Boston’s Winter 2020 Restaurant Closings - Eater Boston
"Bartleby’s Seitan Stand, a vegan food truck, will leave Boston for bigger opportunities and proximity to family in northwest Arkansas. Plans include establishing a dedicated storefront and starting wholesale distribution." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
We picked up fries here to go with our Dots Hot Chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were EXCELLENT! They were seasoned and had a great flavor to them. We got garlic and herb sauce as well as their special sauce. The special sauce is where it’s at. We’ll be back to try their other stuff as well.

Always delicious and the staff are so friendly. The spicy slaw sandwich is my favorite but everything they serve is tasty. So happy to have such a delightful vegan option in the area!

When I saw there was a food truck in Bentonville making their own seitan I had to try it and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing, this will definitely be my spot whenever I pass through town!

I can't tell you how happy I am to have a place where I can get a whole vegan meal! No worrying about meat cross contamination or eggs in the sauces. The nuggs are TO DIE FOR - crispy and delicious and the special sauce is superb. 10000/10 would highly recommend.

I have to try the next time I'm in Fayetteville when I visit a library in northeast Arkansas where the historian is based out of. I have to hide my sources until talking to the historian. It was for a notable inventor.
I think we *all* need to be vegan to save the planet and animals. It is really gross to put dead animals in your body for nourishment. My goal is for vegan food to catch on and to only review products vendors and cafes that I actually like because with Happy Cow it is too hard to find out what to try they recommend Chipotle and that's not a vegan joint.
I tried Bartleby's food stand when it was previously in Boston located at City Hall. I look forward to giving a more careful review of the Bartleby's chick'n sandwich this time. There can be more than one best seitan chick'n sandwich in the vegan world with differences in sauces, spice blends, buns and coleslaw. Just like how you can have more than one best friend. I found out that animals can talk actually we don't need to eat them! Even chickens they are not just so stupid that we should eat them. Cows are intelligent too so save them. I like aspects of the website Flour Power and Seitan Worshipping. I'm a seitan convert myself.

Hands down best vegan food. Every time we go we are not disappointed. It is not surprising that they got voted best vegan joint in NW Arkansas. The lady that attends us is always smiling at us and recognizes us because we follow them everywhere lol. They never disappoint. 10/10 would seitan again! Give it a try even if your not vegan I'll guarantee you won't be unsatisfied.

Hands down the best vegan place in northwest Arkansas. You'll love it even if you aren't vegan--all my nonvegan friends do. Their spicy sloppy slaw is basically the best thing ever, and they nail their fries, nuggets, and sauces, too.
