"Buttery, doused in salt, and served with gooey beer cheese, this not-your-everyday theme park pretzel is a consummate match for Baseline’s 16-tap wall of California beers." - Amanda Kludt, Helen Rosner, Bill Addison, Carlye Wisel

Great place to relax and drink a beer at Hollywood Studios. I love the shade and fans for the outside seating. The soft pretzel, beer cheese and mustard are the best at Disney, hands down. Much better than the Germany Pavilion which is usually dry and flavorless. The draft beer is easily the only beer I like in Hollywood which has very few options in my opinion. My go to is the Scrimshaw which drinks well in the heat. Their new house made chips with a hint of salt and vinegar were also very tasty and fresh. The servers are magnificent as well. Overall I would give Baseline a 5 but the beer is now $13! I know it’s Disney but it’s hard to swallow spending $83 for 4 decent pint draft beers, 2 excellent pretzels and one small but very good mini bag of house made chips. It was good but NOT a meal. $80 goes a little further at Animal Kingdom and Epcot Quick Service and the result would’ve been a meal instead of a snack. I will be back when money is not an object but until then I will have to plan my meals around the dollars. If you have no budget for your Disney trip and you like a relaxing vibe, cold draft beer and very good pub snacks then Baseline is the place for you.

BaseLine Tap House is a bar at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is counter-service (order at the bar). Bavarian pretzel and the charcuterie board were both excellent. Most seating is outside. Atmosphere is casual and lively. Not your typical theme park eatery: food, service, and atmosphere are excellent! Highly recommended!

Nice place to stop and take a load off. Service was excellent and the air conditioning a welcome reprieve. Lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Meat and cheese plate was a nice break from theme park food. Beer cheese and chips were surprisingly great (definitely recommend that for a small salty snack).

Google
The best spot for a break and a beer at Hollywood Studios. The park really lacks any shade so this is a perfect place just to sit down and relax while getting a beer. We'll always visit BaseLine at Hollywood Studios for some drinks and just to relax during a busy park day. Lastly, they have one of the best pretzels on WDW property.

Google
Just have typical lighter beers and IPA's on tap. Had no porters or stouts. No big food selection at all. Probably rated them too high.

Google
Baseline never disappoints. Charcuterie, Barrillito's Strawberry Hibiscus soda on tap (free refill), Coffee rubbed Rib eye steak puff. All of the cheeses and meats are great. Bread was crisp and buttery. It's always hard to choose which bite to take next... take your time, share, enjoy it. The puff was absolutely delicious. (And shareable)

Google
As a beer fan I was excited to check this place out, but they have maybe 6 total beers on tap (not many for a place called Tap House), all of which are just mainstream readily available beers (Sierra Nevada, Stone, etc.). They didn't even have anything from the state of Florida.... I was quite disappointed. My hotel bar has a better beer selection.

Mar Pepin

Google
We ordered a Bavarian Pretzel which came with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard. They had water for people who don't drink- so that was nice. The pretzel was warm and went well with the beer-cheese fondue. The beer-cheese fondue was thick and savory. I did not try the spicy mustard because I am not a huge fan of mustard, but I was told that it was good. The service was great. I think that this spot is really cool for a quick snack and a drink!

Yelp
Baseline Tap House is located at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is a bar and nothing else. They have drinks and just a couple different snacks. It is located near the entrance to Star Wars and across from the Muppets. The line is usually pretty long but it moves fast at times. They usually have around 3 bartenders working. They also have lots of seating outside and a few tables inside. The atmosphere is one of a tap house, with dark woods and brick. Their menu is very small, specializing in beer. They also have a few batch-made cocktails and a small selection of liquor. My personal favorite is the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, but I like to add Tito's to it and make it a cocktail. You can add whatever you like, gin, whisky, vodka, but I feel vodka is the best combination for this one. You can also make it a double for around $3-4 more! No brainer! My husband usually goes for one of the beers or sometimes if we plan on sitting there one of their flights. They do offer beer flights which is really great because you can choose a few different beers to try. For food, one of the best prices at Disney is the charcuterie board. For $13 you get a really nice selection of 2 types of salami, 3 types of cheese, grapes and crispy toasts. I usually ask for extra toast or we also get the giant Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese! This is a perfect snack or even a small meal for us to share. They are both really delicious and something I definitely look forward to each time we visit. They also offer spiced almonds and a coffee rubbed steak puff. We have not tried these, and I don't see them ordered much but I'm sure they are good. I'm a sucker for a charcuterie board and I just can't pass that up. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and its not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. Definitely check this place out!

