"Bartaco’s vibe is inspired by the beach culture of Brazil, Uruguay, and SoCal, but its tacos fuse Mexican tradition with Latin, Mediterranean, and Asian flavors and ingredients. Think duck confit in tamarind glaze, rotisserie pork pastor, and soy-, sesame- and sriracha-marinated ribeye topped with kimchi, all served on four-inch corn tortillas. Vegetarian options (falafel, cauliflower, portobello) abound, but don’t overlook other items like duck birria and grilled corn rolled in lime, cayenne and cotija." - Faiyaz Kara

I still have no idea what to do with the pencils on the table. Bartaco is always fun. The service is second to none. I enjoy the app based ordering system. Could be a little faster and accept Apple Pay. I had a Chicken rice bowl. Excellent presentation and was absolutely delicious. But the star of the service was the Key-lime dessert.

Google
BEST spiced chicken tacos 🌮 EVER!!!! The service was exceptional as well. This restaurant was clean and beautiful! They have a gorgeous bar area. The next time I come I want to sit outside and enjoy the Florida winter weather! I also enjoyed their house made Sangria and the mojito was fabulous!!!! I definitely will be back! I’ve been back!! I tried the chicken tortilla soup today. It was wonderful!! Just the right amount of spice, and large portions of chicken. Was really yummy 😋. Also tried the green margarita. It was really good and refreshing.

Love the vibe and décor - every little detail makes you feel like you’re near the beach, enjoying a taco! Ordering is super easy with the QR code system, which I found really convenient. We tried a mix of tacos and appetizers, and hands down, the pork belly was my favorite. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at bartaco in Dr. Phillips, and I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with a modern industrial decor. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I started my meal with a few of their signature margaritas, which were perfectly balanced and refreshing. For my appetizer, I had the pork belly tacos, and they were out of this world. The pork belly was tender and flavorful, and the slaw and avocado added a perfect crunch and creaminess. For my main course, I had the duck tacos, and they were equally as delicious. The duck was cooked to perfection, and the mole sauce was rich and complex. I also enjoyed the grilled corn and black bean side dishes, which were both flavorful and satisfying. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at bartaco in Dr. Phillips. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience. Here are a few of the highlights of my meal: * The pork belly tacos were amazing. * The duck tacos were delicious. * The margaritas were refreshing. * The service was attentive and friendly. * The atmosphere was fun and energetic. If you're looking for a great place to eat in Dr. Phillips, I highly recommend bartaco. You won't be disappointed! Here are some additional tips: Make a reservation, especially on weekends. Be prepared for a wait, as the restaurant can get busy. *Try a variety of tacos and margaritas. Ask your server for recommendations. I hope this review helps you decide whether or not to visit bartaco. If you do, I'm sure you'll have a delicious and enjoyable experience.

Google
Beautiful little spot to eat in busy Orlando! Pork belly taco was amazing by far my fav. We also had the sesame ribeye bowl, meat was semi dry however It would’ve been amazing if it had a sauce to go on top of it. The kimchi was kind of dry but very flavorful. Don’t get the kids taco the kids tray is a better choice instead come with fresh fruit as well. The guacamole was very bland but very fresh and yummy. I added some of the red sauce that was on the table and it made it so good. The red sangria with elderflower was so good I could only do one. Last but certainly not least the kale salad was so amazing. I would most definitely do the large instead of the small you won’t regret it. I’ll give them another try for sure.

Great selection! Lots of tacos (recommended fried shrimp/ahi tuna/pork belly) and rice bowl option if you want more food, love the order-as-you-go vibe. Good service, aesthetic, what’s not to like.

Google
We stopped in bartaco because of a recommendation from a coworker of mine. We planned to maybe get 1 or 2 tacos a piece. We ended up getting SIX per person! Lol (they are mini tacos) This place is insanely good. One of the best places I've eaten in Orlando!! The flavors are crazy! Our top 3 are definitely the pork belly, the duck, and the chicken. The hostess, Paula, thoroughly explained the menu, also giving us her favorite choices. The manager, Manny, came by many times, chatting with us and also giving us recommendations. He even threw in an extra portion of chips and salsa. You can tell this place puts a lot of love into their very unique menu. We will be coming back as soon as possible!!

