 star is because I had to

Barraco's is consistent. Good food... delivery has been on time and correct The SLICE of pizza has been more like TWO slices!!! I always get more than I expect. They deliver...

Waiting ANXIOUSLY for the Barracos on 95th in Evergreen Park to open!!!!! I MISS THAT PIZZA SO MUCH. THE ONLY LOCATION THAT MAKES THE PIZZA RIGHT! So I decided to try this location since the manager, Vito, from the evergreen location is temporarily here. I was so nervous, but I still ordered my regular spinach and ground beef deep dish pizza. It actually ended up being quite delicious and I enjoyed every bite! So I'll be coming here until my original location reopens, but only if Vito is there.

Spent over $100 on a delivery and multiple things were screwed up. Pizza was completely missing sauce- it was just dough and cheese. and a whole order of bread sticks was missing. Barracos does not offer anything to customers in screw ups, you just have to drive back over with the entire order to show them the problem and they toss it out and then begin the new order. wasn't worth it. plus my whole group was drinking hence not wanting to drive.

I've always enjoyed the pizza, but wanted to try something different. I ordered the shrimp alfredo and was very disappointed. It was very bland. I would never order the alfredo again. I will say the quantity was large enough for two people.

Don't spend your money here. BAD, BAD, BAD. Every time I order delivery, the food is old and smelly. I ordered from the Beverly location it's a big mistake! They will end your kids and elderly by food poisoning. NEVER GET THE ROAST BEEF. IT'S SPOILED ROTTEN. The manager never throws out old food, he just sells it to the customers at top price. THEY NEVER THROW OUT OLD FOOD THEY GIVE IT YOU TO PAY FOR AND EAT!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! The worst managers EVER!!! No kind of customer service. If I could give them a -5 I would. Ordered some wings, and they came out looking like day old wings, tasted like day old and they had the nerve to try to pass them off as fresh. Mind you this was early afternoon, the kitchen was not about to close. Of course we weren't satisfied so we asked to send back and take it off bill. She refused, didn't even offer to remake them. Fought with us over it. She certainly didn't have any class about herself. The manager I'm talking was a white woman who looks like ALF. I don't know why these restaurants feel like they can just give black people anything. Well she ran up on the wrong ones. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY TAKE OUR MONEY AND GIVE US CRAP!!!!

Worst Customer Service 2105 w 95th ( Beverly Location).... They state no substitutions on the website, but yet they substitute your order with out a prior call to the customer. When I explained to the cashier Andreanna that my order was incorrect she stated that item came in as something different when it was ordered online. I explained that I have en email confirmation of my order. She then explained it wasn't their fault but online and she would have to charge me. Then told me, next time don't order online I need to call-in. She stated they don't control the company website. Food- pizza was cold, appetizer was fried too hard I will not be eating from this location ever again. This is not the 1st time I had an issue with this restaurant location.

When I had called my order over the phone, I mentioned that during a prior delivery the credit card reader didn't work. (And as a result, I had to use cash.) Before placing the order, I asked if their credit card machine worked and to PLEASE ensure that the driver had a working card reader. The driver arrives. Of course, the transaction doesn't go through. I tried with a debit card AND a credit card issued by two different banks. Neither worked. At this point I asked the driver to call the restaurant. I was speaking to the manager -- who didn't even identify herself as such at the onset of the call. She was snippy, nonchalant, and had a nasty attitude, like it was MY fault that their card reader failed to work again. I never had this issue with any other restaurant or business when using my card to place an order by phone. Even more ridiculous, although I had ordered from this location several times (to the point that they could look up my phone number and address), because I was a "first time customer" they wouldn't take my credit card over the phone. There was no apology and no effort to remedy the situation. Absolutely botched customer service. In this day and age, for a business to not have a reliable way to process card transactions is ridiculous. More and more restaurants are moving to card only. If cash is used, it's usually for TIPS. For this location to have RECURRING issues with their card readers is unacceptable. It's inconvenient for both delivery drivers and customers. (And to make a delivery driver carry around wads of cash is not safe!) I likely won't be the last customer with this issue, as management had no solutions and frankly didn't care. No more second chances. I overlooked the Beverly location's faults, as the quality and service were not up to par compared to the original location in Evergreen Park. From now on, when I order from Barraco's it'll only be from Evergreen Park. They value a customer's patronage.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about here. I guess that's just the internet, people come online to rant, not to post a fair experience or say anything positive. We have dined in and had pasta and salads and pizza and order delivery regularly. It is some of the best Pizza in beverly. The veggie one is just great too. Customer service has never been problem and the delivery guys are always efficient and fast.