Yelp
Baseline Tap House is a great spot to stop and get off your feet. The atmosphere is always nice and relaxing, which is great when you're often running from one attraction to another throughout the day. They do have some food but I haven't ordered any (I'm gluten free). I love there are non-beer options! There is usually a line to get inside to order and occasionally a wait for seating. Indoor seating around along the exterior walls offer various outlets to charge up devices. Restrooms are right across the walkway, so take turns with your party while waiting in line to order.

Tracy D.

Yelp
BEST pretzels at Disney!!!!! And large enough for two people. Great place to rest your feet, take a breath, have a drink (mixed drinks, beer on tap, or two selections of wine). They have some seating inside and a beautiful patio with large umbrellas for shade. They also have seasoned almonds and a charcuterie board. GET the pretzel!!!! Very kind staff. FYI: you can only carry out two drinks per person, so someone needs to be with you to buy more than two drinks.

Yelp
Recently my wife and I went to Disney's Hollywood Studios. One of our usual places we make a stop at is Baseline Tap House. This is a popular place to say the least. The line is always at least 40 people deep, stretching down the side of the building. When we come here I usually get a beer flight consisting of Golden Road Hefeweizen 5.0% ABV, North Coast Red Seal Ale 5.5% ABV, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA 6.7% ABV, Stone Delicious IPA 7.7%ABV. This time I already had a Gin and Ginger from Oasis Canteen in hand, I got a table outside while my wife went in line. After about 25 minutes my wife came back to a nice table I procured. She got herself a Strawberry Hibiscus Soda, with Tito's. For a snack she got us California Cheese And Charcuterie Plate (Toma Farmstead Cheese, Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Laura Chenel's Sonoma Goat Cheese, Chorizo and Calabrese Salami, Cornichons, Grapes and Toasted Baguettes) this plate is a delicious... we love everything about it. Goat cheese and the chorizo are my favorite items, if I had to choose. Here are some other items on the menu: - Small Plates: * Bavarian Pretzel(with Beer-Cheese Fondue and Spicy Mustard)* Coffee-Rubbed Rib-Eye Beef Puff(with Olive Salad)* Spiced Almonds (House-made Sweet-and-Spicy Almonds)-Specialty Non-Alcoholic: Wild Strawberry Lemonade; You can add whatever spirit you like, gin, whisky, vodka, etc etc..make it a double for around $3-4 more! *Beverages with Alcohol:Michelada(Scrimshaw Pilsner, Tomato-Clam Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Sauce, and Chili-Lime Seasoning)-Craft Beer on Tap: Golden Road Mango Cart | Los Angeles (4.0% ABV, 10 IBU); North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner | Fort Bragg (4.7% ABV, 22 IBU); Golden Road Hefeweizen | Los Angeles (5.0% ABV, 15 IBU); North Coast Red Seal Ale| Fort Bragg (5.5% ABV, 42 IBU); Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA| Chico (6.7% ABV, 35 IBU); Stone Delicious IPA | San Diego (7.7% ABV, 75 IBU); *Hard Cider on Tap:Ace Space Bloody Orange Hard Cider | Sebastopol (6.9% ABV);* Wine on Tap-Line 39 Cabernet Sauvignon(Rich fruit flavors of currant, blackberry and ripe plum with hints of black tea on the palate balanced with subtle, smooth tanninsSt) -Francis Chardonnay(Bright and crisp with aromas of pear, green apple and grilled pineapple, finishing with toasty notes and a smooth finish)* Cocktails on Tap:-Baseline Select Margarita (Lunazul Añejo Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, Sweet-and-Sour, and Lime Juice)-California Sunset (Absolut Vodka, Southern Comfort, Orange Juice, Sweet-and-Sour with a float of Pomegranate Juice) All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack, just a great atmosphere. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and it's not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. Definitely check this place out!

Brittani W.

Yelp
Cute little spot! If you can't figure out why you don't remember it from your last visit maybe - it's because this spot used to be a bagel shop or bakery! Right before you turn into Star Wars land is this little gem. Very well themed and there's a nice selection of drinks. I got an Orange Blossom Cider which was AMAZING, FYI. They also had a beer flight which was four 5oz drinks for 12.50 - quite nice !

Amy K.