Yelp
First off, I have to say that at the end of our meal when we learned Bartaco was a chain with locations near where many of us lived, our group was all very excited. I got a chance to go to Bartaco while on a work trip with colleagues from all over the country, the set up with ordering in your phone makes it very easy to go with a big group. We were hungry and ended up with more food than we needed as we all ordered several things to share with the table too. The gauc, salsas, and ceviche were all great and a nice complement to our tacos. We also tied several cocktails all flavorful and creative. The highlight was definitely the tacos though - both traditional taco flavors and more fusion choices were on offer. The chile lime shrimp and hot butter lobster were big hits across the board. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is modern and welcoming. While there is not a Bartaco in my city, I'm willing to travel to try it again.

Yelp
We frequent Bartaco pretty often so I figured it was finally time to write a review! First Impressions: Bartaco is our go-to when we're looking for something in between fast food and sit down. It can be as long or short of an experience as you make it for the most part-- you order via QR code, but the employees are happy to help out with any questions! They're always very kind upon greeting and can be flagged down using the little blue card at your table. If it's your first time here, make sure they know so you get the run down! Ordering: My cell service never works here so I'm grateful they've got WiFi to browse the menu! The ordering system also makes it super easy when you've got a big group-- no need to worry about Venmo-ing people since you can all make your own orders. You'll get your food in the order that it's made-- sometimes things take a bit longer than I'd like, but it's never too jarring. The Food: Don't miss their chips and salsa! Seriously, this is what keeps us coming back-- we are fans of both the red and the green salsa, and the chips are delicious too! We usually do a large trio and take home the leftovers to munch on the next day. I also love their lemonade and limeade. They're small but reasonably priced and made fresh! The tacos are pretty standard but small. I tried the Sinaloa Taco tonight and was a little disappointed-- the flavors were bland and the texture was off. But the fish taco was good as always! My husband had the shrimp taco and said he'd skip it next time. I feel like the quality has gone down a bit since the last time we visited, but it could've been a fluke! The Vibe: The restaurant gets pretty loud so it's not great for quiet conversation, but the large booths are great for groups!

Yelp
Um Wow! Unexpected Gem! This place was a real find! Service was super efficient - we scanned a QR code and placed our order right from the table. No waiting around for a server, and everything came out quickly. I opted for the lunch special with 3 tacos (Pistachio Cauliflower Taco, sinaloa chicken taco, spiced chicken verde and chicken tortilla soup, plus fresh lemonade, guac & chips. The flavors were incredible, everything tasted super fresh. However, be warned - the spice level was definitely higher than I anticipated. (THIS IS PERSONAL THOUGH, I AM VERY SENSITIVE TO SPICE. Even the guac had a kick! I'm not usually a fan of spicy food, so it would have been helpful to have a spice level indicator on the menu. The ambiance was cool as well, mellow. Despite the heat, it was delicious. I'm already planning a return trip this weekend LOL!!! * I forgot to take photos of the tacos LOL I was starving. *

Yelp
Recently, we went to Bartaco for a quick pick-up order. My wife recently had the gluten-free rice bowl with pork belly. She doubles the meat as it is always a good protein and much more plentiful when you double it and it doesn't cost that much. Just a little bit rice heavy; but that's OK. Still tasty and A+ and always gluten-free.

Yelp
The other night I spent a lovely evening dining at Bartaco at the bar. Normally their bar is open seating so I don't grab a table. I ordered the beef rice bowl with kimchi and the veggies on top. My favorite type of kimchi is either fresh or at Bartaco. I also decided to get myself a drink I got the Orange crush drink. However something happened to my order and they accidentally gave me a taco and a side of kimchi; however that was the bartenders mistake so they took that off my bill. I also got the spicy cucumbers they are so refreshing and so delicious. I went maybe around 645 to 7 o'clock; it wasn't as busy but it was pretty packed. If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it it is in Dr. Phillips next to Domu.

Yelp
One of the best taco dinners I've ever had! I sat at the bar since I was dining solo. The bartender was so friendly. He actually ended up ordering me one glazed pork belly taco and it ended up being my favorite even though I don't normally like pork unless it's Al Pastor. The glazed pork belly was sweet and savory and so yummy! I also ordered the spiced chicken verde which was my second favorite. It was tangy and fresh! The sesame ribeye is the only one I wouldn't order again. Don't get me wrong, it was good and unique. But a little too unique. it was a blend of Asian and Mexican and it just didn't quite work for my palate. I absolutely love this restaurant and am pleased to see they have one near me. I was visiting Orlando for a conference and this was my first stop. What a way to be welcomed to Orlando! Yum all around!

Mady G.

Yelp
We love to eat at Bartaco whenever possible!! Food is always spot on, drinks are delicious and staff is fantastic. We did have a bit of an issue with the ordering because it's all done on your phone but nonetheless, we all enjoyed our food & drinks and staff was there to help and refill drinks promptly!

