Barrel & Bones Craft Bar and Smokehouse — Brisket Burger Done Right Stopped in at Barrel & Bones and ordered the Brisket Burger with sweet potato fries and a margarita everything hit perfectly. The burger was stacked thick, juicy, and smoky with melted cheese and that classic BBQ char flavor. The bun was toasted just right, and the brisket had that real smokehouse depth you can’t fake. The sweet potato fries were crisp on the outside, soft inside, and paired great with the margarita which was cold, smooth, and not overly sweet.

This place was fantastic! We had a party of 5 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their drinks and food. The fried deviled egg app was soooo good, highly recommend! Blake, the manager, was super personable and attentive. The place was quaint, clean and felt updated. Perfect spot for lunch or dinner! My family is only in town temporarily but we definitely plan to go back!

Alert: This place deals in real blue cheese and quality food. Awesome, mellow atmosphere and beautiful service. I got the spicy pastrami sandwich. Not so spicy and surprised to find out they don't have any spicy mustard. Salad above expectations and spicy bbq sauce is fire. The cucumber and pickled onion garnish should be it's own meal. I'd be back for just the service, but the food really is next level. Thank you.

I totally enjoyed myself today! The food was so good. The flavors lingered in a very good way. Our server/bartender Trevor was excellent. I heavily relied on his recommendations and he did not disappoint! The Nutterjack Old Fashioned was superb! The wife and I had wonderful experience and can't wait to return.

Food and drinks were amazing!! Service was a little slow but the employees were very friendly!! The Fried Green Tomatoes were spectacular!! Loved the Deviled Eggs, Brisket Grilled Cheese and Bread Pudding!! Old Fashioned was delish!

We went here with a limited amount of time they were able to accommodate and get our food out pretty quickly. (We thought it was counter service and discovered it wasn't). The moist brisket was amazing, The Buffalo cauliflower had a great flavor we only wish it would have been a little more cooked where it was not as hard but that's probably just how they make it there. I jalapeno cheese sausage was great and so were the beans. The Texas Twinkie was delicious and spicy like I like it. Great service great food! We're going to have to go when we have a little more time to sit and relax and enjoy it further.

Came here hungry and left questioning why I don’t eat like this every day. I got the three meat and one side deal because why pick just one when you can live your best BBQ life? Everything was delicious, and the deviled eggs? Let’s just say they didn’t stand a chance. The drinks were dangerously good….the kind that make you forget tomorrow has responsibilities. And let’s talk about Blake, who was an absolute legend. Attentive, friendly, and somehow always there right when we needed him, like some sort of restaurant ninja. The vibe here was super chill but still had energy, the kind of place where you want to stay for “just one more drink” and end up closing the place down. 10/10 would eat, drink, and devour deviled eggs here again.

This place never fails to impress! Great specials, even better happy hours. The place has a genuine Cheers feel, not only are the staff inviting, your almost sure to make a friend or two with the bar regulars