Yelp
We love visiting the BaseLine Tap House when at HS. I'm a sucker for a cold beer, and this place has beer flights so it's a win-win for me and the Hubs when visiting (cause naturally, I can never pick just one). The flights allow you to choose any 4 taps, so I usually opt for a variety (including ciders). There's very limited seating inside, but a bunch of tables/high top seating outside - which is usually where we prefer to go. Normally, we're popping in here for an ice cold beer, but it usually always ends with a pretzel and/or charcuterie board. Both are large enough for us to share, and we often share with more than just each other. Depending on what day of the week it is, time of year, etc. this place can get pretty busy, which may be difficult if you're in a larger group. Again, there's usually only 2-4 of us so we typically don't have an issue, and/or end up waiting in a short line. Anything at Disney can be quite pricey, but as an Orlando resident, I can proudly say this place isn't off in pricing from what some of the local tap houses charge. A must try if you're at studios and looking for a cold beer!

Amy L.

Yelp
Excellent location over by the Muppet's (Hollywood Studios) to get a cold drink and snacks. I had picked up a wookie pie at backlot express to snack on, then realized how huge it was so held off on Baseline's soft pretzel, but I will have to try that next time. They have numerous rotating beers and hard ciders on tap and my favorite, the strawberry hibiscus soda which reminds me of Fanta strawberry. While quite sweet, the strawberry soda is very refreshing on a warm Disney day. The NA strawberry soda drink has free refills, just take it back up to the bar, super simple. Baseline has outdoor covered seating in a quieter corner to people watch and take a low-key break. Highly recommend stopping by.

Diana L.

Yelp
Great stop for a break. My partner and I both got a flight so we could try a little bit of everything that they had on tap. Our favorite was the Mango Cart! I also tried their strawberry hibiscus soda which is also on tap - a little too sweet for me. The soft pretzel was good, had the perfect amount of salt.

Briana R.

Yelp
Great spot to hit for a quick snack and a drink! The service was great, super fast despite how busy it was! The beer options were plentiful and the food was fantastic. We got a strawberry lemonade for the kids and it was tasty, too! Loved the pretzel; it was soft and delish. Highly recommend.

Aubrie H.

Yelp
We heard so many great things about this place and knew we had to stop in while at Hollywood Studios. There was plenty of space to order and nice seating options outside. We ordered a beer, a cocktail and a pretzel. Others raved about the Pretzel and we agree it was probably the best we had on our trip.

Amanda M.

Yelp
Great place to grab a craft beer and a light snack. The bartenders are super friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. There's high tops inside and plenty of seating outside with umbrella shade.

Karina K.

Yelp
Best decorated bar in Hollywood studios? No but it does have the best drinks and food! None of the drinks are pre made here, everything is made to order. Bartenders are always so nice and willing to make what you want, I usually get a lemonade and Tito's.

Michelle M.

Yelp
I try to limit snacking at Disney because it's expensive and usually mediocre food, but by 10:30am my toddlers had already depleted my goldfish supply so we had to feed them since our lunch reservation was not until 1pm. We visit Hollywood Studios the least out of the four parks so I was completely unfamiliar with our snack options and we wanted to feed our kids something other than popcorn or ice cream from the snack carts. Unfortunately many restaurants don't open until 11am, but then we stumbled across Baseline Tap House. I realize the obvious snack spot for toddlers is not at a taproom, but it was open and there wasn't a line (because most people don't drink beer for breakfast). The pretzels looked hot and fresh so we ordered a soft pretzel with beer cheese and spicy mustard and a charcuterie platter. I also ordered a hard cider since it was 5 o'clock somewhere and I figured it would pair well with the food. Our food wasn't "just ok"; it was really good! The pretzel was amazing since it was most likely straight out of the oven because the taproom had opened mere minutes before our arrival and the charcuterie board might have been better than the one I got at Chefs de France in Epcot. The meats and cheese choices were really nice and I felt like we received a decent portion for the price. This is my new go-to snack spot at Hollywood Studios!

Edward J.

Yelp
I really enjoyed our break at the Baseline Tap House. The food was pretty darn good, particularly the GINORMOUS Pretzels. The best part was the heavy pour on the adult beverages. The bartender was quick and friendly, as expected from a Disney Cast Member. I was happy that the day we visited was warm, but not hot. This afforded us the opportunity to sit in the patio area, and do some high quality people watching.

Bethany G.