Mike L.

Yelp
Fancy taco restaurant. It's in the Dr. Philips area so I had high expectations and they did a great job. I got 4 tacos and they were all great, a bit on the small side but very tasty. Big restaurant so it has lots of space. Great place to a business lunch.

Carlos R.

Yelp
Well, once again this place made it to the 5 stars.. the ambience as always nice, simple and classy, the food as always fantastic... the pork belly, duck, fried oyster, the rice bowl .. you won't go wrong with any selection.. But the service at the bar is another story.. José our bartender was fantastic. He created a Japanese old fashion that was really good.. and our always friend Paola ( she was not at the bar tonight) she has the courtesy to explain in detail to Jose the way my wife likes her drink. These was a great experience that would like you to have if you are in the area.. visit this place.

Lydia K.

Yelp
This is our favorite spot for date night! The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and so quick to make sure that your experience while dining is one of the bests. The food was absolutely amazing, great portions and so flavorful. It's a bonus that they offer Mocktails, the Nojito is a must try. We will definitely be back!

Erin L.

Yelp
Laid back atmosphere with friendly staff and food that will have you asking why this place isn't in your hometown. The ceviche was one of the best I've ever eaten with fresh octopus, fish and lime that was outstanding. The tacos were all unique in flavor and over the the top deliciousness.

Darnell B.

Yelp
I had an interesting experience at Bar Taco. I hadn't been to a bar taco in a couple of years and it seems they might've gone through a rebrand. Walked in and was seated immediately; the restaurant was not too busy and felt pleasantly inviting. I enjoyed the online ordering system the restaurant seems to use which you launch by scanning the QR code on the center of the table. I do feel like I wasn't able to fully grasp everything I wanted from the menu due to it being online and hidden behind me clinking every link on the menu. We don't really have a waiter, everything was ordered fully through the website. I feel as if I was able to try the majority of the standard tacos. chile-lime shrimp taco 3/5 spiced chicken verde 4/5 glazed pork belly 4/5 sesame ribeye 2/5 tuna tatako 4.5/5 seared chorizo 2/5 mushroom 2.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed the tuna tatako and spiced chicken verde. The glazed pork belly was good but too sweet for me personally. The mezcal margarita was okay; It reminded me of a Disney margarita which are not my favorite. I went with a friend who felt the portions were not consistent.

Yelp
Excellent food, and a gluten free dream come true! I've eaten here before and forgot how gluten friendly it is! The menu has so many gf options, they mark what's NOT gluten free. We ordered the guac, verde and roja as an app. Guac was tasty, the roja and verde were fresh and a bit spicy. We tried a variety of tacos, glazed pork belly won first place for us. The pork was tender and the glaze was mildly sweet. The other two that i tried were chili lime shrimp and baja fish. Both were good, but neither were bold flavors. It was nice to have something fried, rare for gf food. The service was self order from your table and a food runner brings things out as they're ready. My husband isn't a huge fan of self ordering but relaxed when it saw how quick the food was being brought out and that we could order more of whatever we wanted ourselves instead of waiting for a server. The manager was very friendly when he checked on us. We will definitely return!

Yelp
Have dined in at this restaurant and had a great experience. Decided to do take out after a long day at the parks, quick and easy online ordering experience. Food was hot and ready at pick up. I mixed it up and instead of tacos did the half chicken, plantains and side of rice. It came with 2 excellent sauces that paired wonderful. How was it you ask? Well I would toss myself down a flight of stairs to go back in time just to eat it again. 10/10 meal. Ready to slip into a beautiful food coma, thank you bar taco!

Alessandra C.

Yelp
Bartaco in Orlando is my go-to spot for tacos, and it never disappoints. Food: consistency is key and Bartaco does it right. I've been here a handful of times and in all of them had tasty tacos made with fresh ingredients. I've tried the Baja Fish, Spiced Chicken Verde, Cauliflower, Tuna Tatako, Sesame Ribeye, Glazed Pork Belly and Roasted Duck. They are all great but the Baja Fish (super crispy crust and light, flavorful fish) and the Glazed Pork Belly (indulgent and filling) are my all-time favorites. Drinks: they have fantastic margaritas, sangrias, and "beach-inspired" cocktails. As a Brazilian, I highly recommend their capirinha. Caipirinha sanguina (cachaca-based cocktail with blood orange, lime, and sugar) is currently on their seasonal drinks menu alongside hibiscus mezcalita and lilikoi daiquiri. Ambiance: one of my favorite things about this chain is its coastal boho decoration. The color pattern, the furniture, the paintings, the books... it all creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a visit to a rich friend's beach house in Santa Monica. I also love the fact that they have 3 seating options - bar, patio, and booths - I've been to all and love the fact that I can have a somewhat different experience than the previous time by moving from one to another at each visit. Service: consistently excellent, leaving no room for complaints.