The food is amazing! The freshness and variety are unbelievable. The delivery time was quick too!

We just ordered a deep dish, the pizza was soft and floppy like New York style. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. Didn't even know that was possible. They must've only had it in the oven for like 10 minutes. We ended up just finishing their job on our own. We used our oven and completed bakjng it because we didn't want that much flop on a deep dish.

I just left there because they refused to serve me. I sat in the outdoor patio and was told they lost the remote control to the TV. The waitresses disappeared after bringing me a glass of water and 1 drink!! African Americans should find another pizza spot!!

Fast delivery. They have a special truck so everything was hot and fresh like it was just made.

This location takes longer to get your order and the pickup area is small and right as you enter. The food and service is a lot better at the Flagship location in Evergreen Park. I recommend the Barraco's Evergreen Park for dining in and Take out.

Five stars based strictly on their pizza. It really is the best around. That's not saying a lot considering there's only two other places that will deliver to me in Brainerd. It gets five stars because they're not greedy with toppings. I've only eaten inside once and found the chicken Alfredo to be about average. The price was a little high. I was very surprised when I unrolled my silverware and didn't find a spoon. How does an adult twist Pasta around a fork without a spoon? Also, it's too dark, please turn the lights up!!!! There's no need to try to set some sexy mood when the entire dining room is full of families. The menu font is so small that you can't even read the menu without getting out your cell phone. I'm 36, I wear contacts, I get my eyes checked every year. When I looked around and saw everybody else holding the menu 6 inches from their face I knew it wasn't my eyesight.

Disappointed in the way they conducted themselves. I went recently and I went inside to check in. They let me choose my table on the patio. We were waiting for 10 mins and no one showed to even ask us what we wanted to drink. A (white) family shows up and they came in from the patio entrance. They ordered their drinks. The waitress passed us by and didn't bother to even acknowledge us and she had 2 extra menus in her hand that she could've given us. The family's drinks arrived and they proceeded to go ahead with their order. We still hadn't been served by anyone at that point and this was 15 mins in. (Mind you, they never went inside to check in. So how would they know they were even outside waiting to begin with?) We finally get another waiters attention and he says that he "didn't realize we hadn't been served and would we like to order our drinks now?". We politely declined and left. I just wanted to grab a bite to eat, and I was met with disgusting racism. The kicker is I usually order from them on Uber Eats, but I guess I'm not good enough to dine in their restaurants in person.

Love the pizzas it was delicious but bad customer service with Adriana don't like spending money for bad service.

Awful service and awful food! I ordered the Oyster Rockefeller and it was absolutely disgusting! The waiter took forever to come to our table and the staff were having loud conversations in the restaurant! Don't waste your money!

I love Barraco's pizza. They are definitely top 5 when it comes to pizza in Chicago. Their thin crust pizza is amazing. Me & my family have been eating at Barraco's for years (mainly the location on 95th street) and that wont change anytime soon. My go to is the thin crust with pepperoni, bacon & ground beef. They also have really good slices as well. All in all Barraco's is solid good legit pizza.

Don't order from here--this is the second (and last) time they've gotten my order wrong! Ordered a medium sausage with half mushrooms pizza.. I got a mushroom, sausage, pepperoni, spinach and bacon BURNT pizza..

I love love love this pizza. This location was great. The room is so nicely decorated. We had amazing service beginning to end and the food was awesome. The bread was warm and soft, the soup was full of flavor, and the pizza..... DELICIOUS!!!! And my favorite perk, plenty of parking in the lot!

I'm a big fan of Barraco's on 111th, so when Mom wanted to try this new location, I didn't object. We were there yesterday around 4:00 pm. The first thing I noticed is, the parking lot is tiny. As there weren't many people in the restaurant, I'm guessing that what parking wasn't taken by delivery trucks was taken by employees, leaving very few spaces for customers. This is a bad sign; what are they going to do when they open the banquet room? Next thing was, it's noisy. Again, not many people there. Looking around, every surface in the place was hard, not the sort of thing that absorbs sound. Even with the restaurant almost empty, it was impossible to hold a conversation. Very not like 111th. Service was good, food as always was top-notch. No complaints there. Then I decided to use the ladies' room. I should say lady's room - it's only for one person. It's fairly big for one, so I'm wondering why there was no counter on which to put my purse; there's not even a hook on the wall, which can be an issue during coat season. The other problem was that the toilet paper holder is a sort of post on the floor, with a bar sticking out to hold the paper. Problem is, when you go to get some paper off the roll, the roll goes flying, landing on the floor. Ick. Barraco's, you can, and should, do better. Three reasons not to go back: Nearly non-existent parking, insane noise level, and not-great washroom facilities.

