I recently visited Sedona Beer Basecamp and had a mixed but mostly enjoyable experience. The highlight was definitely the bartender (Andy) —absolutely awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations, elevating the whole vibe with his enthusiasm. The beer selection was solid, with a range of well-crafted brews that hit the spot. I particularly enjoyed their Red Rock (amber ale), which was flavorful and perfectly poured.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match up. The menu sounded promising, but the quesadilla I tried was underwhelming—microwaved chicken and a bit overpriced for the quality. It wasn’t terrible, just not on par with the rest of the experience.
Overall, I’d return for the stellar service and great beer, but I’d probably eat elsewhere first. Highly recommend grabbing a pint and chatting with the bartender!
