The agency is on the second floor and you will need to sign in to visit. As a fan it was cool to be in the lobby, however, you won't be able to roam around nor do they have a shop. The ladies at the desk were nice and we sat and chatted for about 10-15 minutes. They mentioned that I was normal compared to the other people that visit, so they must get a lot of fans that can't tell reality from entertainment and just act weird.

Rate Zero. Kiss your money goodbye. I deposited $1200 for superbowl Feb/2023. Couldn’t gamble because I wasn’t in Louisiana. So I’ve been trying to get refund since. Put off with excuses weekly.. This is a SCAM!!!!

I saw 2 of the employees sleeping outside of the office. These guys need to get paid more.

Ordered a sweatshirt from this company online. So cheap it ran small, but my son still wanted it in a larger size. They would not exchange it. Not a reason in the world not to exchange it. Will never buy from them again. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not open account with Barstool Sportsbook. I’ve been waiting for money from my winnings and it’s over two weeks now they don’t answer their phones and I cannot get my money. Beware.

Although I love their work, I was not welcomed warmly to their establishment and we were (rudely) told to leave. The merchandise is on display, but not eligible for purchase. After leaving, I get that it's not meant to be a store, but with the merch they advertise and how big Barstool has gotten, it would be worth their while open a small shop for tourists like myself. After that experience, I don't know if supporting this company is worthwhile after being such a loyal listener.

BEWARE - sizing not as advertised! Ordered online a Spittin Chiclets t-shirt in size men's large according to their sizing chart but it is too small. Would suggest ordering a size up...so, if you are a large, then order an x-large so you aren't disappointed.