You suck at slicing pizzas, we like a real sliced pizza not squares...the pizza is in stupid square shapes.

This Location is very racist! I order from online. The time that it said it would take was 1 hr. After 1 hr and a half past. I called to see where my pizza was. Brian one of the managers said it was in the way. 20 mins later. I call back Brian with an attitude, I said it was on the way. 2 hrs past still no pizza. I call Jenn answers the phone as soon as she answers she gives me attitude after she heard my voice. I ask where my pizza was and she said the driver Muhammad said, that when he came to the door I said I didn't want it. I'm exposing to the lady that no one came to my home and I've been calling back to back trying to see where my order was. She brushed me off defending the driver. Why would I call back if that was the case. She was very rude to me and showed no remorse for their error. When I asked what her name was she hung up on me. I had to call back and ask someone else. Being in management requires good customer service, something that Jenn lack completely. I am very disappointed in the service I received and I will be contacting cooperate!!!

Want pizza? DON'T DO BARRACO'S!!!!! I was a customer for 15 years until today! Pizza stale. No customer service (and I spoke to one of the family!!) No recourse on a bad experience. Plus....bad attitude as a side dish! Southsiders...go the extra mile to Italian Fiesta! . Wish I could give them. NO stars!!! Too bad....

I have been a Barraco's customer for over 30 years in Evergreen Park. I ordered from the Chicago location last night. The pizza was extremely dry and burnt on one end. I called the next day because I was leaving the house on delivery. The manager kept taking phone calls while talking to me and asked me what I expected him to do. He then said there is nothing I can do, you should have called yesterday and hung up the phone. The pizza is in my refrigerator going to the garbage. I will never order from Chicago again. I am not happy about $27.00 to the garbage. Evergreen Park has never failed me. Patricia Randolph

Very disappointed in this Barracos location took my mother here this afternoon for her birthday lunch & the food was just not good the only thing that turned out okay was my garden salad we ordered calamari super undercooked and the spinach dip that tasted as if it was all cream cheese right out the packet plus the bread was almost wet and soggy because supposedly they steam it which is gross!!! Vinegar & oil had no flavor didnt offer us parmesan explained to the guy behind the bar about how it was and he ended up arguing with us and defending everything didnt offer to recook anything or do anything to help POOR MANAGEMENT 0 Stars if possible

20 July 2019.... We arrived at this location at 10pm..sat down and I had to get menus myself from the front of the house. The waitress came to us at 1020 to see what we wanted to eat. After ordering 30 mins goes by when she returns to say that the meat for the mini burgers I ordered was bad. The manager after becoming aware of this issue never tried to rectify the issue of help the waitress since she was running the bar and the dining room. My girlfriend and I left hungry. This was horrible service from the kitchen and management...not going here again.

I ve eaten and ordered from here a dozen times. Great service, great food. Thank you for hospitality.

Great restaurant who really strives to be a great place in the communities. Recommend their Sicilian pizza and cheese cubes- you won't regret either of them!!

Barraco's has gone downhill fast! I don't know if it's because of the fire at the Evergreen location, or bc Barraco's have gotten in over their heads with opening too many locations, but after being a customer for over 20 years, i am throwing in the towel. There seems to be no quality control anymore, or standards of whats acceptable to serve customers anymore. Tonight's delivery took an hour and a half, and the cheesy breadsticks were burnt, and the plastic containers filled watery marinara sauce, and alfredo sauce that the oil had separated from the sauce and were melted on the bottom. I basically paid to have garbage delivered bc its unedible. These breadsticks are awful! The last time we ordered, they delivered lasagna that was not cooked, literally!!!! I put it in the oven and cooked it myself, only to throw it away bc it tasted sour, and we were afraid of getting sick. Receiving garbage from barraco's has been going on for over a year now, and everytime we are disappointed. Whether it's pizza, or pasta, or they forgot something (like baking the lasagna before they deliver it)We keep going back bc it was always so good, we keep giving them another chance, but no more. It's not like Barracos is cheap either. You can get higher quality food from Pizza Hut or Dominos for half the price. Get it together Barraco's and stop ripping people off!
