Basement Burger Bar Canton

We recently visited the Canton location of Basement Burger Bar with a Groupon, and it was just as great as we’ve come to expect from the Farmington spot we frequent. The quality is always consistent, fresh, flavorful burgers made just the way you want them. The Canton location had the same laid back vibe but not in a basement, friendly service, and solid food that keeps us coming back. Always a great experience and definitely one of our go to burger places!

We really loved the burgers here! Great flavor and so many options. We will definitely be back here. The service was friendly and quick but didn't feel rushed. The sliders were also pretty yummy. I wish the fried chicken wings had been sauced, but they were cooked right. Would recommend eating here.

Really enjoyed this place! The parking was kind of tight but once inside the restaurant we were quickly greeted and seated. Once the waitress explained the menu we checked the boxes on the menu for what we wanted. I thought this portion of ordering was fun and cute and the kids really liked it too. The portions are big and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the sweet potatoes and the cinnamon butter sauce was a pleasant suprise. The price was decent. We would definitely return.

I'm not one to complain too much, so I'll share the pros and cons: Pro - the food was great. Got a build your own burger, so I knew I would like it (since I put things on it that I like), but I was still surprised at how good it was. Not in a bad way, just like "oh hey yeah that's really good"! Con(s) - The service. Order said "be ready for pickup at 8:42. Got there at 8:47, so I was like "surely it must be done". Nope. Waited 20+ more minutes (it was about 9:10 when I left) and I had gotten my food. I was also not the only one waiting for their orders. Sure, things can take a while, no biggie, I've worked in restaurants before and anything can happen - I get that. To add insult to injury, not a single person tried to help me. I counted at least 5 people who walked back and forth, completely ignoring me waiting. Then this younger girl (shoutout to Ava, thanks for checking in) asked me what order I was waiting for, said it would be done soon, and I waited. At that point, it wasn't worth causing a fuss, but I just wanted to share that this irked me. Regardless, food was excellent. Would have it again, just maybe not takeout?

It was a nice overall experience for our first time. The Food, Drinks, and Service were good enough for me to go back! LOL

I recently went here on my birthday. The server Nick had the whole place to himself and he performed flawlessly. He was incredibly attentive to everyone. I love that you can construct your own burger or chicken sandwich here. This is my first time trying their hummus plate and it was delicious. Their mac and cheese bites are also to die for!

Got all the way home and discovered my salad didn’t have the tomatoes I requested. Slow down and check your orders before bagging them up. No one should have to check their food before they leave an establishment. I had a taste for tomatoes! I don’t even want it now. I’m livid!