Yelp
Overall, we loved our experience at BaseLine. The pretzel and drinks were delicious and there were plenty of spots to sit and relax. The only downside to BaseLine Tap House in our opinion is that the majority of the seating is outdoors so during the hot weather it may not be as refreshing. We will definitely be back!

Matt R.

Yelp
This is my new favorite spot in Hollywood Studios! It's a quick but comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy fun cocktails and awesome craft beer. As a design nerd, I really appreciate all classic wood type lettering throughout. The staff was great...the greeter was super pleasant and chatty, and while there was a line (we got there right after opening) it moved quickly. The munchies are tasty too, I enjoyed a fresh big pretzel with my Sierra Nevada Celebration IPA (the only place I could find one of my favorite beers during the Christmas season). Make sure you keep a sharp eye for this place, it's a little hidden but worth it!

Pam H.

Yelp
We really enjoy Baseline Tap House when visiting Hollywood Studios. It's a perfect place to regroup or wait if you have a gap between ride times. We've also been known to grab a drink and charcuterie while the kids ride Rockin Roller Coaster AGAIN! Love the Ace Space Blood Orange cider. The charcuterie is delicious as is the pretzel. For the younger crew I recommend the hibiscus soda - and insider tip you can get a refill if you ask.

Steve K.

Yelp
We never ever ever skip a visit to Baseline Tap House when we visit Disney's Hollywood Studios. Always a large pretzel. Always double-cheese sauce (don't care for mustard). Always a flight, usually followed by a 16 ouncer.

Nick G.

Yelp
Baseline tap house has been around since 2017. They have a great selection of craft beers, cocktails, wine, and some quick @snack type food (hot pretzel, charcuterie board, ect.). Beer is ALWAYS nice and cold and it's a great stop weather you have been here all day or just dropping in for one ride! There is a VERY limited amount of seating inside....if you are good with that, then you will like Baseline. They do have seating for about 50-75 people on the outdoor patio which has umbrellas on each table.

Rachelle P.

Yelp
My fiancé, my daughter and I stopped in for lunch here with family. We shared the California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate and a Wild Strawberry Lemonade. The Laura Chenel's Sonoma Goat Cheese definitely stole the show for me, even better spread onto the perfectly toasted baguettes! Their lemonade is perfectly tangy and sweet, I split it with my daughter and she loved it! I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're looking for a quick bite to eat at Grand Avenue at Disney's Hollywood Studios! We're definitely looking forward to returning to explore more of their menu, I have my eye on their Bavarian Pretzel with beer cheese fondue, mm!

Erin S.

Yelp
Long lines but great beer and pretzels Nice place to sit down and get a breather at disney

Stephanie G.

Yelp
This is a favorite stop for the husband and me when visiting Hollywood Studios. We love the beer selection and the charcuterie board is a bargain at $10. You can sit inside or out. The people watching from BaseLine is top notch.

Lea D.

Yelp
We were looking to kill some time when I spotted the Baseline Tap House. My boyfriend and I decided to grab some drinks and snacks. The bartender was very helpful and explained the menu well to my bf and the different types of beers they had. He wound up getting a flight so he could try them all and I got a hard cider. I was between the pretzel and the charcuterie board and opted for the later. It was pretty tasty but we had to go back up and ask for a couple more bread pieces because we had only gotten a couple. Two of the tables next to us also got the board and they had 3 times the amount of food as we did on theirs, which was a bit confusing. Maybe they paid more to get more? I didn't get that option. Overall, a nice air conditioned spot to chill and grab a drink while taking a break during the day.

David N.

Yelp
We were looking to stop somewhere and grab a quick snack for lunch when we stumbled upon the BaseLine Tap House. I decided to grab a beer and settled on the North Coast Red Seal Ale, which turned out to be quite tasty and very refreshing. We also wanted to grab a small snack to eat, so we opted for the Bavarian Pretzel ("with Beer-Cheese Fondue and Spicy Mustard"). The pretzel was hot and fresh, and definitely tasted like an above-average big pretzel. And it was enormous, too. And although the Spicy Mustard was quite good, the Beer-Cheese Fondue was the clear winner. I could easily see myself dipping all kinds of things into that stuff.

Sasha M.