Yelp
This is my second time at Bartaco it is a self service restaurant so you do everything on your phone such as placing your own order, and checking out. We were greeted nicely but that's the only real encounter you get with the staff. Different waitress will bring out your order once it's ready. NOW THE FOOD! The food is delicious! Some of my favorite items I've had so far is the Salsa Roja, Seared Chorizo Bowl with pork belly, Spiced chicken verde bowl, & the Plantains The ambience is very calm. I love sitting on the patio in the day and at night. The patio has a lot of fresh plants which makes this the perfect atmosphere. At night they have warm string lights which sets the calming mood.

Victoria S.

Yelp
Interesting concept with placing the order on our phones; only thing I wasn't a fan of was that a server never came to refill our water jug when it was needed. I didn't like that my boyfriend and I placed our orders for tacos as the same time and mine came out many minutes before his, if I had waited for his to come out to start eating mine would have been cold. The shrimp and ahi tuna tacos were very flavorful and tasty. The beef one was just alright.

Rachel J.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere. Came from houston and service was good. Seated quickly. There isnt really a waiter but if you need something people are friendly. The tacos are small so recommend getting 3-4. Elote and guac also good. Overall would come back.

Melinda S.

Yelp
We stopped in for dinner at Bartaco for the first time. It had been on my list to try for a while. The staff were all friendly and happy to explain the the menu and how ordering works. You can easily order by scanning the QR code on your table. I personally like this because I can be indecisive and like taking my time reviewing options. We started with a margarita (tasted great, a bit weak, but I liked that it wasn't made with overly sweet mixers) and chips and salsa roja. The chips are discs of crispy corn tortilla, so same concept, but fun to break up and dip. The salsa was delicious. It had a bit of heat, but with a good, smoky flavor that kept us coming back for more even with some initial eye watering. We ended up sharing 7 different tacos. All were delicious! The baja fish was a favorite of both my boyfriend and me, which was cool since he doesn't like fish usually. I liked the tuna wrapped in lettuce which I enjoyed all to myself. The duck taco was a surprise for both of us, so tender with great flavor. The ribeye and chicken tacos were yummy. The chorizo taco was the only one I felt was kind of meh even though I usually love chorizo, but otherwise we enjoyed everything. Overall, this is an awesome spot. It's a chill environment and awesome being able to take your time deciding what you want and then adding more if you'd like. We never felt rushed and it was a great date night!

Kim T.

Yelp
First, this location did not disappoint me in the least.... I've been to the DC Wharf location, too. Both amazing. This is a cashless business, so you need to use your phone to order or have someone in your party order or connect you to the same bill. Ordering is easy and customizable. If there's any issue, there's a card you can put up at the table and someone will come help you. From ordering to food delivery it is very prompt. We were very pleased. Food was made as requested. Drinks brought out quickly and we had water! I love that the water and the iced tea were in carafes. Ready to pour more when we wanted more. We ordered the salsa verde + chips, 2 sesame ribeye tacos with no cilantro and 1 sesame ribeye tacos with cilantro. They were so good. The price is right too! Note: we have had other tacos before but these are our favorites. When you're finished, you can check out on your phone. Or, if you're still hungry you can order more. So easy. The seating is available inside or outside. We hope to be back to this location quite often! Kudos to the staff: hostess, lead, cooks and wait staff. Great job!

Kingsley H.

Yelp
Wow! A great taco place for a fair price! The manager who assisted us was very eager to answer any questions! The interior is much decorated! Each taco dish contains only 1 so I would order 3-4 per person! This place also has stuff that aren't tacos-Some dishes I especially liked included The Baja Fish, The Glazed Pork Belly, and The Duck (Tacos) as well as the tuna poke

Rafael S.

Yelp
We were happily surprised for the quality of food, excellent value and super proactive friendly professional service of the whole team, but specifically of Ana Maria. The Lunch Tray is a delicious awesome value. Margaritas truly well done and reasonably priced. The Mushrooms tacos are special. We loved them, as well as fish, pork belly, roasted duck and chorizo. Not greasy, but tasty. Their Guac does need more inspiration, but can fix with a bit of rock salt. We will be back (weekly). Have to tried their bar scene as well. Enjoyable ambiance

Joana R.

