Basement Burger Bar Canton

The food is great! The Wagyu beef is excellent! Their normal fries are excellent! Shakes are really good. Staff is nice. I like the ordering process (dry erase menu and marker) and they don't make you feel rushed . I wish they didn't get a run on fries or ingredients on the weekends.

We recently visited the Canton location of Basement Burger Bar with a Groupon, and it was just as great as we’ve come to expect from the Farmington spot we frequent. The quality is always consistent, fresh, flavorful burgers made just the way you want them. The Canton location had the same laid back vibe but not in a basement, friendly service, and solid food that keeps us coming back. Always a great experience and definitely one of our go to burger places!

We really loved the burgers here! Great flavor and so many options. We will definitely be back here. The service was friendly and quick but didn't feel rushed. The sliders were also pretty yummy. I wish the fried chicken wings had been sauced, but they were cooked right. Would recommend eating here.

Visited BBB tonight. Initially things were fine. I got seated in a few minutes, and a few minutes later the server took my order. My drink and food were served within a reasonable time, I finished and was ready to go. However, this is when service practically ground to a halt. It was a Trivia night and though there were several patrons it wasn't too packed. The server never came back to check on the food. He never came back to see if I needed a refill or anything. I waited several minutes after I was done eating and had taken my wallet and credit card out and put in on the table - ready to pay for my order and leave as soon as the server dropped off the check. Then the server, with a tray full of food in the other hand, dropped off my check in a glass onto my table, never acknowledged me, and went off to deliver the food. I had no chance to let him know I just wanted to pay and leave. Several more minutes went by and I saw another employee taking care of other customers so I wound up calling him over to pay for my bill. Afterwards, I asked if they were short-staffed since the service was so slow. He said it was a normal night and that it's normally just the two of them. My advice to the server who served me would be to be more present and in the moment. Tonight, he was too focused on the next thing to bother to see what was going on in the present right in front of him and his ability to serve his customers suffered greatly as a result.

Folks were super attentive and the food was phenomenal! The beef burger was delicious, and so was the pulled pork. I want to come again!!

Really enjoyed this place! The parking was kind of tight but once inside the restaurant we were quickly greeted and seated. Once the waitress explained the menu we checked the boxes on the menu for what we wanted. I thought this portion of ordering was fun and cute and the kids really liked it too. The portions are big and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the sweet potatoes and the cinnamon butter sauce was a pleasant suprise. The price was decent. We would definitely return.

Really enjoyed this restaurant! I appreciated the fun of building your own burger with their dey-erase menu, and found the staff very polite and attentive. I don't typically order chili cheese fries but someone at my table did and I was surprised by how good they were! Can't wait to come again with friends.

Dined in Sunday and as usual the food was amazing but the service was not up to par as usual. Ordered a drink I never received and played hot potato with my waiter who was clearly overwhelmed. Just to wake up this morning and see besides the CASH tip that I left on top of my receipt & the “cash” noted in the tip line there was a tip added on my card. Never had a problem with this establishment but I will NEVER return after this FRADULANT transaction. The food sadly is very good but hiring waiters who add on to their tip after mediocre service is a no go for me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