Yelp
Nice addition to Hollywood Studios & a must try when there (adult snack vibe) Baseline is diagonal to the 3D Muppets show next to Galaxys Edge. There is always a long line, but moves fairly quick. Some seating is available inside but it is mostly outside patio seating (which is great). Baseline serves Beers & IPA's, Wine, Cocktails and some salty bites. On my visit we had the Golden Road Lager & Hefeweizen. Both good choices. For food, we ordered a charcuterie plate (cold) which look tiny tiny but provided great flavors and texture to enhance your experience-so good & the rib eye beef (warm), which was so simple, delicious and melted in your mouth type of dish - amazing! Staff is very knowledgeable on their offerings and so patient and sweet with customers. Will be returning!

Kasey T.

Yelp
Baseline Tap House is a must-visit if you're at Hollywood Studios. Easily one of the best places to grab a drink and some appetizers in the park, there is a great selection of California-based beers, some tasty appetizers, and more. Some of my favorite drinks include the Golden Road Hefeweizen, Space Ace Bloody Orange Cider, and the Baseline Margarita. The charcuterie and cheese plate is superb and offers great value, and the pretzel with beer cheese is a savory delight. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the atmosphere, which is a chill vibe; relaxing enough from the crowds of theme parks. The downside? Every song played is a bizarre, bossanova coffeehouse cover of otherwise good music. I'm not sure who curated the music for this place, but every song sounds like it's from the same artist, yet surprisingly isn't (I've Shazam'd several songs out of curiosity). This means they had a very particular sound in mind and went all in on it. This really is the only downside, and if I didn't love this place as much as I do, I'd knock off a star just for the music. Just try to tune it out, it's well worth it.

Hydration S.

Yelp
Pretty good. The Bavarian pretzel was tasty, but the drinks were just alright in our opinion. The service was quick though.

Margo S.

Yelp
Solid spot at Hollywood Studios. The cheese/charcuterie plate was a hit. It was tasty, well balanced, and large - particularly for the price, AND at Disney ($12.50!). Decent selection of more traditional beers on draft (Hefeweizen, IPAs), and a couple of draft cocktails ... but they also have a full bar! Solid inside and outside seating options.

Eric M.

Yelp
A nice place to enjoy a more adult oriented snack amid the absence of small children. The charcuterie board is very good and easy to share. The pretzels are good too.

Catt A.

Yelp
Great spot for excellent pretzels - they have a great selection of beer and other drinks also- if it's hot and you're hungry for a snack, I recommend stopping here. The employees are kind and helpful, the ambiance is that of a brewery. It's small but you can sit outside and enjoy your beer and pretzel. The mustard on the charcuterie platter is delicious!

Stephanie S.

Yelp
I got the Bavarian pretzel. It was tasty, especially the cheese sauce. The beer flight paired well. The outstanding item on the menu was coffee rub rib eye beef puff. The pastry was fluffy and buttery. The rib eye was flavorful and tender. I ended up going back and getting it a second time. The only bad thing was when we went, seating was limited and first come first serve so we ended up eating on a trash can outside the restaurant. I hope Baseline tap house keeps the rib eye puff on the menu as I'll definitely get it again.

Yenny S.

Yelp
This place is awesome the service was great and they were awesome with our gluten allergy. They have gluten free bread and made sure we were safe. I highly recommend it.

Elise A.

Yelp
Great bar food and prices! The drinks are always great and the bartenders are very nice!

Brielle P.

Yelp
I almost didn't want to leave this review in the fear that this place will get super crowded as it is a true hidden gem in hollywood studios! Come here for the cheap beer (but amazing) beer flight for $12, the outstanding cheese and meat plate for $10 and the beef bread!! The cheese and meat are so fresh. The drinks are delicious and they have a big variety of decently priced beer! Outside seating is provided with covid guidelines. Great place to eat, drink, sit and people watch. The tap house is right on the way to galaxy's edge so there's lots of traffic and people to watch.

Anthony W.

Yelp
Great little spot with decently priced items all things considered. As a San Diego transplant it was great to be able to enjoy some Southern California beer while enjoying some great eats. Staff is super friendly, area is clean, and drinks are good. The cheese sauce for the pretzel is UH-MAZING!!

James A.

Yelp
Time for another Disney By James! What was once a hidden gem at Disney's Hollywood Studios is now an absolute must-do. Built to help mitigate the impending crowds that Star Wars Galaxy's Edge was going to attract, this place stands on its own. Essentially it's a bar, with numerous beverage offerings to help you cool off and relax. Most of the menu consists of beer, but they also offer wine and some liquors. But if you're a craft beer connoisseur, this is DEFINITELY where you parked your car! I've tried just about every brew and they are all uniquely delicious. They also offer some small plates such as a giant pretzel with dipping sauces and a charcuterie board, both of which I highly recommend. Lastly, shoutout to my boy Mike. He's been there literally every time I've visited over the past 3+ years (easily over 10) and has always been top-notch. Very attentive, knows his stuff... tip this guy well!