Yelp
The service was great, I liked how they provided a menu with a pencil for easy selection. Though the tacos were on the smaller side, they were definitely delicious. The margaritas are made with Bartaco's special tequila, it was delicious!!! I started with chips and guacamole, and then tried the shrimp taco (spicy) and corn, both of which were well-prepared and full of flavorrr :)

Alex T.

Yelp
A VERY solid spot for tacos. This is one of my favorite places near where I stay when I'm in Orlando on work trips. It's a pretty standard "upscale" taco place vibe, but it's definitely more than just that. Literally everything I've tried has exceeded my expectations. I also love the digital ordering which is super fast and efficient.

Breanna H.

Yelp
I definitely appreciate the concept they weee going for here. The fact that you order from your phone and everything gets delivered to you instead of ordering from a server. But if that's the case, I'm not paying 13 bucks for a house margarita getting service from an app. I typically don't sit anywhere but at the bar so this was my first time sitting at an actual table. The outside patio area was very pretty with lush greenery and wooden tables with blue accents. The only thing bad about the outside that we saw was there was a rat trap sitting right next to the baby stools. That was a little off putting The manager came up and greeted us which was really nice of them and told us about scanning the QR code. With this QR code you order and pay from the app. Again, I do like the fact that we are not wasting paper on the checks or anything but , you do take out the personal touch of getting your orders taken and it's almost as if you are going to a quick service restaurant. And again, if you're taking that personal service out, I'm not going to pay for an overpriced margarita. I can do the same thing down the street at Rocco's and get someone to take my order without going through the app. And the app was kinda a pain in the butt. You had the type in verification codes and birthdates and it's like come on, I just wanted a drink. I didn't try the food, and only had one drink. But I think next time I will go sit at the bar or just go to another Mexican restaurant for a margarita without having to deal with the app.

Christina C.

Yelp
A friend of mine had come to town, and this place was always a favorite of ours! It only made sense to return and enjoy the experience! This was the first time I have been back here since the pandemic, so the the tables they have QR codes for the menus. It otherwise operates the same where you order tapas per check, and the food comes out fairly quickly! The atmosphere is still very much laid back whether you're inside or out on the patio with your pup! To drink I had the sangria Tinto (red sangria) which had chopped up apples in it (great for munching on after the drink is gone ), and I also tried one of their non-alcoholic agua frescas - the Nojito! It's a delicious option if you're not a drinker! For our tapas we ordered the elotes (street corn), ceviche, and plantains. All were very delicious, but I have to say my favorite was the ceviche with chile-lime shrimp! If you're a fan of good with a kick to it you'll want to get this! If you're not a spice person but still enjoy ceviche I'd recommend taking a bite of the ceviche with the prices tortilla chips and avocado (underneath) to help cut the spice. Bartaco is always a place I can rely on for delicious tapas that won't break the bank! Check this place out if you haven't already for lunch, or dinner!

Yelp
Whenever we find ourselves on the Universal/Dr.Phillips side of town and need a quick bite to eat, Bartaco is our go-to. The food has always been consistent and pricing is good, too. I love the coastal vibes & decor and they have a great patio when the weather is nice. I'm glad they finally put up big sign outside because this place is a bit hidden in a strip mall and easy to miss. When the pandemic started, they implemented a QR code online ordering system at all the tables to limit contact with the service staff. The staff pretty much only runs food/drinks to tables and responds to those who need assistance when they put up the dragonfly card at their table. This service model must have worked well for them and cut some overhead staffing costs because they decided to keep this process in place even post-pandemic. We went for dinner for the first time in about a year last week and at first, I was not thrilled to see QR code self-ordering system was still the way they were doing things. I did not have a smooth experience with this the first time, but luckily everything was easy peasy. I believe you can request a paper menu if you really want one. You also pay your bill online as well. We ordered some cocktails, the duck birria, and esquites to start. For tacos, I got the tuna tatako served on a lettuce wrap, the sesame ribeye, and the mushroom w/ queso fresco. My husband always gets their sesame ribeye rice bowl. Everything came out pretty quickly all at once. We were starving so it was a pleasant surprise. We also have to save room for dessert because we love their key lime pie in a jar and the tres leches. There are definitely a lot of nice restaurants in this area, but if you're looking for a more casual & affordable place with good food & cocktails, Bartaco is the move.

Kalani G.

Yelp
Had to update my review. Came back for another go round at what is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots specifically because they had posole on the menu this winter. Loved the updated cocktail menu but the five stars goes to the wonderful service. The service is always great but the manager Manny went above and beyond with helping us celebrate our son's birthday and giving him an extra treat. As always the playlist was banging, the food was great but while service seems to decline at some of our usual spots, the quality continues to stay high here.

