Barrio Tacos Gateway

Would give it a 5 but I felt their prices were a bit disingenuous. The food itself was very good. We ordered custom tacos and both of us were pleased with the outcome. We ordered during happy hour and were charged full price for the food but not the drink. I’ll concede maybe the food was placed right at the cutoff time (I don’t remember, our tab said the order was at 5:47). However, I was charged extra for the cilantro rice even though the paper form didn’t indicate this. There was also a service fee, which I didn’t mind but don’t remember seeing anything about it. Anyways, I’d still recommend this place, but would appreciate updated price transparency.

Amazing tacos! So much variety for build your own taco. There’s no limit on toppings so you can really load the taco up. Guac and chips were very tasty as well. I went with two vegetarians and they loved it so much and went back 2 more times in our 4 day stay in Cleveland. We had great service, our server Olivia was awesome. Our waters were constantly topped up by her and the other servers in the area.

Great spot. Make your own tacos / bowls. Fantastic queso. Sneaky heat. I love it. Salsa also great with some heat. Loved my bowl. Got the jefe. Chicken was amazing. Great chorizo also. Steak tacos were delicious Thank u soo much.

Loved everything!! Two of my friends and I were in town for a concert, and we had dinner here beforehand. Our server greeted us immediately, was very friendly and helpful, and our drinks and food arrived quickly. The margarita flights were fantastic, and everything we ate was delicious! Will definitely be back next time I am in Cleveland!

First time, enjoyed the fresh crisp tortilla chips accompanied with salsa, guacamole, best guacamole I've had in Cleveland. Now if you could get those flys under control it will be one of my favorite spots. O'yeah that Mimosa was mixed to perfection! Very flavorful

Chose to go dine-in. The service was okay but the guy seemed to be pretty rude and not welcoming. We ordered 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Service was quick but the rice in our bowls seemed to be semi-cooked, chicken felt a bit raw too.Nachos were way too salty we told him about it but he said that’s all we have which seemed a little off for me. Me and my guy’s stomach started to give a ache after an hr or two. This is the third time being here never experienced this before. People at the counter and table used to be very welcoming. Today was a bad experience for real.

As always, such good bar service and the most tasteful tacos. The food is always 👌 🔥 and the drinks never disappoint.

Visiting from Maryland and we ate here before the baseball game. Excellent service! The chicken and cola marinated steak tacos were so delicious. The meat was prepared so well and flavorful. Great salsa verde. Chips were amazing and the salsa was perfect!! The cowboy breakfast taco is awesome! Ugh, so mad we ate here the day we’re driving back. Will come back just to eat here. Affordable drinks and the tequila mimosa was sooo good. 10/10