Katarina P.

Yelp
Ok, this place SLAPS! BaseLine is so good and they have such great music. I look forward to going here for lunch during my visit to Hollywood Studios every time. The pretzel is a must have with the beer cheese sauce, and the charcuterie is good too, has really great varieties. The drinks are good too, they have a strawberry lemonade that is so refreshing during a hot Florida summer day. Love, love, love!

Robert K.

Yelp
What A Perfect Way To Quench Your Thirst On A Hot Summer's Day! Baseline Tap House Has A Few AND Good Selections Of Beer On Tap And A Simple, But Yet, Great Snacks Available, Too! Seating Is Somewhat Limited. So, You Might Find Yourself Ordering A Drink And Dashing Away... But, If You Do Find A Spot, It's A Great Corner To People-Watch, Chat With Your Buddies And Sip On Some Refreshing Beer.

Christy M.

Yelp
in my personal opinion this is the best place to eat in all of Hollywood Studios. I know that sounds weird because its a tap house but their appetizers are sooo good and sooo adorable. I've had them all and i love them. I stop here at least twice each trip. lol. their drinks are good too but i come here for the food. California Sunset Absolut Vodka, Southern Comfort, Orange Juice, Sweet-and-Sour with a float of Pomegranate Juice - be careful this guy is strong but very flavorful so maybe only get one. Bavarian Pretzel with Beer-Cheese Fondue and Spicy Mustard - very soft pretzel with amazing beer cheese and a cup of spicy mustard really gives you 2 different flavors that will have you switching between the 2 the entire time and then you are likely to dip your finger in the cups to make sure you get every last drop of those dips... who does that? not me, no ;) California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate Toma Farmstead Cheese, Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Laura Chenel's Sonoma Goat Cheese, Chorizo and Calabrese Salami, Cornichons, Grapes and Toasted Baguettes - this is by far the best charcuterie board on property and the price is really good for what you get Coffee-rubbed Rib-Eye Beef Puff with Olive Salad - mmmm what can i say. when i say i get this every time i stop at this place it would not be a lie.

Alexandra S.

Yelp
The charcuterie board is good value ($10 snack size for 2 people). The drinks are tasty and strong (get a double). The location is a little secluded and in the corner, it's fenced off so passerbys don't walk right next to you (I like it!). Seating can be hard to come by depending on the time of day, but ultimately not too bad.

Joseph G.

Yelp
This tap house was a great time out for the adults taking the tour of Disney. Great beer selection. The bavarian pretzels were soft and fresh, and a nice spot for a cold beer to go with your charcuterie needs! There's a slight wait (obviously) but then turnover wasn't too bad. Give it a try if you happen to pass by it.

Walter S.

Yelp
Oh Baseline Tap House why has it taken me so long to give you your proper due on Yelp. You are amongst the top of my Must-Do Disney List! We visit it without fail every trip to Disney's Hollywood Studios and sometimes multiple trips to Baseline Tap House each visit to DHS. So why the love? Why so many visits? It is the most chill and relaxing drinking establishment at Disney's Hollywood Studios. With indoor and outdoor seating, Baseline offers up a really enjoyable, slow-paced, unique oasis amongst the typical hustle and bustle of a fast-paced, go go go, theme park experience. Not only do they have a full bar but they also offer some amazing California Craft Beer on tap here. I also love how pricing is based off the size beer you get rather than the selection you choose. My favs are the Scrimshaw Pilsner (so refreshing on a hot day in the park), the Golden State Cerveza (their lightest and easiest drinking beer on the menu), and either of their IPA's: Stone Delicious & Hazy Little Things (if you're trying to get the job done)! On top of their amazing craft offerings and the full bar they also have a small handful of snacks to munch on. Don't go in expecting to have lunch here but they've got a pretzel with some awesome beer cheese and their Cheese & Charcuterie Board which we also enjoy. They do also offer a coffee-rubbed rib-eye beef puff as well as spiced almonds but we've never had them and can't comment on said offerings. The last item worth mentioning is their great staff. While a line tends to be formed here on the regular, the staff works hard and keeps it moving. Mike is almost always there, is super friendly, and knows how to pour a beer and cocktail just right, but even if he's not, the team there will make sure you're well taken care of. Final Thoughts: Baseline is a go-to location and among our favs throughout all of Walt Disney World and to fully enjoy the Baseline experience remember a few things. 1) they are NOT open until park close so make sure you assume nothing. Check in with them to see what time they close that day as it can change depending on the day/season. 2) you can make any cocktail a double here for a small fee-trust me and go for it, it's a Disney Deal! Alright Baseline-I hope I have made you proud with this review. You've earned all the praise I've lauded you with. Can't wait to see you again next week.