Tina F.

Yelp
Came in here for a quick bite to eat. Plenty of options for seating. Booths, tables, barstools and padded benches. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Ordering was simple to use by scanning the QR code at the table. It keeps a running tab for you and everything is brought right to your table shortly after placing the order(s). If you need assistance or wish to place an order without using your phone, you put the card in the table placeholder which will flag someone over. They were very prompt in responding to the flag card. After you are done ordering, you can pay through the portal. Simple and efficient. The tasty tacos are small because they are street taco sized, but they are generous with the meat filling, so you don't feel you are missing out on anything. The esquites were good but fair warning, they are a bit spicy for those that can't handle the heat. I personally enjoyed it. I wish the spoon wasn't so big though or that it was served with a few chips. The chicken tortilla soup was a generous amount and my friend seemed to enjoy it. Last but not least, let's talk about the duck birria quesadillas. They are listed just as duck birria but after looking at pics on Yelp, I saw that they were actually quesadillas. To give you an idea of portion size, it is basically 1 large burrito sized tortilla folded in half and cut into fourths. The duck meat was tasty and tender with the right amount of cheese. Dip dip dip and eat them up. I love the concept here of ordering tapas style. There is a good variety to choose from. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
This place has a "beach town" kind of vibe. The staff upon walking in were very friendly. They operate completely through an app which means you scan the code at your table, you look at the menu through your phone, and you also order and pay your check through your phone as well. You can order at any time during your meal aka you do not have to put your entire order in at once. It is pretty convenient, and i see how this provides a lot of efficiency and ease of use, especially if youre introverted! Regardless, you still have a waiter to help you with anything, bring you drink and food, and to check up on you. The food was good, no complaints. The plantains were amazing. The salsa and guac trio was very delicious and fresh. I got the duck bowl and the meat was delicious. I would say that there menu has great options to offer, but the bowls lacked creativity. Every single bowl on the menu seemed the same (brown rice and raw cut bell peppers in onion dipped in light oil and possibly vinegar) and the only difference was the meat you chose. There was nothing special about any of the plates, but that isnt to say they were not good. All the food was still enjoyable, i just would not be eager to go back to try any other main plates because it is a pretty basic place. I think this place would be great for picky simple eaters. It was giving white washed mexican food with a hint of asian inspiration. I did see the table next to me only order churros and tres leches and it really did look delicious. I do think i might have to go back just to try their dessert!

Yelp
Delicious vegetarian options - full of flavor! 5 stars + I wish they would come to Michigan

Yelp
My manicurist and I talked about coming here when she heard I had not been. We stopped in tonight instead of going to Too Jay's. We really enjoyed ourselves. They had the heat lamps on outside so we could enjoy dining outside on a cool evening. If you've never been let them know so they can explain the qr code and who is going to pay etc. That being said it's a great place for friends to have drinks, but that could be a little awkward on a first date. I had the pomegranate limonada and my husband had a carafe of sweet tea. We started with plantains and chips with salsa rioja. Now, I was really delighted and impressed when our server asked if we wanted more chips. They really good, crisp and perfectly salted. The crema that comes with the plantains save that for dishes later on. I had the cauliflower bowl which I really enjoyed. The rice was perfect, the peppers were fresh and the romesco sauce was a touch spicy, but I really enjoyed it. My husband had the secret taco, pulled pork with carolina slaw, pork belly, duck and the baja fish. He really enjoyed the duck and said the pork belly was his favorite. I also wanted something sweet and went with the tres leches while it was good, I will try the churros next time!

Yelp
This place has amazing ambiance, food and service. There's indoor and outdoor dining available. Their menu and ordering is all virtual through your phone, and it made ordering food and drinks easy and convenient without needing to flag down a server to do it for us. Tacos are literally 2-3 bites each, so be sure to order several if you're hungry. The salsa is spicy and runny, and there is no queso available. Guacamole was great. Everything is made fresh, hand squeezed etc. Drinks were flavorful and made just right. We were so hungry that we forgot to take pics of our food! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a more intimate place for amazing Mexican food.

Yelp
Big YUM! I've been to a different Bartaco location - and this one is just as good! Located in a strip mall, they still had a great outdoor space. I enjoyed the tuna taco, duck taco, and the baja fish taco. Our table also shared the dip trio (with extra guac) and the churros. The vanilla caramel sauce that comes with the churros? Absolutely divine! Additionally, our server, Gideon, was absolutely fantastic! He was funny, answered all our questions and just made our dining experience fun! He told us another location is opening up in Miami soon - so I cannot wait to have a bartaco so close to me!