Yelp
One of my favorite places in Hollywood Studios, and probably in my top 10 for Walt Disney World Resort Property. I usually end up popping by for a flight of beer and the charcuterie board. Some people may think it has a limited food menu, but I've really found what I like there and it's become almost a tradition to go there every time I visit Hollywood Studios. It makes for a really nice food break during a day at the park. The charcuterie board includes three different cheese, two meats, gherkins, grapes, toasted bread, and a nice mustard. My favorite beer is the Golden Road Hefeweizen. I've sometimes gotten that just by itself to walk around when I'm not doing the flight/charcuterie board.

Yelp
Walking into this place was luck on our side! We just happened to be feeling a drink and stumbled in. The ambience of the place was so night, it felt like we weren't even at an amusement park anymore. We chose to grab a flight of 4 beers and last minute went back and grabbed a coffee rubbed beef pastry. I am so glad we decided to get it because it was so unique and delicious. Probably one of the best things I had all weekend. Wish I could get this outside of Disney!!

Yelp
Our day at Hollywood Studios inevitably brings us here. After an early morning push for Rise of the Resistance, we have also opened it once. We were not alone. There is a decent selection of California beers. The food selection is limited but the charcuterie includes decent meat and the pretzel is solid but the beer cheese is better. I've gotten the pretzel more than once. They have seasonal food options which rotate, depending on the season. Those options are displayed not on the main overhead menu but on a little sign on the counter. If you don't finish your beer, you can bring it out and walk around the park with it. Space is limited when it's crowded so you have to act fast to reserve part of the central table or one of the seats along the wall. Or go to the outside seating.

Yelp
Average pretzel, but nice break from Hollywood Studios. I told my friend that I believe there is a Disney star. Everything at Disney gets an extra star because it is relative to everything else at Disney instead of the outside world. For some reason, Disney doesn't do food that well. Maybe it's because they serve a lot of people, but I have to lower my expectations when dining at Disney. I watched a video with the top snacks at Disney and the giant pretzel was on it. The pretzel itself is a two. It was kind of dry. However, the beer cheese that came with it is a five. I could have licked the container. Next time I'm going to ask for no mustard and double the beer cheese. When I saw the video, I could not figure out where this place was. It's a blink and miss it type of place. It is right before the entrance to Black Spire. I love how it is basically like a taphouse you'd find anywhere. There is seating both inside and out and it is first come first serve. It provides a nice break from the craziness of the parks.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite place to step back from the hustle a bustle of Hollywood Studios and enjoy a quality beer and fantastic charcuterie board. It is counter service and has gained popularity, but still worth any wait. I also recommend checking out the Baseline Tap House playlist on Spotify! Great music for a dinner party at home.

Yelp
What a nice surprise! The kids were heading towards Star Tours, I grabbed my wife's hand and said let's grab something quick at this new spot. Walking inside, with "tap house" in the name, I knew we were in for something good. Viewing the multiple beer taps, I ordered a craft beer as well as a charcuterie plate. I've been coming to Hollywood Studios for 25+ years. How nice is it to enjoy a sophisticated plate of quality meats and cheeses. And beer!? Michael Eisner kept the parks dry for years, gimme a cold one in the hot Florida sun. My Charcuterie plate was plentiful and had a nice price point. When our sons met us, they devoured the remaining meats and cheeses. I highly recommend Baseline Tap House, it's a great spot to have a craft beer as well their pub menu choices.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem at Holywood Studios. Price points are not bad for Disney and they actually serve craft beer. Not local breweries but beggars can't be choosers. Their food prices are great as well. This place comes in handy if you get a later cue for Star Wars and have done all the other rides already. We killed some time here with our beers and got a good buzz before for an already amazing ride.