Yelp
The only bad thing about this place is that they should open more restaurants all over the country. Is awesome

Yelp
When I entered the place seemed busy, but I was seated as soon as I came in. I ordered Baja Fish, Spiced Chicken Verde, seared Chorizo. I almost forgot to take a picture of it for you guys. When the food came out it was fresh, beautifully flavored. There was not a long wait at all for it to come out to us. The restaurant is very clean and the vibe is very chill! Please note that it does get cold inside the restaurant. Make sure you have a jacket. You'll thank me later. lol Heads up. You order and pay on your phone now. They do have the option to pay order off the menus and pay physically.

Yelp
Me and my husband ate here a few times and we love it!! The experience, the delicious tacos and the desserts are five star. We usually get the fish tacos and the chorizo tacos. Our favorite dessert is the Tres Leche which is a chefs kiss. One thing I would say is to ask about the spiciness on certain tacos because a lot of them are at a high spice level. You wouldn't know until you ate them. I wish they had better detailing on spice levels for each taco on the menu.

Yelp
This place was adorable. We decided to check it out on Saturday with friends, who actually had been there before. When we arrived, the ambiance was so cool and chic. I absolutely loved the color schemes and decor in there. It made the vibes super beachy and relaxed, which is right up my alley. We were told there was a wait so we decided to play some connect four and jenga while we waited. Shortly after, we were directed to our table. We were greeted by the wait staff who told us the process. I thought it was a pretty cool concept - ordering your food and having food runners. My husband and I started off with two beers. One being a tacate. How can you NOT order a tacate when you're at a mexican restaurant? It was ice cold, which is how I like it! We ordered a plethora of tacos because we couldn't decide which. The chili shrimp was literally the hottest thing I have ever eaten in my entire life. Had I known this was going to send me over the edge and downward spiral my entire intestinal tract, I would have avoided this choice. NEVER AGAIN. We ordered the baha fish, cauliflower, chicken, and brussel sprout. The brussel sprout was literally my favorite. I've been thinking about it since. For dessert, we ordered ice cream - which was a nice surprise because my mouth was still on fire from the shrimp. We will be back... but not for the shrimp.

Yelp
We enjoy BarTaco once in a while. I like how you order in an app and how everything is separate, but it can get pricey if you don't pay attention. The food is good. You get mostly small portions.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night. We had to wait about 40 min to get seated. They are cashless and waiter less. You come in, order from your phone, pay, someone brings your food and you eat, pay and leave. Menu is a decent size, they also have freshly made drinks that were really good. You can order different tacos, so you don't need to order 3 or 4 tacos. Tacos are very spicy! Be aware. We definitely weren't ready to have such a spicy food. We tried fish, fritters, duck, mushroom, cauliflower. The only one we didn't like was cauliflower. Extremely spicy but not flavorful. Overall good experience. Place inside is super nice, clean, modern and spacious.

Yelp
OMG THIS PLACE!!! I have found my new favorite taco spot in Orlando. Was just out and about after taking my dog to the vet and getting her birthday treats at Wooofgang (just a few doors down). Got in the car and searched for dog friendly lunch spots and this came right up. I was greeted right away and was able to pick a seat out on the patio. It was right at opening so I had the pick of the lot and decided to sit close to the air conditioner even though it was shaded enough that i didn't really need it. The majority of the experience is contact free. You scan a QR code for basically everything you need: order, order more, and pay your check. If you do need actual human assistance, you just clip a card to the stand at your table and you will promptly be helped. To start, I opted for the chips and trio dip (not the actual name) but next time i'll just get the guacamole and salsa verde. YUM! Everything is a la carte and brought out as it's ready. I ordered the Baja fish and Chili-lime shrimp tacos. they were perfectly street-taco-sized which works for me because I get full pretty quick (especially after gettin' down on the guacamole-salsa verde and chips) I also ordered a kids chicken and cheese taco for my dog since it was her birthday. Once they brought it out i deconstructed it to let it cool off and just slipped the paper liner with the food off the tray and onto the floor next to her water bowl. That thing didn't even have a chance....Bijou enjoyed that very much! To end top off our birthday outing, i got us both vanilla gelato. I tasted a hint of coconut which i wasn't sure was intentional, so if you're allergic to coconut you might want to ask about that. I didn't mind it and actually appreciated it. Loved the flavor! Of course Bijou got her own scoop as well. They were pretty decent sized servings so I probably could have gotten away with just ordering one to share with her. Anyway, if you got through this whole review, I hoped it helps. This place is amazing and I can't wait to come back with my husband to share the experience.

Yelp
Food is great. service is unfocused, ambiance is great. Servers not knowledgeable of certain things on menu which are seasonal or not. QR code ordering is complicated and very not customer friendly as it forces us to put in our credit card information on a website overall needs to be a simpler experience.

Yelp
Great spot for a casual lunch or dinner with light and tasty tacos. They have a wonderful selection and wide variety of tacos and other options, and you can tell everything is made fresh. I really enjoyed the chicken and mushroom tacos, and the pork belly is wonderful too. Great tasting guacamole and salsas too with fresh tostadas. Service is usually fast and attentive, although you do order on your phone at your table. I found it easy enough but another I was with had issues with their device and couldn't order. A great option for a lunch during the day or dinner. Ambience is modern and coastal, and I've never had to wait long for a table. There's a nice outdoor section as well as plenty of indoor booths and tables.

Yelp
Bar mixed with tacos??? Seems like the kind of vibe most of us want to hear ! Let's taco bout the good eats , vibes, and drinks. First and foremost is this place is located in a small plaza with many parking spots so it was very easily accessible. Plaza consist of multiple shops and restaurants in case you may want to go around for desserts and maybe more good eats! Experience here was amazing and I really enjoy what they had to offer! I tried out the Duck, Pork Belly, Chorizo, and Shrimp tacos! Honestly they all were very tasty, but my favorite had to be the duck. Just a great mix of sweet and spicy which just gave it that extra shot that opens your eyes wide! All tacos were about $3-4 each which is pretty decent ! I chose to pair that with some good Fresh Arnold Palmer which came in a really cool pitcher! Overall very impressed with here and everyone in their is great! We even got greeted with the manager as soon as we sat down to make sure we were taken care of ! I really enjoyed the quick and efficient service and the convenience of ordering and paying through your phone with a specific bar code from your table. Definitely a great time with good music and vibes!

Yelp
Always enjoy bar taco, my favorite part is being able to order on my phone and pay there also. Today I got the seared duck taco, pork belly, Chile-lime shrimp, and chorizo. My favorite taco was the duck; juicy, soft, and just overall delicious. I really enjoyed the pork belly taco for the sweet flavor. The Chile-lime shrimp really packed some heat at the end; after finishing it was when my mouth started burning; super yummy also! The chorizo taco was good; I enjoyed that the actual chorizo wasn't salty, the consistency of the meat felt like a chopped up burger though! Overall, we love bar taco! Didn't get a margarita today but I tried the delicious and freshly squeezed lemonade!

Yelp
I love BarTaco! I have been here many times before! Hands down, they have the BEST margaritas! Stopped in today to get a margarita and plantains! They have the best sauce to dip the plantains in, it's so good I could dip anything in there and eat it. I sat at the bar and got service immediately and was given some water. The bartender kindly explained and showed me how to order the food. They have the best margaritas and tacos in town!

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants! Love the new system that they implemented where you can just order on your phone. Staff is so friendly and attentive, food comes out quickly and is so fresh and delicious. I always get the pork belly tacos, guacamole, sweet plantains and Gordita sauce. Love sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather. Will be back often :)

Yelp
First time dining at Bartaco, met some friends here and it was pretty decent. This is a cashless place and you do order everything on your phone through their QR code. Not much service with this route. Tacos were mini sized and I only ordered one which was the chicken and a side of brown rice and beans. Decent sized rice and beans and they were good. The chicken taco was okay. I also got a margarita, I don't usually go for margaritas, but this was really good. It was a bit expensive though. Plenty of indoor seatings and they have outdoor tables as well.

Yelp
Bar taco is located in an easy-breezy shopping center (Publix groceries, Einstein bagels, etc) so there is a lot of free parking to get in/out of the restaurant with in/outside seating. Most days I would bring a sweater if you sit inside it is cold and the music is a bit loud. We ordered the guacamole and chips, they come out as discs, see photos...salty, crisp and delicious. Next was the falafel taco and cauliflower taco. Both are about two bites. Then we shared the cauliflower rice bowl, I would mix up the ingredients in the rice bowl or some of the bowl won't have enough flavor. They used to have 1 gelato for $3.50 and 4 for $10, they don't do that anymore. We were too full anyway AND with it being almost Christmas didn't need the calories... no added regrets! If you have skip the chips get the gelato!!!! Go, enjoy and eat the !!!
